We have been a customer at Woof Gang since we moved to SC. Cait is the best. She treats our Cody like family. I would recommend her to anyone. We were so lucky to find someone like Cait. I was just calling for another appointment and can't see my review. It might be on another site; yet, OH MY GOSH, I have to say how fabulous Laura is with my 2 Shih Tzus ... and they LOVE HER! Trust me when I say they did NOT love another elsewhere, and I was worried they might be banned from beauty. The other elsewhere glared at them. Laura is all smiles, loving, caring, and I feel 100% comfortable leaving my babies with her. You can tell when someone loves animals, and the good people at Woof Gang do. I am very persnickety, so when I say how precious they look when I pick them up, trust me, they come home beautiful ... and happy as opposed to stressed. I LOVE having Laura groom them, and I love the place and all there. May I move in?

Heard the groomer screaming at a dog there when I was picking mine up.My shihtzu has never had an issue with groomers and loved his crate. After going to this place twice he is now terrified of crates and groomers. They did something to him and from what I witnessed, I bet they banged the crate and screamed at him while in his crate.He's obviously traumatized from this groomer. I'm working on finding out more. When I do, there WILL be action taking against this place. Learned recently I'm not the first to witness and have this experience.

Staff wasn’t that friendly. Never looked up from the phone, computer, or whatever else was on the desk until it was time for a purchase. For some reason the same food brand and size rang up much more than we normally get it for at another Woof Gang, so we didn’t even buy anything.

Cool place to get grooming done or to pick up all natural treats for the pets. They were booked but managed to squeeze us in on a cancellation and so grateful for that. Our little Emmy looked and smelled great :)

I love this place and most importantly my dog Billie loves to come and get her nails clipped. The groomers are loving and the help especially Maggie is so wonderful… The treats are also fantastic!!!

Great variety of doggie treats, hand iced and decorated in at least fifty different ways! Shapes such as watermelons, footballs, hamburgers, you name it, they had it. Staff was super helpful, and the dalmatian behind the counter was super sweet too. I loved that I was able to get a mini dog birthday "cake" for our puppy's first birthday. A little expensive, but worth it as she has loved all the treats we've gotten for her there :)

Terrible experience using their grooming service. They never asked for my dogs health record or any details about her like age and any previous grooming problems. They called after two hours to say she was finished and when I got there she looked terrible. Barely a hair cut and clumps of hair sticking out. The groomer took her back in while I waited another 45 minutes. No apologies and no niceties, just ok I’m done. I would think long and hard about brining a dog or cat here especially since they never ask to see if your animal has been vaccinated.

We just picked up our little SassiGurl (5 lb. Maltese) from her grooming by Caitlin ... and she looks so cute. And although, we have to drive an hour and a half round trip to get Sassi groomed, it's worth it !!! Caitlin is the BEST groomer we have ever had !!!

Drove 45 min for Leo's (my 9 yr old Shih Tzu) appt with Cait. He was groomed perfectly and he smelled great. Definitely worth the trip and I will be making my next grooming appt with Cait again. She was wonderful!!! Also the bakery and store is so cute with lots of delicious treats for your fur babies. Very happy customer here 😁👍👍

This store is so adorable and pet friendly. The Groomer Chrissy is so good with the dogs. Not only the grooming, but with knowing how to read and handle certain doggy temperaments. Very impressed!!
