I took my 10 month old Goldendoodle in today for his first official groom, and was so happy with the outcome! Michelle was willing to take on my energetic boy, and he looks amazing! Glad I found her, as my boy doesn’t look homeless anymore! I will definitely be booking with Michelle from now on!

I take my dog to this location for grooming. After trying several places in the area, I am so glad I found Brooke T. She is amazing with doodles. You can truly tell she is passionate about what she does. Daisy loves seeing her and always looks amazing. Thank you Brooke

Super nice staff at the grooming salon good prices and huge selection. This petsmart is a very clean establishment and well kept as in nice floors and clean racks. The bathrooms were spotless and clean also including no odors throughout the store. Definitely will be going back there due to how gentle and easygoing the staff was with my pup. Would recommend to anyone not only friends 5 stars, I would give more if I was able to.

The dirtiest PetSmart I've ever seen. They don't have as much inventory that other PetSmarts have. I had to pick pieces of plastic up out of the floor to keep my puppy from eating it and choking. IF he would've ended up at the Vet, they would be getting a bill! Plastic sharp pieces are very dangerous to dogs!

RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! We had taken our two dogs there a few times with no problems, but this time they seemed irritable, and told us to come back for our appointment time. Our fault - we were early. We come back in at our time, and I asked a few questions about the price, (fixed income), and about the hair in my dog’s ears. They seemed angry, and then asked about medications. Our 14-year-old was recovering from pneumonia, but was still on antibiotics, so they wouldn’t take her, even though they had washed her before knowing this. I told them that she didn’t have it now, but they left to ask their supervisor, and came back with another excuse—our dog was too old, and they wouldn’t take her. They could have told me this on the phone! They became very rude, and we left without a grooming! They seem to have wanted that all along, and I said that to them. I already have an appointment with someone else. Wish I had done that before!!

We shop here often with our dogs. The veterinarian clinic is awesome. They recently saw our dogs and operated on one of them. They are so professional. They even called prior to surgery to address any concerns we may have had about the procedure. I highly recommend Dr Black. She is so friendly. The entire staff loves animals so much.

They do a good job with the bath and nail clipping, but I don’t understand the purpose of making an appointment. I drop my dog off on time and then have to wait an extra hour for them to do another dog first. So again, I ask, why bother with the farce of making an “appointment.” Of course, I have to pay for this, too.

Never had a bad experience at this store up until today. The “older” woman at the register was so rude… for no reason? I asked about price matching on Chewy and was given attitude throughout the entire transaction. Don’t work in customer service if that’s how you want to act and treat people.

I am actually a little disappointed in the grooming salon. When my grandmother dropped off my dog she said one of the groomers was cruel and nasty to one of the small dogs. They forced them roughly and it was extremely concerning. Also whenever I bring my dog home she does NOT smell clean. I shouldn't have to get my dog bathed within approximately 2 weeks in-between the grooming sessions. I pay a lot of money for her and it is disappointing to see. The only reason I take her there now is because it fits my work schedule otherwise I would take her elsewhere. The bather was extremely friendly and kind but she seemed new and that is when an experienced person either within petsmart or grooming itself should of check my dog over. For the lady herself I have no harsh words to say but just the experience was extremely disappointing

I have been going to PetSmart for a really very long time I would have to say 18 years most of those years were up north Great store even up north friendly, employees sweet enjoyable to speak with and you would see your friends when I moved to South Carolina unfortunately I had to put my two little babies to sleep my little shih tzus, a year and a half ago my daughter Christina could not take care of her cat who is absolutely beautiful she had working and she felt bad and she asked me to take Penny Lane and so now I have Penny Lane little blue Russian cat and I go to PetSmart and I adore everyone at PetSmart they are funny funny people that means the employees I don't speaking about they go above and beyond their call of duty it is just a great experience to go into that store on 17 in Little River I actually look forward to going there I don't like the money I got to put out all the time but you know it is what it is you take to go with the bed but that is the only store that I would shop at would be PetSmart in Little River South Carolina on 17. Sorry no photos no videos but I will one day remember to take photos pictures videos or whatever and I will post it but thank you I hope you enjoy my post. 😊👍

I am a beginner starting a new aquarium. and a gentleman who worked here was very nice in explaining what I need to know and buy for my new adventure. I was going to buy a ph test kit and he said they do that for free and gave me a little bottle to take home and bring my aquarium water back. It was a good experience. I wish I knew his name so I could recommend him for future customers.

I used to take both of my dogs here and was willing to spend the extra money they charge above the Myrtle Beach location. Rachel and Michelle were real attentive and did a good job. Over the past few months things have changed with the service provided. I'd you're lucky enough to make your appointment with Michelle you're going to get a good job she listens to your needs and gets you the results you ask for. If you aren't able to get Michelle ( I think Rachel is gone) you get whatever the time constraints are on your dog. They don't listen to your instructions or even remember them. I pay for a full haircut but I only ask them to tight trim the hygiene area and pick up my dog only to have them do it again while I wait. Today it took 4 hours for a mediocre trim and yes I had to wait for the hygiene area again. I'm so disappointed and I just won't go there anymore. The new management is overwhelming their limited staff.

Karen did an awesome job grooming our mini bernadoodle. He cannot be crated and Karen was so good with him. I recommend Karen for grooming.
