This is one of those locations where you stop if you have to all in that. You avoid it. First the lot is very small. The crew is not the friendliest, and the bathrooms are poorly maintained and limited. Currently It is 7 a m And there is no warm food, just a couple of hot dogs. But if you look in the cooler, you will find all kinds of food that should have been put out. This is a clear indication that management is very poor here.

Great gas station conveniently located off the interstate as usual. The remodel definitely did good for the interior. They have anything you could need while traveling along with a subway and godfathers pizza. Very clean and staff is friendly while helping with the dumb u-scan that every business is going to.

Loud obnoxious music being played in the shower area by the employee cleaning. Rude and disrespectful employees at counter to check out. They were more concerned with their telephone call in their ear. Coffee was full of grounds and some random white substance floating in it as it came out of the coffee maker. We as drivers get no respect. Not looking to be catered to. Just respect your fellow man and act like your mother raised you right.

Love stop #326 refuses to honor my free shower because the system is “down”There must be a way for stores to honor members rewards in system failures. Also this is the first loves that ever did this and I’ve experienced a few down system locationsAnd to add to the misery the bathroom was a mess.

One of the cleanest Love’s I’ve been too! I love the layout of the store as well! I like that there are self check outs as well as a traditional cashiers desk. The showers were clean as well as the parking area!

Absolutely the worst Loves I've ever been to . Fueled then Parked to go shower on 6-28-2023 . Purchased a shower and proceeded to shower 6 , shower had NOT been cleaned. Walked to fuel desk to inform clerk and as I was barely able to say 2 words she held up her hand , motioning me to Shut up , and proceeded with the Next customers . TOE as it read on her tag , took care of 4 customers then walked away . I walked to the front counter to look for a manager and found a young man , he walked with me to the shower , looked in and said, " it's all done " I laughed and said really ? He replied YeAH , all you need to do is give it like 20 min for it to air out . 🤔 I walk back to the Diesel counter and at this time there are 2 Police officers Speaking with the cashier TOE , Asking her where some person was , she replied , " The Wet Back left out the back doors towards the trucks " . Me being Mexican American took offense. I told her Excuse me , What did you say ? She Replied " I wasn't talking to you " . Ignored it and asked her for shower towels . She then told me , Did you not see the piles of towels in the hall , we have No Towels . Use your Shirt . I just walked OUT . THEY NEED BETTER PEOPLE HERE WITH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

This is the worst Love’s that I’ve ever been to. After being in excruciating pain and throwing up in the bathroom for around an hour. I had one employee ask me if I’m okay. I responded with no. Then a bunch of others came into the bathroom to hang up on me and tell me that I’ve been there for a long time (obviously if I’m SICK!) and they threatened to call the police on me. This has been one of the cruelest and merciless experiences that I have ever had. I hope that they experience this exact same treatment that they’ve shown to me so that they see how it feels.I have been in an 18 wheeler 72 foot TRUCK. (Loves allegedly loves truckers) haha NOT! For a while now and Loves has constantly received our business. But NO MORE!

Newly remodeled this summer. Very nice inside. However, several truck fueling lanes have been closed the last 2 times through here, creating big backups. Come on Loves. You can do better.

Clean bathrooms.As far as drinks are concerned, cups were in short supply, along with no soda in many. The lady that worked there said they don't carry the size cup we wanted (even though we stopped at another one a couple days before and they had plenty) and yes, they were out of soda (lot of soda). Never been in a Love's that wasn't fully stocked. To me, that screams management issues.

We are truck drivers and see alot of Loves. We found this one to have clean showers with good pressure. The people are friendly and it's about time a Godfathers Pizza knew exactly how to make a pizza. Thier wings are good too😁 We recommend this Loves.

After reading the reviews I was scared to go here. Got a shower and the shower was clean and the young lady working it was super nice and friendly. The water is not real hot but it was warm.The store was clean and the food area was stocked with fresh food. The complaint I have is not ever at a Loves have I paid for a cup of ice. But today I did. I even used my Loves card and it still charged me.The parking lot as clean with garbage cans around convenient to use.We did not use to shop area so could not comment on it.The best thing I found was right out the front door to the left is a Waffle House. I was excited for that place to be in walking distance.

