Love this concept of petco. Its more of a rural concept that reminds me more of a Farm and Home store, but with just pet items. John Deere, Carhart, and Jeep brand dog items. A great pet store.

If I could do zero stars I would. I brought two packs of treats and went home and saw that they were expired. When I went in to see what they could do to correct the problem the next day all they wanted to do was issue a refund, which is fine but not one time did either of the two employees at least apologize on behalf of the company for the inconvenience this caused me. This will for sure be my last time coming in.

We love going here. They were very helpful for us getting pet mice. Even had a smooth exchange of a male mouse for a female. We will be back!

My cat food is $5 cheaper per bag here than at Walmart or Tractor Supply. Friendly and helpful staff. When they mark things down they REALLY mark things down. This is my go to place for all things critter related. They even have chicks in the Spring and Summer. There's a dog wash station and cats for adoption through a rescue.

My first time to order online and pickup at the store. I received a text saying my order was ready for pickup. I did show my id to prove that I was the one who ordered the pickup. Smooth as Silk.

Been here a few times and the store is always short staffed... No one is never available and the ONE person that is there is always in the back.
