08JAN22 ~ Wow! Where to start... Everything is broken, nothing works, including the employees. The pump stopped pumping, almost, about half way through. It continued to pump at less than 1/10 of a gallon per minute. I went into the store and told 'Dee' (Name on her nametag) what was happening. She was neither very articulate nor fast on the uptake. I had to explain like three times what was happening. She pressed several buttons on her register/console, said that everything was okay, and to go out and try again. The pump was still pumping at less than 1/10 of a gallon per minute. I went in again, explained that the pump was still not working, it was still plumping slow, and asked if the tank could be out of gas. She again pressed some buttons & said that everything was working fine but went to the back for 5+ minutes to check the level of gas in the tank. When she returned she said the tank was not empty and everything was working correctly. I said that I would go to a different pump. I went back to my truck to change pumps. The pump would not print a receipt & it said to go inside for the receipt. I went back inside for the fourth time to get my receipt. I eventually pulled up to a different pump and finished filling up my truck. The printer again would not print a receipt and said to go inside, for the FIFTH time. I will not go back to this 7-Eleven. I will recommend to anyone not to go to this location.

Horrible service! Registers are always messed up and can never buy anything. When the loves open up this place will go out of buisness.5-2-23 stopped to get a snack for lunch and the pizza is only half cooked. Pretty much raw chewy dough.This will be my LAST visit to this store!!!

Just went in this location to get lunch my card was carged 38 dollars on a 28 dollar charge. It was then cancled and was still charged 7.85 dollars. The owner then told me there was nothing he could do as they did not charge me anything. Even tough i sat there and showed his employe and him my back trans actions. I do anywhere from 600 to 1000 a week in fule purchase with this store. I will bring my buissness else where and so should everyone else . and yes i cussed him out after he came out the door acting like he wanted to fight throwing his hands up all 9 employes in 3 diffrent trucks witnessed this owners inability to do what was right from the start.

The people they have working act like customers are such a huge inconvenience to them. Stopped in this morning to get gas and lottery txs. There gas pump wouldn’t take my card so I had to go in to pay well u would of thought I wanted a miracle from her 🤦‍♀️ Some ppl should not work in the public! 🤬

WORST STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO only a couple of the pumps even work there's never anyone there anymore loves is getting all the business and the service is horrible and no one is nice last time I went inside i got a drink and a slice of pizza and i stood there 20 min and i got mad and left with out it i will never go back in a 7-eleven again id rather go 20 miles out of my way than to go into a 7-eleven and if I can't pat at the pump I will go else where cause I'm not going inside

I really am impressed with this 7-11!The people were extra friendly.The food was hot and very good.They got everything you could possibly need inside the store.Plus there's plenty of parking for trucks.I will most definitely come back again!

I have a tendency to stop here quite frequently to buy Fuel, and then usually scratch my head wondering why I keep doing that. I guess I'm just a glutton for punishment. The cashiers at this location tend to be a little slow, because they're so busy engaging in extracurricular conversations.

Evidently the proprietor of this truck stop allows the local truckers to 'reserve' a truck slot for themselves ad ifinitum by parking their autos in the spot and thereby preventing people like me who purchase $400 worth of diesel from finding a parking spot to rest my weary head. There were about 30 truck parking spots here and fully 75% of them were taken up by the "reserve place 4-wheelers" or dropped trailers. I am not gonna spend this kind of money on fuel and then cross my fingers that I find a spot for my rig. Otherwise the place was ok.

Probably a nice place. But the two slobs working on Friday night made it seem like a nasty place that hires people that don't care. And they did not care, and weren't shy about telling you they didn't care. Check it out in the morning when they've had a shift change.

Pump gave me less than a gallon of gas in 10 minutes of pumping. When I brought this up to the staff, a rude clerk told me to make his equipment work better I should hold the spout above my head for 30 seconds. I said OK and started heading for the door. "If you listen this will go faster" I walked out and went to the shell down the street.

Walked up to the store first thing I saw was a sign that said no Colombian coffee well I thought it would be good okay I can wait and get a different type of coffee six of their eight coffee pots for the empty that not been filled it all store staff standing around talking looking at their phones the push-button cappuccino and Frappuccino machines were empty not filled the staff was unhelpful when I asked if they were going to fill it or if they were out the girl just goes that's not my job I run the register so I walked out will not walk back in and will not ever go back to the store staff is unattentive do not care and rude

The lights in the men's bathroom shut off after 5 seconds even if you're using the toilet and the toilet paper holder is falling off the wall. The toilet in the women's room leaks urine onto the floor getting your clothing wet with sewage water.

Use to be the best gas station and convenience store around. 7 eleven bought previous owners out and now it's the worst store ever. Bathrooms..... It's Disturbing how gross they are!

Try fixing your machines. Highly annoying that they wouldn't work. Some of us can not come inside to pay. At least put a sign on your pumps that says you'll have to go inside to pay instead of people wasting time trying to figure out why their card is not working.Took my business up to Shell

This location customer service is the worst.After putting 450.00$ of diesel fuel in truck I going inside to pay the cashier starts to fiddling with a pen and book as if she’s working for 3 minutes then looks up and say can I help the next person in line?About 5 white people were in line at the other register ;they all looked at her as if she was crazy and stayed where they were she then swiped my card and printed my my receipt and i left.Even though exit 80 is closed I will take the detour to get to Hotspot where they know how to treat people.Restroom is horrible.On a different visit the cashier told me to hurry up and decide what I was going to buy there was only 3 people in store another truck driver,her and I.if you don’t like you job quit and stop treating customers badly.Can someone send the health inspector to that restroom?
