Well the store is half open when it supposed to be. I work and have been by there a couple times at 9am and store not open. How do y'all keep letting this happen? And been a few times and no one is to be seen and then the 2 managers decide to come out office when im ready to check out, y'all need to get it together.

We took our 4 months old puppies into the store. There were other puppies for sale and a family interviewing them, the staff were wonderful and accommodating. They loved on our puppies and were very helpful with any questions. Very pleasant experience

I bought a bottle of spray shampoo. After we left, the bottle tipped over in the bag. The shampoo was all over the car mat. The top was loose. Took it back to the store and they cheerfully have me another bottle...no problem. Great customer service.

Went to the in-store groomer, Brandon, to get my Scottie’s nails trimmed. She was so incredibly patient and kind. She handled my dog so well even though he was really nervous!

Took out dog to get vaccinations there and then went over to make another appt at the groomers.. The groomer look at my dog and said she had a opening 2 weeks later... Our dog has been there before... Show up to the appt and now she states she can not groom her cause she has some mats on her and says she has to be groomed by a vet.. I asked why didn't you say that 2 weeks ago? She starts getting rude and says that's my problem I inform her no it is her problem cause now I see why no one wants to work there... As I'm walking out the door she says "Fu¢£ you" I proceed to tell the store mgr there that she better go in there before I go back in there and fix her attitude and mouth... I take my dog to the vet and they also inform me I am the 2nd person who came in being told the same thing.. My vet sent me over to Tail Waggers and we explained the situation and they immediately took our dog and groomed her and OMG they did an amazing job.... And they have gained my business and anyone else's that I can send to them... DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS TO PETSENSE JUST INAGINE HOW SHE COULD BE TREATING YOU PET WHEN YOU ARE NOT THERE ...

Petsense in orangeburg is one of the only places in town that I can find tikicat wet food. I've also used their dog grooming services a couple of time and was always satisfied with the results. Friendly staff and usually a clean store and atmosphere.

Store 👍🏼👍🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Grooming with Amy 👎🏼⭐️Store staff is always very helpful and friendly! ...so I decided to try their grooming for my Shi Tzu. I spoke with them 3x including the morning of to confirm my dog's grooming appointment because of the rare winter storm overnight. None of those times was I told there was only a 5 min window to be late. As i pulled in the parking lot 12 min late, Amy called to tell me I missed my apt. I drove 35 min in the snow/ice for nothing. I WILL GO BACK TO THE STORE but will DEFINITELY NOT GO BACK TO THE GROOMER. If you don't let FIRST TIME customers know your late arrival policy and are that stringent with someone who drove that far on a morning of rare snow and ice, then I will just go elsewhere. I was prepared to tip her $20 on the $50 service for her dedication in coming to work in this weather, but instead I wasted $20 in gas driving there and am now back home with a wasted morning writing this review.

I tried to return a Fresh Water test kit (it was missing a bottle plus I needed the Salt Water kit instead) and was ostracized and accused of taking a bottle out. The manager refused to give me a refund and also said they didn't give cash back, only store credit after being told the opposite when I called. Don't waste your time shopping here, they are rude and hateful and don't honor their own policies and won't return your money for defective products.

I made my German Shepard a appointment to get groomed, he’s one years old. Pet Sense refuse to service my dog because he growled at the young lady that conducted the 6 minute examination, before puppies/dogs gets groomed. Not bite, not attacked not snapping at her. Instead of her trying to defuse the situation for a puppie. She tell us we have to leave the store immediately and get our puppie behavior training before she can groom him. Her tone and the way she handled the situation was RUDE. She didn’t even offer my baby a treat! Just walks up on him no greeting or anything. I think she’s the one needing training. I shop at this store every week for my dog and I will never step foot in there again.

We just rescued a kitten and the grandkids fell in love with him, so we took him to Petsense. They told us how old he is and that he needed to see a Vet because he had a upper respiratory problem. We did take him and they were right. A month later we went back to Petsense to get kitty a few needed items and again, the staff was very helpful. Never thought we would end up with a cat, but he's precious.

Great staff and a good selection for dogs and cats. They even have crickets for those with reptiles or amphibians. However, supplies for those animals are limited and the price of items can be a little high at times. Still a good place to shop for Fido or Kitty though.

Service is awesome. Went looking for paw balm. Which they have! Also a good selection of dog toys. So I got a few. But on top of that They have dog adoption. One Sunday a month. Not only are they pet supplies. They have pets. Love them.

Went there today to have my dog groomed and he doesn’t even look like he’s been washed ! TBH the only reason I would still go there is because of Mrs. Deidra. I’ve learned that she retired a few weeks ago and I honestly hate that she did. This new groomer lady JEN is the absolute worse ! She will tell you one price and then you get to the register and it’s something different. And whatever the older cashier lady name is that’s working there today with the blonde hair HER ATTITUDE IS THE WORST AND I DONT KNOW WHY YALL HAVE HER THERE ! I will definitely be taking my business else where !
