If I could give 10 stars, I immediately would. I scheduled an appointment with Antonina as soon as verizon announced the Iphone 15 was in local stores. I wanted to upgrade my phone, but had no idea where to even start. Nina was incredibly helpful and understanding. I walked out with a brand new iPhone!

10 out of freakin 10.The awesome folks in the store actually LISTEN and are HELPFUL! Let me start by saying I own a rural small business and spend a decent amount of coin with Verizon. I hate having to deal with a representative over the phone, I’d rather come to a brick and mortar, and have them handle what I need taken care of. Earlier that day we went to a Verizon store on Rivers Ave that basically brushed me off telling me that they were for sales and to call a number. Not wanting to give up I decided to try a different store, we stopped in to this Verizon Cellular Sales. Here I was greeted with a smile, even offered water by my sales rep Nick. We sat down and he immediately got to work on handling all three of my problems. The level of professionalism here at this store is worth the drive. 🙌🏻

I've been having trouble with my old phone that was more than 3 years old. Received a new phone. Quit expensive, but badly need for My day to day needs. I explained that I didn't what to change my service nore increase my payment. Was not given a trade in for my old phone. A lot of information given to me at once about the plan I was on. Was told that I had to call another agency to get my Military discount,I have been a loyal customer of VZ for over 30 years. Not pleased overall. The sales person seem to me to try and complete my request but was restricted in what could be done. I would give him a 5 ⭐ . But for Verizon a 3.

Samantha at Center Pointe Verizon provided my wife Anneliese and I with such great service to the point we could not believe it. 🤯We were not ready to switch plan and phones at this time but with the outstanding great customer support and assistance she provided. Her attention to detail and explanation of everything and coaching us with the process made it so simple and easy that we just had to make the move.We gave been Verizon customers for over 17 years and this was the greatest support we’ve ever encountered anywhere. I just want to say “Thanks, so much to Ricky and Nick. At Verizon Cellular Sales at Tanger Outlets/4958 Centre Point Drive. I tried switching carriers, for a cheaper price. And it did not work, my call’s kept dropping. And everyone knows, that I need a phone. Due to Chris (I have a disabled sister). This started happening on May 27th, I called and had my phone service switched back. But I was unable to place or receive calls. Or the calls would drop and I was on a call with Chris Dr. So, today I went into Xfinity’s store. But the rep couldn’t help me, he tried. Then I went to Verizon and my phone was fixed. Again, thanks Ricky and Nick. I will never leave Verizon again.

Had a fantastic experience tonight (Friday, 7pm) with no wait time at all, and exceptional customer service. I was there to see Alex, who is extremely engaging and experienced, but I also had the pleasure of talking with Zackery and Malik. All three guys were joyful, kind, and showed "hospitality plus" from the moment I open the door and throughout the visit. I asked a million and two questions - even popping back in after the transaction was complete - but they were always happy to help, and never made me feel rushed in the least. If you're looking for a Verizon store, I highly recommend this "Centre Pointe Drive" location!

With more than 8 years with Verizon, I have only gone to a Verizon corporate store twice...and regretted it. This Verizon Authorized Retailer has been my store of choice and I have absolutely nothing poor to say about them. There is little to no wait. Every associate is pleasant and down to earth. Every associate takes the time to briefly review my plan and become familiar with who we are as a customer. Every associate takes the time to be genuine and insure the purchase is going to be what we want and need. I have never had to bring anything back since they get it right the first time. Kudos and keep up the great work.

It was great. Dorsey, Sam and Dennis are awesome. They were extremely helpful and very professional. I will always come here with any of my Verizon needs or concerns. I had gone to the store on Sam Rittenburg and the salesperson there was extremely rude and was unprofessional. She was so interested in helping me that she handed me a piece of paper and told me to go home and think about it. Great job guys!
