Gentleman who helped was very friendly. Facility was clean and well organized. We originally stopped for fishing bait and they had it (Red Worms, Nightcrawler, and Wax Worms)! Prices were a bit steep from what I’m used to, but we acquired all that we needed.

Ok so the men have always been helpful and nice, BUT the older lady most of the time has a terrible attitude with rude behavior. She doesn’t even acknowledge “all” customers. I was there waiting for help one day and she just kept talking to someone and not even about making a sale, they were having a personal conversation. Take your business elsewhere where the ppl actually value their customers.

I’ve made several purchases that have bought things out of stock, and it seems it’s to big of a hassle for them to get things back in... and absolutely no gratitude they don’t care about your business! And I gave it multiple attempts, I only like to shop local!!! The last being a phone call inquiring on the availability of a product not willing to look for size availability and then I was hung up on. I tried all I’m willing... prices are good but I’ll spend my money else where

This is the place to go for all your needs when you are needing pet supplies and clothing or boots for the outdoors and plumbing and basically all any hardware has. I love this place.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The service is very rude and unintelligent. They are not up to par with others. If you're a commercial farmer etc., I suggest taking your business elsewhere.
