Awesome place! Why drive into Lexington and fight traffic too. These guys will probably have what you need, and supporting local businesses is important. You may pay a few cents more, but you'll save on your gas and time, and that's worth a lot, too. Friendly professional service, and I never have to wait in long lines.

Mr. Walker and staff always greet you when you walk in and offer to assist you.I try to shop with local when I can.They have a wide varity of items , paint supplies, animal food, plumbing supplies andA lot of other things.Great hardware store.

Price gouging here is extremely distasteful. A&H pine shavings are 12.99 a bag here and $6.50 a bag at Swansea Hardware...it's still cheaper to get from swansea even after paying for gas, especially if you buy multiple bags at a time.

Walkers is now carrying a lot of small engine stuff, including mower blades. I bought a set of gator blades from there and they are awesome!Stop in and see these folks. They are always helpful.Shop Local!!!Keep up the good work guys.

Very competitive prices. Most things i go in for are close to same price as lowes. I have seen some things cheaper at Walkers. Very friendly and helpful staff. They have never tried to sell me anything i didnt need like most locally owned hardware stores.

Great little hardware stores like this have stuff that big box stores cant stock. WLkers is my go to spot for realy hard to find items. Way better service than lowes or home depot, too.

It's a good little store they have lots of supplies but it's awkward when you walk in and feels like you're being watched the whole time and asked if you need help over and over again that makes it uncomfortable to the point of going somewhere else if I need any kind of supplies quickly and don't want to run to Lowe's
