Probably the worst Walmart beauty section I have ever seen. I didn't check out the rest of the store after seeing this. I'll stick to the Walmart on the other side of town. It literally looks like whoever does beauty go-backs just shoves them anywhere so they can be "done". These are just a couple pics but the whole area looks this bad.

I ordered my groceries online, went there to pick them up. The teenagers came out in a timely manner and loaded my car up. They were very polite while putting everything in the car. They even asked where would I like to put my eggs and bread. They did their job very professionally. The price of the food was money well spent. I would definitely recommend this Walmart to anyone!

The Walmart supercenter on the southside of Aiken is a little dark but is always well stocked. You rarely speak with a staff member. The lines at the self-checkouts are quite long however, they do have more human run checkouts. In my opinion they do need to improve on their electronics department and get more movies and videos in and music cell phones etc. other than those few things it almost has the Walmart supercenter on Richland avenue beat for staff member attitude and employee attitude and employee conductivity it is now my go to Walmart I really make a trip to the Walmart supercenter on Richland avenue anymore due to staff members and employees. And the management at Walmart supercenter on Richland avenue have almost no idea how to treat their employees and they want to keep the bad stuff employee members and promote them and give the rest the boot. The Walmart supercenter on Ridgeland has management staff who are arrogant I need to be given the boot themselves in my opinion Walmart supercenter on Richland avenue needs New Management all throughout the store to make Aikens shopping experience more enjoyable for our community

This is a great location. Very friendly and employees everywhere. We needed help a few times and we didn’t go far for help. Everything was well stocked. I was impressed by how clean the floor was. During the stocking process, I didn’t notice much obstruction. It’s still wal-mart do you know it’s in disarray somewhat but this location seemed on point. I highly recommend stopping at this location. Very friendly, very helpful.

Everyone in pickup always is rude here , also I don’t know if yall don’t bring pick up orders out when it’s raining ever but the attitude about it is atrocious considering I explained I’m in the middle of chemo treatment, maybe let your orders know you need to come in , defeating the purpose . Other vehicles were driving up to the door for orders while I was told I had to come in . I went home and got rain boots and a jacket on , since I’m sick and went in to be Met with an attitude when I asked if a person going into pick up room worked with the pick up orders . I truly understand it sucks running out in the rain , but the attitudes today were really unnecessary . Between all the running back and forth I may as well have went in and shopped , sick or not .

Worst customer service ever, they gave me the wrong sized bike that was ordered on line, I showed them the order and they said I must have not checked do not substitute....really??.. Blame it on the customer ... what happened to real customer service. They would not let me exchange the bike, only a refund...they would get 0 stars if I could give a zero. Walmart has lost my business for good.

They do not answer phone. They do not always put tills in the register. We withdrew "cash-back" and it took a manager 30 minutes to bring us or money.

The walmart delivery feature, so far has not disappointed yet. Every person so far at this location that has delivered to me has been professional and on-time. Not to mention each time I have had no items missing.

Do not use grocery delivery! They delay your order and forget about it. And good luck getting them to answer the phone! They’re horrible!

You have to love any place with palm trees in the parking lot. I have only been to this location once so more reviews to follow. Appears to have the same supply shortages that all stores are facing. No, milk of any kind and freezer items are in short supply. Great sunsets.

It's Wal-Mart. I don't really shop there, but, I can't, for the life of me, figure out why the biggest employer in the United States can't afford to hire cashiers. Self check out is a bad idea.

Went there to buy a Vizio tv I saw on the Walmart app. It said it was in stock here but when I arrived there I was told that it wasn't available. The tv was in stock but I was told they would not sell it at that price. Pictures provided. Very disappointed that I drove 30 minutes for nothing.

Best "feeling"Walmart I've ever been to! No evil spirits were felt inside, and all employees were very patient, positive, and friendly! A little bit of an extra drive, but the store I'll always go to instead of Aiken stores!

I was there on Sept 13 around 10 pm. I believe I was checking out at 10:30. ..30 minutes before closing. The young lady who's line I got in had on the biggest smiles on her face. Just knowing she was ready to get off, but it didn't show on her face. I've been here plenty of times and could see the looks of I wish these people would hurry up. But not her. Was friendly and also suggested some things. Ms Shayla M, you was a warm welcome coming from someone who had worked all day. Walmart has hired an exceptional employee.

No problem with the store. My problem is ALWAYS with Walmart money card (green dot card). I constantly have issues unlocking the card to use for purchases or to add money to card. My card has been compromised twice now, that's why I keep it locked
