This store is truly wheelchair accessible. This includes the isles being free to move around in a scooter or wheelchair. Employees are always willing to give a hand when needed. This store should be the example for all the other stores.Great selection and great stock.

They are high on most all the things that are sold. I can get things for less at Walmart. There plastic storage containers are so high. Went to wal mart and got 2 storage containers for the price on one at Dollar General. Their produce is higher than other stores. Not the best place if you are looking for cheaper prices.

I went in to get a pink tub for my coming grandbabies clothes - just until she is born. I looked for storage tubs, and found a lot of grey, blue and black ones. I finally found one red one, way up on a shelf in the grocery section. A cashier kindly helped me get the red one from 8 feet over my head. Such service and help was amazing. I will continue to shop here..

Come here quite often since I live in Pacolet. The staff are super friendly and always helpful! My only complaint is that the shelves seem bare lately... that could be due to the pandemic though!! Will continue to shop here!

Greatest selection in town. Best prices and plenty of parking. Get ready for your holiday with gifts, groceries and stocking stuffers. Get here early because this Season the gifts are going fast. Grab some extras because you are going to have surprise guests and it's the season of giving. Bring a coupon and get bigger discounts on the weekends. Plenty to choose from and smiling faces makes this one really great place to shop. We need more Dollar General Market locations so they can show the big boys how to take care of the customers.

Customer service is non existent in this store. I stood in line while the cashier had a long chat with the customer while the line backed up. Another cashier opened and promptly took the person standing in the back of the line!! Unbelievable! I stood there and watched as customers left and I'm still standing there! Nothing spectacular about this store. It usually is cluttered with boxes on the floor or in the aisles. Very limited produce and meat department. Don't waste your time if you need to buy groceries. However, the paper goods and laundry dept are better than a grocery store. Needless to say I won't be back for a long while.

These sites are always good when they first open but then they go down hill. Managers need to be held accountable and make them clean them up. There's no reason it can't be better when you go in and staff is just standing around talking. BBC

This place needs new management! They have too many indians and not enough chiefs. Need to have more lanes open. Always a line. Cashiers are rude and not friendly. If they could get a good manager to make some positive changes, get rid of the crew they currently have and hire all new staff it hopefully would make a difference. Period.

This Dollar General is alot cleaner than others in the area. Most of the time the shelves are well stocked. If you are going to buy groceries and I mean meats as well. This is not the place to buy your meat. Its a good place to run to if you need to pick up a few things. But the rest of the store is a good place to get discounts on many name brand products. Dollar General brands are comparable to name brands. I love my neighborhood market.

Very well stocked unlike most Dollar General stores. There arent buggies full of inventory sitting around randomly so you can actually shop the aisles without obstacles. Great job Dollar General Market👏

I bought flowers there for my fiance's birthday. They were wrapped up in red and white checkerboard plastic with the nice flowers on top. After I got them home and unwrapped the plastic the ones underneath the plastic were all dead. To the point where one of the flowers even fell off on the floor. Don't buy flowers from Dollar general market

Why are employees too lazy to do their jobs and do western union payouts?? It's really not that hard to do but instead they lie and say "we don't do western union payouts anymore." So in just 4 days y'all stopped doing? Nope don't think so!! Well the district manager will be getting a call tomorrow! 🤙

Great prices and clean. I been going there since it opened and it's great for a quick run to store or grab something for the grill. Most of the staff are friendly but every now and then I run across one that's rude. Overall it's a great place

Usually 1 or 2 registers open right next to each other and slow long wait times to checkout. Average quality stuff at slightly more cost than it really should be. Can find good deals on cold goods close to date.

Being an former employee of a Dollar General about almost a decade ago, I should know I should know what constitutes as the best qualities of a Dollar General employee. I don't know what it is but Pat (the store manager here at Dollar General Market in Pacolet, SC) does not like me at all. Never greets me, using coupons is always a nogo with her here! In plain sight she'll speak to someone she doesnt know but looks at me if I'm invading their store. If it wasn't for me wanting great things for low prices I wouldn't be shopping here at all (yes because of her). She tried to treat me as if I was a dumb child just now I'm really trying to figure out who gave her this position..!

When I need something quickly I can go there and pick up a few items that I need. Its the only grocery store we have in Pacolet. But they also have clothes shoes and other things too.

Dollar General Market in Pacolet is an awesome place to shop. They have terriffic prices. Any two liter sodas are a dollar a piece. Most convenience stores charge 1.79 for a 20 ounce drink. Anytime im in Pacolet i always stop there and shop. If you get a chance i would highly recommend stopping in an grocery shopping. You will not regret it. So come on by and check it out for yourself!!!!
