We ordered takeout (the grandparents did). I was surprised with how easy they said it was and how quick it was for them to get the wings before coming over. If an old guy is saying the process was easy and the staff was nice, I believe it! The wings were so delicious!!! We did have leftovers I admit and they were still just as good reheated in the toaster oven!

I started using Pet Smart during COVID lock ups and have found them to be a reliable source for all my cat food, treats, and litter. Many times they have an item when other vendors are out of stock.They have good prices and free shipping if my total is over their minimum. My spoiled cats are always over their minimum. 😅

Beautiful, new Petsmart location in the Cedar Grove Shopping Center! It's a little smaller than the other locations, but it still has the aquatic area, small rodents, reptiles, cats and birds for adoption. My dogs are overdue for a grooming so I went to set up an appointment. Nice grooming area at the back with large windows to watch your fur babies.

Staff is always friendly, I visited today 2/28/23 Manager stated to the cashier, about ONE customer, make sure you take good care of her, she's a good friend. Aren't all customers suppose to get the SAME treatment. Also, I was struggling to get to my car. As he walked out, I asked the store manager, which way are you headed, he stated to my house. I was like, ok then, I was gonna see if you could help me. As he did apologize, I had already figured it out. To me Customers pay your bills and you should TREAT them ALL the same. Even if they are a dear friend or not. Do Better Pet Smart!

I've been coming here since it opened for supplies for my guines pigs as well as freshwater aquariums. Staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful and usually has better stock than other pet stores in the area. Someone commented on higher prices here, but I've seen the opposite. The prices are significantly lower on what I buy than the nearest competitor right up Dorchester Road. I'm glad it's open and will continue to utilize this location for my pets needs.

Prices good, good customer service. BUT, THEY NEED TO ADJUST THEIR REPTILES. A VILE CHAMELEON NEEDS 70-80% HUMIDITY, THE TANK WAS AT 40%, IT WILL KILL HIM. NOT TO MENTION 5-6BALL PYTHONS IN A SMALL TANK WHEN THEY'RE BIGGER TANKS AVAILABLE. PLEASE ADJUST YOUR REPTILES!!!
