This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. They literally pick up and hang up the phones the entire shift. You have to literally go in, and when you go in , there’s no line??? So why is the phone not being answered this is on several occasions. Today I called multiple times to an immediate “please hold” placed on hold for 5-8 mins each time then they lift the line and disconnect, they did this over the course of 45 mins, finally got an answer after an hour, MEGAN IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Requested manager she states he’s not available , so no one of authority is available. They are seriously playing with peoples lives. Will definitely be filing a corporate complaint.

I usually have good experiences with Walgreens Pharmacy. Not so this week. I went to pick up a prescription on Friday that I called in. I arrived at 5:15. There was one customer in line ahead of me. As he left, I drove up only to have someone rudely yell at me, WE ARE CLOSED! I left and returned Saturday only to find out the pharmacy isn't open on Saturday or Sunday. Plus they have changed their hours from 9 to 5 during the week. I had to go all week end without my Blood Pressure medicine. I returned on Monday and finally got my prescriptions. They put my debit card in the return and told me my drivers liscense was in the bag. When I got home, I couldn't find my liscense. I returned on Thursday only to be told that they put them in the bag and they were sorry if I lost them. Now, I have to make a trip to the highwayy Dept and replace my liscense. l also asked them for a print out of my prescription receipts year to date. They ommited the first 4 pages. Also, the speakers were broken and you either had to yell through the window or call them on your cell phone. Obviously the pharmacy employees are over worked or just don't care. I can't understand sacrificing quality customer service by cutting pharmacy hours. SHAME ON WALGREENS!

I had problems with the pharmacist on John c Calhoun drive a couple years ago after coming from east cooper medical center from a hip revision an femur hardware removal a very complex surgery that took a lot out of me . So on the way home we stopped to fill a prescription an this pharmacist refused to fill my prescription telling me very rudely to go to the pharmacy I had been using. I left went to grove park an had no problems an had it filled in 20 minutes an on my way home , so from then on all my prescriptions go to grove park we’ll my rheumatologist started something new this week instead of me have to go to Lexington to pick up my prescription they scanned it to Walgreens on the drive well I go there at 9:00 this Wednesday morning to get it filled an I hear this guy the pharmacist on the drive tell the receptionist very rudely again I told them 10 :00 well no he didn’t tell me that an I did my on fast research an found out my insurance had already paid for it another words it was filled but he refused to help me well I also take anxiety medication an my chest starts hurting so I had to call public safety up there because he was trying to be confrontational with me . So I had a report done on him an also called corporate to try to get them to get to the bottom of this situation because I actually have talked with others who have had this same problem with this pharmacist!

Photo quality is always super distorted from original uploads. I am not sure if this is due to it being an online order, but my prints are ALWAYS low quality and have issues with cutting off portions of the photo. Maybe this machine needs to be serviced? I’m not sure.