Broke down on 10/22/23 after several hours of my company trying to contact the loves for a road call they got them to answer the phone. After they finally arrived the tech stated that the leveling valve was leaking on the trailer. She said she was going to go back to the shop to see if they had one. After waiting a couple of hours I called and a young man said he would be there in about 20 minutes. An hour later he showed up and stated that it was the wrong valve it would have to be ordered. The next day my company called to see if the part had been ordered. My RA guy was told the service manager wasn’t in this being almost noon. My RA guy called another mobile service out only to tell me that he couldn’t find anything leaking after I let the air build up in the trailer. I looked at the air gauges and it was not loosing air anymore. I told him obviously they did something to fix and didn’t tell me it was fixed since they had to order the valve. I’m very surprised to get the service I received especially it being a loves. I have always gotten great service from loves. I will not use their road call service again.

This is the worst Love's I've been to. The Subway that's supposed to be open all night, rarely is. They are always out stuff in the coffee area or the machines are down. The hot food they offer is always old, at night.

The shop in Subway are very slow. Waiting too long for service. As a truck driver I need to be in and out a truck stop. The subway manager is rude. I don't have time to be playing around and watching you tell jokes.

Smaller lot, but with enough room to park. We are an RV couple and don't want to be in the way of the truckers, so we tried to fuel up quickly and get out. Easy in and out for our 5th wheel.

I stopped at this place for laundry, shower and lube service , people at the lube are not friendly since yesterday and today I checked with some one but not happy at all ,” wait “ I could see clearly what’s going there the lube doors were free . I love LOVE TRUCK and still give 5 stars . I had to leave find another locations for the service ,Hey guys with out truckers you have no check please respect us and your job .

Pos worker in subway. She moves super slow to try and make you say just forget it. Purple hair can't even make a simple sandwich. The manager is walking around trying to close before it's time instead of helping or even having a word with the pos server. Nothing but attitude.

Although their website says they have an RV dump station, they do not. Spoke to two employees (one didn't know and asked the manager) and was they didn't. Stopped here specifically for that reason and wasted my time. Don't bother stopping by if you have RV. They have zero RV amenities.

Had a nice hot shower and didn't have to wait because I got the last one around 9am on Wed. Sink pressure in shower #1 wasn't very good so -1*, but otherwise a good shower visit. Clean enough, fresh towels and plenty of soap and TP available. Fast service by a very friendly associate at the fuel desk. Much obliged! I'd shower here again.

Worst experience I've ever had at a Love's. Checked in for an oil change was told they were waiting on a check to fix their pump and they would call me when they could change my oil. Check with him several times and was ignored for customers that walked in after me till they got finished with them and then they talked with me. When the tech did show up and said he was working on it every time I walk by the shop nobody was over there working on that thing trying to get it fixed. The tech That was supposed to be fixing it just standing in there behind the counter messing with the register doing nothing and no other trucks around to work on. So here it is Sunday night and I had to give up on it because they stay it's still not fixed. Oil changes and I've seen people turn away and leave cuz they can't get the oil changed. Inside the store they were doing their very best to get everybody to use the self-checkout thing and if you wanted help with something you had to find somebody and ask them for help. And then I tried using the thing and the guy tried helping me and then he walked away and I'm stuck sitting there and I can't get it to work and do what I needed to do so. I just tried to cancel out of it and I couldn't get it to cancel so I had the guy when he came back over I told him well I guess you're going to have to cancel it out cuz I'm going to go down to a register where somebody can actually ring me out I don't get paid to work at Love's and run a cash register.

Do your laundry!!!!! Nobody told me that there would be no towels in the showers before I got my shower. Then after watching you remove towels from 4 dirty showers after the fact is ridiculous. And the excuse that your washer is broken? Oh give me a break... Just like the disgusting bathrooms. Men's and Women's. My fiance went in and saw no toilet paper to be seen, and feminine products scattered throughout. Even after making a complaint and going back to the bathroom lo and behold the mess was still there. The men's room was just as nasty, plus the "customer" that brought a beer into the bathroom spilled it all over the place and proceeded to go into a stall and drink what was left.. Clean faces and friendly faces is the farthest thing from the truth.
