Imagine yelling at your customer about their dog, claiming their shots were not up to date(false, the family has photos and evidence) and yelled at the customer when coming into their driveway? Must have been a bad day for the owner. Thankfully, they got their dog back in one piece, but won’t return again. Never had a problem with the owner until now. I would not suggest doing business with this company, especially if you are looking for professionalism. I worry how this person acts to the animals if they treat people like this. Disgusting behavior and should not be in the business world.Edit: in response to the quite condescending comment from the owner, it is very clear they are trying to downplay the situation. I am a big supporter of small businesses, and would never review one in bad manner unless I felt it was warranted. In fact, this is the only one I have ever left a bad review on. And places like this truly give a bad name to those who are passionate about their work. Therefore, for those who read this, please take into GREAT consideration who you choose doing business with, especially when it comes to your beloved pets!

The ladies took my two puppies without much notice, when I had a family emergency. I appreciate that. Only stayed one night so I can't give a 100% without experiencing more interaction/care.

The staff was very pleasant. I was a little taken aback of the cost for a small town, until they brought my baby girl out to me. She was perfect! I have struggled to find someone that could remotely do a true Shih Tzu cut. Tail Waggers was worth every penny! I will not only happily drive the hour to take her back, but happily pay the extra penny’s for their quality work! Thank you Tail Waggers staff for a great experience!!!

I went here after them being recommended from my vet office for our doggie to be groomed.. My mother died 2 1/2 weeks ago and her dog needed grooming. She had Mats everywhere.. The business we had an appt with refused to groom her and said a vet had to do it .. I walked in and told them the story and the issue and Mrs Brandy came over and looked at her and said no problem I can do her... I was like ok thank you and was ready to make a appt but no she took her right then and said she would do her today... Talk about a woman and staff who truly care for and love animals.. I was so THANKFUL and omg did Lil Bit look so good when I picked her... They now have my business and anyone else that I can send to them or recommend them too... Once again thank you so much!!!! Brandy and her staff are top rated! Always up for the challenge of tackling my overexcited oversized puppy's nails. He is like a bull in a China shop but just wants to love! I recommend Tail Waggers to anyone who wants their puppy loved while being groomed!!

It has been awhile since I have taken my dog to Tail Waggers and this will be my last. I was very disappointed with my dogs cut. When they asked what I wanted done I told them a summer shave and to trim her tail because her tail curls up on her back and is so cute. When I picked her up, her body was shaved but her head was not. She looked like a bobblehead dog. And her tail was cut short and no longer curls up on her back. Very disappointed. And for the price they charged she should have looked perfect. Outrageous price for a small dog.

The people at Tailwaggers are the absolute BEST! My dog (Baker) goes to doggy daycare everyday and everyday he comes home happy and healthy. They treat the dogs like family. Plus, the weekly grooming is an added bonus. Whenever we have special request for our pup they have always fulfilled it with a smile on their face! I highly recommend trying them for your dog(s)!

They are the Dogs bark bark(like the cats meowmeow). They really took fantastic care of Bonsai our ALASKA Serbian Husky. Got the whole grooming dazzle. He even came home with his own cloth around his neck. He truly loves being pampered. They deserve ten stars

Tail Waggers is very good facility. The team really cares about your animal(s). They are super sweet with them. A very friendly and clean environment. Tail Waggers has a homey feel which I am sure makes the pets feel like they are in their own home environment.

....they cut my puppy in her face while grooming her and then when I spoke with the groomer she suggested that I go get some Neosporin to fix a problem she caused!!! ...my pup is 2yrs old and we have Never experienced a bad groom such as this...never had to deal with cuts in her face!I will Not return..$50 ..Worth of discomfort!! Not worth it!!

I boarded my dog Samson for a week during the Christmas holidays with Tailwaggers. This was the best experience I ever had with a Boarding place. My dog was happy and very clean. I recommend this place for your pet. Brandy is the best👍🏽
