I love my closet design and the install was done quickly and efficiently. Sylvester and James arrived within the designated time and went right to work. They were respectful of my home. Sylvester reviewed the design with me before they started. The quality of the materials is great. It turned out great! It was well worth the money to me and I will definitely call them again.

My closest was a mess, then I called Closet by design and had a consultation with Lisa and the magic happened !! My walk-in isn’t the largest you’ve ever seen , which made it worse for all the things I had stuffed in there, but , Lisa drew out a plan and I have more space then I thought possible !!! I love the closet and the way it’s situated! Jesus and Nelson were so good at what they did, thier attention to detail was beautiful and it shows ! Love the molding and the belt rack ! The entire process was as seamless as the closet ! Perfect ! Me and my hubby are two happy customers!!Thanks guys ❤️

Best experience possible! From our salesperson Diane to our installers Austin D and Jaiden W. Easy process to design all our needs. Installation went smoothly. Our installers explained all the details of moving shelves and hanging bars if we needed too. Super clean and neat. Diane dropped off and picked up racks for our clothes to move them out of our master closet. We didn’t wait months for install. 2 weeks from the date we signed, closets were installed. We really could not be happier!

We recently had Closets by Design install custom closets for our bedrooms, and they did an amazing job, all the way from design, to finance, to installation. We had 2 crews - Jacob and Garrett, and Micha and James - complete the installation in 1 day, when it was supposed to take 2! Everyone was courteous and diligent, and the end result was amazing. LeeAnn was a wonderful listener. She designed our master bedroom closet shared with my husband. She made my changes work in the new design. The installers were 2 young men who only took half a day to install shelves, hanging poles and cubbies. They cleaned my bedroom area before they left. I now have floor to ceiling spaces. I loved working with this company. I took advantage of their 40% off coupon and 15% off of installation. That made it even better.

Thomas and James did an absolutely AMAZING job transforming our garage into an awesome "Man Cave". Everything was measured precisely and installed using a level. They were meticulous and the finished product is one we just can't stop looking at! Of course they left everything spotless upon completion of their excellent work! We can't believe they did all of that in just 2 days! We totally recommend this terrific team from Closets by Design of Coastal Carolina!Also, the quality of the cabinetry is excellent - drawers slide perfectly, and the materials are solid and of high grade manufacture.We will definitely be using Closets by Design - Coastal Carolina for further interior projects!There is one "before" picture, and 3 pics taken after completion of James' and Thomas' fantastic installation!

Closets By Design did a great job from start to finish. I will admit I was a little apprehensive about spending the money on a closet, but in some homes space is a premium. From working with Lisa Cooper on the front end design to the installers Jacob and Mike the process was very simple, quick. Lisa helped us fine tune the designs based on what it was we were looking to do. The installers came, went over the layout and went to work. They were quick, polite and efficient, cleaning up after themselves and then going over the adjustment of the shelving etc... Transforming 56sq ft closet into a lot of usable space.

We recently had our master closet completed by Closets by Design. We highly recommend this company. Alise came to our home and after talking with us for awhile, came up with the perfect design for our space. She is very good at turning a conversation into a functional design plan. A few weeks later Jesus and Nelson arrived to do the installation. What a terrific team of installers. Both are very talented, friendly, and meticulous workers. In only 4.5 hours, they turned our empty 13' x 7' space into an amazing closet that we are going to enjoy for a very long time. Thank you Closets by Design !

I called Closets by Design in Charleston, SC and made an appointment for a designer to come to my home. Together we looked at options in the catalog, and after a short time, she and I developed the custom configuration that best suited my needs, maximizing the space for shelves and hanging. The 3D renderings were very helpful to visualize the final result of my choices. When the installation date arrived, and my walk-in closet was built, it transformed the use of space beyond what I could have wished for, perhaps increasing the closet capacity by at least 5 times. I’m amazed at how organized the closet is now. Everything is visible and easily accessed. I thought about doing this for at least 3 years, and now that the project is completed, I could not be happier. -- The two young men who performed the installation arrived on time, were very professional, and did an exquisite installation. It is clear they knew exactly what they were doing, and took great care in their work. They are both an asset to Closets by Design. I must say that this experience was excellent from beginning to end. I definitely very highly recommend this company.

We couldn’t be more happy with the way our closet turned out. It’s so much more efficient than our old closet and it looks amazing. Our salesperson Ronnie took her time to walk us through all the options. She knew the product and showed us what our ideas would look like on her laptop. Our installers, Jesus and Nelson worked very quickly and did a fantastic job. When they finished they explained how everything worked and how we could adjust the shelves if we needed to in the future. They also did a great job cleaning up when they finished. My designer Lisa was very attentive to my needs and created 6 perfect closets for me. Her expert knowledge and friendly demeanor made the design process an enjoyable one. I absolutely love my new closet! Lisa Cooper helped me select the space and organization to suit my needs. She was patient and kind and full of great ideas! It was great to be able to actually see how my choices would look in the space as we created the look in the software. Tanner and Austin were my installers, and they were polite and considerate, as they carefully measured and cut the pieces to fit, and then installed them. They were thorough with their cleanup as well, down to vacuuming inside the drawers they just installed! They made sure everything is well anchored and put together for years of wonderful use! Definitely recommend!

I'm very pleased with Closet by Design from start to finish. When the designer came to my home, she wasn't pushy as we started out with what I would like then priced it out. We then made adjustments that made more sense to us. My finished product is awesome. They kept in contact with us as when the appointment for the install was and it was such a professional yet comfortable interaction. When installation day came, they went over the plan and then the timeline. When it was completed, no mess went over the finished product and we loved it. I highly recommend them to anyone I believe you get what you pay for. I will def use them for other installs such as a laundry install or even a pantry install. We are very pleased with our studio apartmentcloset designed by Shannon and installed by Jeff and Bryce. As with most things, there were a few hiccups along the way, but the customer service support and problem solving on site was positive and efficient. I could not have been more impressed with the technicians attitude and work ethic. The product itself is beautifully assembled. They left their workspace clean and didn’t mess anything else up . I had an excellent experience with Closets by Design! Diana was my point of contact for design and she was patient and explained everything so well! You could see she definitely loves what she does! Jeffrey Gibson was my installer and he did awesome as well!
