The Pharmacy dept needs to be more efficient. Customers who use the drive thru during their lunch hour to pick up already filled prescriptions, should not have to sit through their entire lunch to get their prescriptions. Please, those customers who drop of prescriptions to be filled should be asked to pull around so those of us who are picking up can and go on. Thank you!

I have been here maybe a month and this has by far been the nastiest pharmacy to deal with. Everyone has an attitude and they are very disrespectful. I tried telling them over the phone they sent someone else's medication home in my bag but they were not trying to hear it. This pharmacy absolutely disgust me, the app will tell me one thing then the rude staff will tell me the complete opposite. Believe me when I say I will never fill another prescription for myself or children here again.

The automated call said my medication would be ready at 4. I show up at 5 to get it. I was told I didnt have anything there ay the time. I was fine with that. The employee ask if I needed it earlier and I said yes I'm switching job and would like to have it refilled before my insurance ran out. She said that's fine and walked away. About 2 minutes later a visibly mad blonde came up and asked the same questions ,i answered her. She rudely told me it was to be ready on the 14th. That's all fine if that's how it goes I was told to come to the establishment and then ran off like I did something wrong. how am I suppose to figure what I need with miss information and disrespect

I've video from this experience cause it was hilarious! We had a great time!Being the "self serve" wouldn't accept help, from "the help".. as she states in the video.Ultimately the last item & last one in the store simply wouldn't scan properly. It frustrated the manager & employee so badly the manager paid for the item out if her own pocket(I think just to get it out if the storešŸ¤­), which was sooo hot & none of their registers were working, these poor gals are set up for failure there & most definitely deserve a raise to put up with what their forced to with faulty equipment & a over heated store. CVS do better if simply for the human beings that serve as the faces of your business.. attached is 30 seconds of a 5+ minute video of the experience we had. If CVS is interested in the entirety of the video don't hesitate to contact me. It shows the corporate neglect upon these poor gals. šŸ˜¢

This place is ridiculous. I called because I had an issue with one of my prescriptions. After waiting for 10 minutes on hold, someone came on the line and asked me to hold longer, then hung up on me. I called back a few minutes later and again, waited for 10 minutes on hold before I gave up and hung up. Tried calling back an hour later, and, you guessed it, waited ANOTHER 15 minutes before someone finally picked up. Took me 5 minutes of explaining before the pharmacist finally understood what I was telling him, then was told he couldn't help me. The shenanigans don't stop there. Went in to pick up a different prescription and there were 3 people in line ahead of me. Two techs were behind the counter talking, within view of the counter and kept talking, ignoring customers. The pharmacist even looked over, saw us standing there and didn't say anything, just kept working on what he was working on. This place is a joke but unfortunately it's the only pharmacy in town, unless you want to go to the more expensive mom and pop pharmacy down the road.

Typically, I'm greeted with a 'Hello' when I walk in. The pharmacy technicians know my grandfather gets his medicine there and always ask me how he's doing. Sevice has never been slow (except that one time the power went out because of a lightning storm and their machines had to reboot). The employees seem pretty diligent in making sure there are no mistakes with your order which may lead to increased waiting times which is fine by me, I'd rather not have to make another trip or take the wrong medicine.

This is the worst store ever. My mom takes seizure medicine. Every month she calls it in they say they are working on it . We go the next morning to pick it up and they have not even started on it. We then have to wait 45 min. For her medicine to be ready. The whole staff in the pharmacy are huddled in corner talking about other people and divorces and drama instead of working. . This is very frustrating especially to these people that depend on their medicine. . Everytime I come in there are 3 in here and they stand around gossiping instead of filling people medications. When I explained to them we called the one lady laughed and said yeah that's so wrong we are 5 days behind. This store needs someone in here in the pharmacy that gets the job done and doesn't put up with cutting up instead making sure they are working. Ridiculous. Worst service every month .....

