I would rate them a zero if it wasn't off the scale. Called on behalf of an elderly loved one who lives in the low country. The Walgreen's pharmacy in Ridgeland was closed because the pharmacist was on vacation. Tried to discuss getting the prescriptions transferred. The 'customer service person' who answered the phone was argumentative and unhelpful. Hate to write such a bad review during a pandemic for a person working w the public. This was an exceptionally bad experience and the poor review is well deserved. Pray this lady and her team at Walgreen's never have to advocate for a sick loved one and ask for help from someone who has no business working with the public.

It is with this message I am venting. Our Ridgeland Walgreens pharmacy is closed and has been I found out all week. When asking how I get my medicine, was told to go to some other Walgreens and they would fill it as long as it wasn't a controlled substance. So I called okatie Walgreens to find out the details, been on hold for over 30 minutes, someone picks up the phone (12 TIMES AND ALL THEY SAY IS HOLD) and wait again. I'm done!!! I'm sure they are busy, but guess what, I am busy too. Thinking seriously about changing pharmacies!!!!!

Website states that pharmacy closes at 9pm on Wednesday and when I got there at 8:20pm they had already been closed.
