It's OK, a little higher in price. It's gotta look good for deals. Needed 0% fat milk, they were out. Asked a nice young man. All he could find was 2 days after the expiration date, I took it because Aldis was closed. Milk was spoiled 2 days later. Drank only half a gallon. Looking for an ice cream tray, a young man walked me across the store to show me where they were. About 4 bucks for one ice tray. I left the tray at Walmart and got one at Satlvation Army, a nice one for .99 cents.

It's a Walmart. The buggies are older and abused so picking a good one will make the trip more enjoyable. Bathrooms are always abused and nasty because of the clientele they attract. Occasionally thugs dancing on the sinks or feces smeared over seat, floor and handrails. Just pray you don't fall or can stand while relieving yourself.

Don't care much for going inside. But if you're looking for quick grocery pick-up. This location is ridiculously fast compared to options in Augusta.

Not good at all. You're there in person and ask for a manager nobody shows. You ask "ANY" employee in the store and they dont have a clue. I've checked all the other Walmarts in our area, 6 that I know of for sure but NONE of the other stores in our area has this problem. The store is North Augusta Walmart located at 1201 Knox Avenue. The problem: they don't have and haven't received $45.00 Straight phone cards in two months. There might have been a problem with Straight Talk cards a while back but that's been resolved. No other Walmart managers or stores have this problem. If Straight Talk, for what ever reason, is supplying ALL the other stores in our area except that one Knox ave. location then management needs to be on top of what's going on in his store and doing what needs to be done to resolve the issue. A manager not doing his job and yet excepts a paycheck is stealing from the company. This is not the first time myself, my family, and others have had problems with this particular location and as a consequence we will no longer shop at th he Walmart at 1201 knox ave. North Augusta S.C. We have had far too many problems lately with that location and we're all done with it!

When $9.00 toiletries are locked up.... SMH! Sales staff has to secure it at a register while you continue shopping. My cart already had individual items more expensive. Thankfully, a reasonable manager intervened. Sales associate was just following directives, no blame there.

I have NEVER walked into ANY store before that had rotting vegetables still out, this Walmart did! I reached for a cucumber before I saw the mold and it disintegrated in my hand! Nasty. All the vegetables we did find acceptable were tasteless. This is NOT the place to go for fresh veggies.

This place is terrible I have been here 2x. 5 years ago. And today. I am a senior and disabled they have no working electric carts. And don't care. I have called corporate office to file a complaint.

Went to Walmart specifically to get one thing: a hair straightener. Granted, I went in to buy this at 8:30 pm on a Tuesday, but the store doesn't close until 11 pm. All blow dryers, straighteners, and curling irons are now locked up and require an associate of some sort to unlock the glass cabinets. I go to the first associate I see that is putting up groceries that people have left, and I ask who I would need to have help me unlock this cabinet. I'm told, verbatim, that "no one is here that can unlock that for you, so you can't get it"......gotcha. So, apparently, there are no key holders present past 8 pm, so you're completely out of luck if you need something they have locked up.I knew I should have just went to Target instead.

When I came in and went to the clothing section an alarm started going off in the isle next to me and it was going off for a solid 25 minutes before a worker came to stop it.Then in the parking lot, some guy gathering the carts was hitting multiple cars with carts INCLUDING MY CAR which I was standing by, talking to coworkers I happened to run into. We initially watched as this guy allowed a cart to roll into a car across the parking lot. Then I get ready to put my groceries in my car and I see that this guy completely pressed the electric cart retriever INTO MY CAR DOOR. I said “Dude are you serious?” And he just walked over, grabbed it, and dragged it away without a word.Thank goodness I don’t live in North Augusta and have to come to this Walmart regularly.

I paid for the express delivery around 830a.m. I was delivered my items at 6:45p.m. When I got home my bath towels and foam mattress topper all smelled like marijuana. The drive not only took 10 hours to make a 2 hour paid delivery but he smoked weed the entire time my product was in the car. The bath towels and mattress topper were for relatives that came in to town to stay with my family for my fathers funeral.

A friend purchased a rental property nearby so we needed several TVs and random items for the bathroom, kitchen, etc. They had everything we needed at a great price and the employees were very friendly and helpful.

I'm not sure I've come across a single friendly employee. I know they're there. Just haven't come across them. The employees who have been in self checkout have been extremely rude. God forbid you have to ask them to do their job and help you at your register because something scanned the wrong price or you accidently scanned something twice. The experience I had in this store last night was probably the worst I've ever had in ANY store. All because she had to stop messing around and actually do her job. I don't complain often because I've been in that line of work. But rolling your eyes at a customer that simply asked you to remove an item, pathetic and ridiculous. Maybe management needs to retrain some employees on how to interact with customers.

This particular Walmart, is like walking into a live circus. Alot of the employees know nothing about what they sell, or anything. 9 times out of 10, when I have a question, the sales associate never knows the answer.

Latest experience was witnessing a young man by the name of Deangelo go over and beyond to assist his coworkers and the customers. I called in the store several times to alert mgt of this young man amazing customer service and work ethic. Often times we complain however it is so much more important to highlight service workers of this altitude! Will (the cart guy) u get 10 stars from me bc u are always so consistent in keeping a smile and a infectious personality for the world to enjoy!

I received poor customer service from Sales Associate called to answer question about shelved item not ringing up for price marked on shelf. The cashier in garden center tried to be very helpful. She called for an associate to meet me in clearance area. Two associates walked past where I was waiting, and went straight to register. They must've scanned item, and told cashier, "Nope, not on clearance" bc cashier came to tell me what they said as they again, walked right by where I was waiting. I wasn't satisfied because because I wanted an associate to explain why items (there must have been 20 boxes) sitting on shelf matching clearance tag, were not ringing up for price on shelf tag. The cashier tried to call after associates as they walked away, but they'd already gotten too far. I then used my phone to call the very Wal Mart I was standing in. I asked for an associate to meet me in clearance section. Within a few minutes, one of the associates that had walked right by earlier walked up. I showed her the tag, and items matching tag above it. She explained that boxes of lights were not on clearance. They'd just run out of room for them elsewhere. I expressed how misleading this was bc boxes of lights were same name brand, count, ect...seemed to be the exact ones to anyone reading tag and package. She scanned shelf tag and showed me lights that came up. Sure enough, they were a little different, but difference not noted on tag.... I thanked her, and left, but don't appreciate how long whole ordeal took bc of several people not doing their job correctly! On another note, just before this I was at customer service. There were two carts with milk, eggs, chicken, and hotdogs that sat there for the 20 minutes I waited in line. I guess a customer changed their mind. Who knows how long they'd been there , and how much longer they'd sit there til someone did something w them. I sure hope perishables that sit there that long aren't reshelved! What a waste!!!

Walmart is the same as always. It does appear more employees are there now and that's good. I don't like checking myself out when I am not an employee. It's ok if you've got a few things to buy but not everytime you enter the store.

The workers there were all willing to help me find materials for posters I was making quickly! Fran at checkout was nice enough to help me scan items and left a positive impact on me to want to return. Workers like her make you have a good experience at stores like Walmart

I came in specifically looking for blue jean shorts and walked out with a great score. The store was very organized & put together well. They had different options of styles, colors and sizes. I was able to get into the dressing room no problem to try them on and walked right into self check out without having to stand in a line. I
