Employees are not helpful...I thought the customer should get what they ask for...but at the deli this is not the case. The store does a wide variety of items and is as clean as a grocery store can be.

Too high. Wish we had save a lot of more choices with meats with Aldi's. Stood there Evelyn. Oh no u can't use this one. Self checkout now. Why u loading up machine because um leaning on it. But I can't use it. Stop trying to match money per dollar on me. I'm not rich and u merchandise ppl is the reason why. Walk the same walk and we can match. 2 lives overagin in shelter. With school I'm attending feeding me.

Customer service employee was rude. She must of been having a bad day and decided to share that with the customers. She doesn't need to be dealing with the public with her attitude. Decided not to buy groceries they abs went to another grocery store where customers are appreciated.

While I enjoy shopping at Food Lion because their sale items are listed on the shelves with a large enough display and other small amenities, I’m always disappointed when it’s time to checkout. There is usually 3 or more employees standing around and will not open a register to scan your groceries unless you’re using a gift card or WIC, etc. My buggy is usually full and I shop mostly in the am along with the elderly and they’ve been complaining as well. Full buggies and elderly should be accommodated, to say the least. Especially when the workers are just standing around watching shoppers with small items scan their items. So if Food Lion is more concerned with shoppers skip scanning than keeping loyal customers satisfied. Then maybe they should eliminate some of the self checkouts and have their workers actually do there job because consumers are walking out.

One of 2 good grocery stores in the whole county. Employees are very nice. My favorite is the woman at the deli. Unlike other stores, she does not pretend to see you or be too busy to help you. She is very polite & knowledgeable & encourages you to sample the different deli meats. I actually bought twice as much meat because of her suggestions. I'm glad she suggested a different thickness when I had the meat sliced too.

The experience was terrible. I wanted to purchase a cake for a special occasion. They told me there was some cake in another area, but those cakes were old. The customer service was awful. There was even another worker making comments under her breath. I liked the customer service of Bilo better.The workers at Food Lion seem not to care about the customer. I will be writing a letter to the cooperate office regarding my experience at Food Lion on Saturday, June 12, 2021 at approximate 10:00 am. I guess I will have to find a new Grocery Store!!

Today was our first visit to this store. When we arrived we saw that there were only a few registers open and long lines. We went to the deli to get some lunch meat. There were no customers at the deli and there were 2 women behind the counter that we're talking to another woman that was either a customer or a worker from another area They saw us standing there for over several minutes and nobody bothered to come and wait on us So we walked away. We picked up a pack of prepared chicken started towards the check outs but saw the lines were still way too long put the chicken back and left. We will not be back again.

It's a Food Lion is all I can say. I miss my Bi lo.. They have holes in the floor the bathroom are absolutely nasty. The have a homeless man who is always there. Dosen't feel safe to be there. Since it became a Food Lion it is awful.