The store itelf is great. The pharmacy on the other hand is VERY SLOW!!! I have been sitting in line without moving for 20 minutes. When I get to the window the lady is very rude and acts like she doesn't have time to answer a question. Like she is irritated with her job. If you feel like this please feel free to get another job. This pharmacy is so not professional!

Wouldn't have even gave a single star, but had to !!! The management is very poor and unprofessional. Just a horrible experience I thought maybe would improve but hasn't! I can't believe the head branch hasn't done something yer.!! My son took me to Monroe CVS and it was just a wonderful and quick trip with a great friendly staff. All my prescription will be transferred to Monroe CVS.

This is a decent size CVS wta wide variety of personal care needs over the counter medicine plus doctor written prescriptions being that the store has a great variety of things it is a good pharmacy for personal needs but the pharmacy for prescriptions sent by a doctor is very slow most of the helpers have decent attitudes a couple don't and the actual pharmacists aren't what you would call very courteous and they are slow on orders bad about not having them ready when they say they will buy in all the CVS stores itself is a good place

Iā€™ve officially had it with this pharmacy! The final straw was me waiting 3 hours past my ā€œpromised by timeā€, I showed up at the drive through to sit and get ignored. Finally receive my medicine in a ZIPLOCK BAG and notice the ā€œpromised by timeā€ was an hour later, meaning they probably didnā€™t start on it until I pulled up. Then I get a call the NEXT DAY telling me a colleague ā€œmade a mistakeā€ on the dosage instructions! Mind you this medication is for a 6 MONTH OLD!! Their instructions at first were 1 tablet every 4 hours when he should only have 1/2 in 6 hours!! Wait times and rude employees are one thing but this is an entirely different story that I will be pursuing further!

This place as well as other CVS are very unprofessional. Called in meds 3 days prior and came to pick up they wasn't done and was told an hour. Come back they try to tell me it will be another 40 mins. I told them I was just told an hour. So they get two ready but had to wait another 15 minutes to get the third. Really fed up with cvs!

Charlie is GREAT!! The rest of the employees there could learn a lesson in customer service from him. Employers (the big chains anyway) in Pageland now days dont seem to care how their employees treat customers. When I had employees that were rude they were fired as fast as I hired them. Your employees are a reflection of the management, hire people who are friendly and give them overtime instead of keeping the rude ones and running your customers off. Only reason I continue going is because no one else around takes goodRx gold.

Please be careful and always ask doctor before taking vaccines that the pharmacist tell u that u due for one....I'm 37 weeks pregnant and pharmacy told me I was due for a tdap and hpv vaccine and done got the tdap vaccine but never had hpv or vaccine and it can harm ur unborn baby....always ask doctor before taking anything!!!!!!!!!!!@

Terrible service from pharmacy. Tried to get similar price we got at cvs Monroe and they were very uncooperative. Pharmacist would not look at me! We have had bad experiences here before and I will not go there ever again for anything although I live in Pageland! We will counsel our neighbors accordingly!

The store itself is great, the actual pharmacy is absolutely horrible. It is much quicker to drive to monroe to get your prescription then drive back. You could probably make that round trip twice and still beat Pageland's stores time

Horrible customer service in this particular pharmacy. Not sure if it is due to being understaffed or if management just doesn't care. If you HAVE to get a prescription filled there, know it will just as enjoyable as getting your teeth pulled.

This is the worst CVS ever, very poorly managed. The wait is always in excess of a hour, pharmacy staff is very rude, and you always need to check your medication. I have been given the wrong medicine/dose multiple times

Very unprofessional and rude. Was not greeted at the door. I was looking at some ink on the aisle and the worker just reached right over me to put some ink back and did not say excuse me or nothing. I hate coming here everyone that works there are rude. Especially to the black customers. A shame.

Getting prescriptions filled shouldnā€™t be this complicated. Four months in a row now, itā€™s taken over a week (and in the latest case three weeks) to get my prescription.
