The only reason I got three stars is because the receiving lady was quite rude. But other than that I only had 11 pallets so it took them approximately 11 minutes to unload me.. the guys at the dock were nice. Wide open parking lot.. make sure you follow the small directions signs..

I arrived for loading on time, I've been waiting at the door for 3 hours for them to start loading. I can see the load through the crack, it's standing in front of the open door of my trailer and no one is loading it.Update: 6 hours..still wait

People are very nice and get you out in a timely manner. Reason for only 3 stars is if it's your first time here just go straight don't turn towards the docks you see to your right and halfway down the building is the office. Signage people would make are jobs so much easier. I had no idea the docks I needed was on the other side and I didn't want to go that way because it looked like it was just car access.

1.Overnight Parking Yes,you can park along the fence until they open up,or there is three truckstops less than a mile away,Seven Eleven,Loves,and Quicktrip2.Appointments needed Yes3.Men and Women restrooms available4.They will have you unloaded in less than 1.5 hours unless they have to take a lunch break5.Easy to back up to doors6.When coming in turn to the left not to the Right definitely don’t go the way of the park cars
