Oh my goodness!!! Where do I begin? I stopped shopping at Dodge’s before due to the staff; however, lately, I’ve been stopping more at this store before & after work to get gas or something to eat. I don’t know if it’s new management, new staff, or what, but the environment now is INCREDIBLE! I was greeted by THREE cashier’s today who were very welcoming & friendly. I think the women’s names were Jennifer & Jazmyn! I never caught the young lightskin man’s name, but he is always in there busting his butt with a smile on his face! If I see him there, I know the food is fresh & ready for us guests’! The store is also extremely more cleaner than before I stopped shopping there (even the restrooms & fountain area)! Great gas prices, great food (a little expensive unless it’s 99¢ wing Tuesday haha), great customer service, & a great store… keep it up, Dodge’s!

ITS A WHOLE VIBE !!! The food has been amazing and fresh and the display case is Always so stacked and looks delicious!!! Hosts are always happy to see us and will joke around and make a bad day turn around ! They also stand up for the guest who aren’t being treated so nice by the “ not so nice people “ ! It’s really turned around ! If you don’t go to dodges anymore due to “ how is was “ you just gotta give it a whirl ! It’s completely different now and i highly recommend it !

I've long stopped eating from this store, I just go to get a beer on the way home from work. I like that single beers are in the walk-in freezer. However I'm done with this place now that it has hired such a loud and disrespectful manager, who will threaten "certain " customers with police for addressing her tone and rhetoric. I was stopped outside the store by her husband after becoming upset with this person, who was just parked outside apparently waiting to support her awful behavior. This could have gone really bad. I won't be returning.

The food looks much more appetizing on the menu pictures then on your plate. Most of it is fried and left out to get dry. The prices are okay, for the combo prices, and they also have daily specials. They've got different types of chicken including bone-in and buffalo nuggets, but I probably wouldn't come here other than just as a quick stop while getting gas. There are better food options in the area for sure.

Make sure you watch the gas prices the price on the billboard said $2.54 when I started pumping my gas it started $2.87 When I went in to question it the manager went and changed the price on billboard to state $2.87 this is false advertisement. Had I not paid attention after another customer came in to complain about the same thing I would have never paid attention. Gasis too high to cheat people. Unacceptable.

No room for customers in line and not enough cashiers. Restrooms are not cleaned and the trash at every gas pump is always overflowing

This store I am still in the parking lot l, shocked at how unprofessional Ms. Shyanti cashier was. I work from daylight to dark 7 days a week(traveling non the less), I asked for a Tuesday special on Monday, I didn't realize it was even Monday. It went back and forth for half a minute, then she said why you yelling, just shook my head, like what????? I smiled and I just asked her name, she refused service to me, and pointed to her manager, who was just driving up, and said go talk to her, she is a manager, but I never asked for one. Oh, I did talk to her, the manager apologized gave me my drink free and then offered my food order I was trying to order for free, I told her no, but thanked her for listening and at least understanding to a degree. FIRE that cashier, she is not worth your hassle Store Manager, trust me your client base would be much more happy without her!!!!!!!

Was standing at the cash checking counter for 20 minutes. The 2 employees acted like they didn't even see us. We were told that the register paper was out and the 2nd shift couldn't change it. This was at 6:25 pm. They were not busy. Plus, none of the soda or drink machines were working. Very rude and the station is filthy. I've lived in Orangeburg for 35 years and I don't like going there.

We stopped in to get gas and a bite to eat. We wanted to get biscuit and gravy but that was only breakfast. Ok, so noting that in the sinage would have been good. Then asked for a chicken sandwich with cheese. Unable to accommodate. We did get a sandwich. And it was hot. And soggy. And bland. The potato wedge was just barely done as it was very hard. And completely lacked flavor. Very dissatisfied.

Worst establishment I have ever been in in my life. The cashier did not want to serve me. While ordering I could not understand anything she was saying, she just talked in a fast mumble. We were passing through from out of town and she gave me everything I ordered except my food. Already left the store before I realized it.

On Saturday July 25th, 2020 approximately 6:30PM, I was traveling thru Orangeburg and decided to stop into Dodges to get some chicken wings. Upon ordering my wings, I realize the store was crowded I still realize you can only serve one customer at a time. Here is my complaint: Dodges associate was serving customers-she was African-American with short fro, she had gloves although with the gloves she was touching money, food, lottery tickets, etc without changing them, very unsantized, not good for business and to top it all - poor attitude, personality. Resolution: add a person to the shift for food only and when not busy with food tidy up the store. Everything is not about MONEY

Dodges is always very busy, and sometimes only one cashier. Some of the cashier's act like they don't want to be there. The food smells like it's being cooked in old greese. Dodge's needs a bigger place, not enough room, some people about to run you over or cut you off just to get to the pumps, and with it being right there at the traffic lights trying to get into Dodge's is a pain in the neck.

Everytime I come their icee machine is down. Everyone does not drink alcohol. Some people just want a cold icee that you guys advertise for 79 cents. This is ridiculous. Honestly Orangeburg mind set is off !

Ask for coffee, but cashier said they was gonna make some fresh one but no one made the effort so I said don't worry about it and as I was walking out I heard cashier said , oh I wasn't gonna worry about it. Poor,poor serve.

Dodge's Chicken is the best place in Orangeburg to go too. Orangeburg Dodge's have cold beer, delicious chicken, and low prices on gasoline.
