I came to this pep boys for an inspection. I got here a little after 11 am. An older man was at the counter alone no one was in the waiting area. I told him why I came in he told me they didn't have anything available. I leave. My husband tells me that I have an appointment at 1:30 . I go back in a little after 12 another man is behind the counter he asks me to wait he is on hold. The older man comes out. Don't even acknowledge I'm standing waiting. The younger man asks if he can help. I tell him about my appointment. He tells me the computer Doesn't know how much work they have and he will not be able to honor the appointment. Why make appointments when you can honor them? The system should just be based on walk-ins

I have been getting service from this location for about 2 years now and l must say I’m very pleased with the quality of service. The staff here are very knowledgeable and skilled. I have not once had a bad experience. I have also noticed this staff helping other customers whom l sure feel the same way about this amazing group of individuals. I want to thank them for countless times with displaying excellent work.

Me and my Fiancé are on vacation and our breaks randomly went out 6 hours from home. The manager, Johnny was so helpful and kind, he got us in and out in time to make it to our festival and at a very reasonable price at that! We could tell he really cared, I even overheard him mentioning the fact he really needs to help us out because we’re on vacation in a time crunch to another employee. Jhordane was also awesome! We didn’t have our lugnut key and he found one and told us where to get one for the future. Both were so helpful and I’m so glad we ended up going to this place, I can’t imagine the overcharge and the time it would’ve taken anywhere else. They managed to help with all of this on a busy weekend, they were awesome!

Made an Appointment for a premium brake change, waited a bit but fortunately they were cool enough to let me know I really didnt need them, didnt end up doing them because it wasnt necessary. Thank them for being honest, I'll def come back if I need to.

Dropped my car off for an alignment, was told that it was completed, when I arrived they had told me that one part of the alignment had not been completed due to a seized bolt, they gave me a discount because the alignment wasn't "perfect". Well when I drove it down the road it had the same issues as before, I took a look under the car to see that not a single cam bolt was touched on the car and went back for a refund. The fact that they would try and charge someone for work that wasn't completed is criminal.

My appointment was as at 12. The online appointments are a joke. I was told it was first come first serve so I waited 2 hours my car still hasn't moved. Originally I was told an hour to and hour and a half for completion. With over 2 hours waiting I asked for an updated timeline he said it was first come first serve but 2 cars were towed in and they take precedent. " First Come first serve " lie .I understand waiting for maintenance but give me a realistic time line. I have no other transportation. I would have ubered home if you gave me and appropriate time line .

Had to go into these guys more than a few times unfortunately, overpriced tire repair, and had more than a few issues with my truck and had to take it in 3 consecutive days in a row because they did not fix it each time. Eventually took it somewhere else, and they fixed it right away. I don’t know much about cars so was unsure what was wrong with it. These guys were just looking to steal my money and screw me over in replacing stuff that didn’t need to be replaced in order to fix the problem at hand. Will not be going back.

Whoever it was who installed my wheels onto my tires dented and scratched my rims. Got the job done but definitely scratched up and dented in the lips of my $2000 dollar rims.

I got a flat and didn't realize until after work. They did try to patch it but the hole from the screw u ran over was too big. Very nice man named Tim helped me out, explained things and was just fun to talk to. I'm satisfied with my service and the price was very reasonable, less than I've paid at other places.

Johnny and Jesse were awesome. We were headed home to Atlanta and had a tire start to separate. It was on a Sunday morning. Went to Walmart Auto first and they were AWFUL. I called Pep Boys and they said come see us. Within an hour we had 2 new tires and were on our way. Thanks guys!!!

There were no hand towels available in the unisex restroom at 10:45 a.m. The trash can was fooled as if it has not been emptied in over a day. There is no courtesy water for thirsty customers.

I came to buy a tire for my car, I arrived at 4:10 and I stayed waiting until 7:35 for them with my car and without anyone explaining to me why it took them so long just to mount a tire, there weren't even enough customers in the place to say that was the reason and if they didn't do it they would have simply told me that it couldn't be done and I would come back another day or go somewhere else🙌🏾 It's the first time I've made a review like this but very bad service! !!!

Came in for a tire rotation, but learned that 3 of my tires were separated inside, so Demond helped me to pick out new tires and educated me on how to notice tire wear and tear. He was very informative and kind.

Never coming back here again. Scheduled an appointment to have tires replaced on my wife’s Expedition. Get to the store and he had to check to see if they had the tires even though they were purchased and scheduled a week prior. It took an hour after my scheduled appointment time before they even took the vehicle back and then took another 2 hours to replace the tires. Absolutely ridiculous that it takes them this long. Discount Tire would have had me in and out in 45 minutes with a scheduled appointment.

The service I received from Pep Boys was very good. I was able to get all the work that was needed and the tires that fit my truck in one place. I was not pressured to purchase items that was not needed. The work was done in a timely manner and ready when it was promised. When I got into my truck and left their property I felt like I had a new truck.Great job Pep Boys!

Issue was 3 hour wait for work to be completed. First come first serve inspite of reservation. Mgr was kind to offset some of the fee due to issue. Work performed seems to be great.

I came to pep boys because all my lights was on, on my dashboard. Mr. Tim explained to me everything that needed to be done one was an oil changed. And when I tell you my money IS short it IS short he said you don't have to pay for the OIL changed I will pay for it for you that made me VALENTINES DAY. Thank you pep BOY'S for this Angela Mr. Tim BECAUSE I AM IN BETWEEN MOVING BACK HOME WITH IN THE NEXT WEEK.

Been standing here in line with 3 people for over 20 minutes and not an employee in sight. The place is packed with waiting customers though and the phone is ringing off the hook. After waiting 10 minutes more the assistant store manager appeared to tell me he can't do them today . This place is a joke

i just came in for a diagnostic appt and it went by really quickly :) the two guys at the front were nice and patient about explaining why my car was in such bad condition ☠️☠️ and since they couldnt really do anything for me they called it complimentary and suggested someplace else that could help me out so i recommend to anyone in a bind theyre quick and courteous ☑☑☑

Even though they are minimal manned and are flooded with customers, they still manage to get work done within a reasonable amount of time. You may have to drop your vehicle off with them, but they'll still get to you within a day. Excellent service and they keep you well informed. Please be nice to them and they'll take care of you.
