This is a nice location. My daughter gets food for her hollandlop here. It's clean and staff is friendly. They have baby chicks and ducks on location and a dog wash station.

Great experience as always! They have so much great stuff! The young lady in the garden Center was very nice & helpful.as well as the cashier inside the store. I happen to come at the right time as they have some really nice flower (& I think other plant) discounts today located just outside the Garden Center on 2 tall carts. They needed more room for new arrivals is what I was told as the reason for the great sale. I got a whole tray of pink Begonias for $5.00 & a pretty healthy hanging basket of red Impatiens for $3.00! I also bought potting soil & some Herbs as we're trying our hand at container gardening. Also got several bird food Stackers - some with dehydrated mealworms & some with various seeds embedded together. The birds & ( the squirrels🙄) love it! Got a book & a magazine on raising chickens - we got some chicks recently. I enjoy going there. 😊

Not only was the store super cute, display-wise, but the employees were amazing! Sadly, I didn’t get to see the older gentleman’s name tag, but I did see LeeAnn’s! Both were great. I’m usually a little scared to ask for help, but the gentleman was extremely kind. He helped me find the corn broom I’ve been searching for forever. Everybody seemed to be in good spirits and genuinely happy to be at work.Thank you guys. I’ve never stepped in a Tractor Supply before, but I’m going to make it point to try and shop there more from now on. It’s not often that you see great customer service anymore.

I purchased a lawnmower on June 21, 2022. I was on register 2 but it would not allow the cashier to cash me out. The cashier said my debit card was not charged although it was. I was moved to another registered and my card was debited for more money. In total I was debited $1,800. The next day I went back to the store to speak with a manger that could refund my money. Well that’s disaster number one. He proceeded to tell me that is not a charge on my account and it will be back on my account within days, one week later I returned to the store and at this time two very nice cashiers assisted me to the best of their ability. Although they refused to call customer solutions as one stated “I do not like to call them”. That was disaster number two. Needless to say it is now July 29 and tractor supply customer solutions has offered nothing but unanswered calls and emails. I have had two out of 12 great customer service reps but some even hung up on me. All I needed was my refund and it took my bank to dispute the charge to finally get “MY REFUND”!! This store will not get any more time or money from me. One last thing, no one called me ever to give me an update or to apologize for the inconvenience. I called them over 13 times!!!! I never had this type of service with any store.

Great supply, friendly staff. I buy garden lime—they have the cheap 50 lb bags—bulk pine pellets for cat litter, metal buckets, and of course 🐣 chicks. Many supplies for horses, dogs, cats, chickens, as well as seasonal items. And chicks, did I mention chicks?

I walked in and just stood there a moment. If was easily twice the size as my home store in NH spent an hour just walking around, very friendly staff, eager to help, they helped carry heavier items. Can't wait to visit again

Love going to tractor supply,buddy loved his work boots. I love 💘 their clothing for the ladies. We generally get his supplies for his welding and other tools he needs.the clerks are the Friendly's folks you can ask for. And to top it off a very clean store

Would give 0 stars if I could... Being trailed through the store like a common thief every time I go into this place is becoming a bit ridiculous. This morning I was trailed by a redhead employee after telling her I was checking prices on feed, after buying feed from another local feed company prior to going to TSC. I wanted to see if prices at TSC were comparable or not. I came into the store to buy deer feed products and almost left my purchase behind due to how uncomfortable I was made to feel during this, which will most likely be my last visit.I understand companies need to have loss prevention and understand how loss prevention works but when your standing within 10 feet of me and my pregnant wife, staring at us and circling around the isle looking for us to "steal" something, your job as loss prevention is now considered harassment and is ineffective when your tailing honest patrons. Once I decided to stay stationary in the hunting section, she tailed my pregnant wife to the restroom and went in after her to inspect for items. Keep in mind my wife went into the restroom empty-handed and 9 months pregnant.When a patron is walking around carrying a gallon of deer attractant and looking at oversized objects, it's about impossible to walk out of the store with them under cover.This isn't the first time I've felt this way in this store. I frequently would go to this store to purchase homesteading tools and equipment but as of lately, I feel my business would be more appreciated elsewhere with small local businesses.Regardless, we did make our purchase at the register while my wife was having active contractions and walked out of this store for the last time. Thanks Orangeburg TSC for your "professional" manner.

Great people in this store, although they can be busy at time's there always helpful. Good selection on most things and usually if they don't have it they will order it on the spot.

My second trip in the last 2 weeks great experience both times. Great service everyone was so helpful and the prices are good. I wanted to know if they had what I needed she put me on hold checked for it and held it for me because it was the only one in the color I wanted. That's customer service.

Wheels on shopping carts need replacing. Isles are so close together by dog food and clothing area you can barely squeeze a cart through. Super friendly staff and excellent customer service. Too many items didn't have price tags which was a big deterrent. Pricing was better than similar stores.

Nice young guys hanging out, talking by register. See me struggle a little with the bag of food, I'd hoped for an offer to carry it out. It's ok, I managed. Thanks to the rewards program, I helped my friend build rewards! As a veteran, we look for places that offer discounts, which I was told they don't, except on specific days of the year... which ones?

Not a good place to return something, I purchased something there that was $8 and returned by doing an exchange. The item was $20 so I had to pay the difference of $12. I tried to return this item because it did not work out either. So instead of giving me the full price of 20 dollars they wanted to give me 12 which just does not even make sense. You would think that something that is worth 20 I would get my money back. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

Clearly the best place to purchase all the nutritional feed for pets and livestock. This location has a variety of foods and products. Known for good customer service and available stock, your every need should be met here.

I am a 69 year old woman. I did have a employee ask if I needed help getting my feed for me. That I can do, by sliding in down on to the flat buggy. What I should not do, is load it into my truck. I waited about 10 minutes after check out for someone to come help. Finally pushed 380 pounds of feed out by myself. Loaded 200 of that before a employee came to finish it. Then drove to the hay/straw trailers and waited another 5 minutes for service. Looked at my receipt to check the time and realized the clerk had rung my straw up as hay. If there were any decent competition in town, I wouldn't go to TSC. Sorry about that.

I love Tractor Supply but this store in Lexington doesn't have nearly the equine supplies it once carried. I'm glad they still have the basics though. I'm even more glad the company opened the store in Batesburg which is closer to me.

In Orangeburg S.C., there is a cashier by the name of Kirsten, who is by far the rudest, unfriendly , person that I've encountered this holiday season. The past day my wife was shopping there, and came home & told me how rudely she was treated, then today I was shopping for her, and had the pleasure of meeting Kirsten...And boy was my wife right!!! No hellos, no thank yous, just a scowl on her face that wouldn't quit.. Merry Christmas Kirsten, and realize that if it weren't for people like us spending hundreds at your place of employment you'd be looking for another job..

Usually come here for tools and trailer accessories.. sometimes just to browse around . They seem to almost always have what I need at reasonable prices. I would recommend them anytime

The line was super long and instead of someone coming to run a register witch took 15 to 20 min to even get to check out the manager took 20 min to get to the register to override things then instead of him getting on a register he called for some one else who never came up this is not the first time this has happened
