Pharmacy staff/pharmacist are rude, and were having a very, very inappropriate conversation about their sons private parts hanging out of his shorts while I was waiting in line. They knew I was right there, too. The manager is rude as hell too.

Employees need to be better trained on money services. On two separate occasions I attempted to deposit money. The first time I was allowed to deposit $500 but was told I couldn’t do a second transaction, something I had done at a Walgreens a few weeks before. The second time, the manager didn’t recognize my mobile bank (Dave) so they didn’t allow me to deposit anything. Safe to say I will not be returning to this location.

Yesterday I came back from a 9 day honeymoon and thought I had 2 week supply of one of my asthma medications but I was wrong. I had trouble getting it overnighted by express scripts so I called this Walgreens and spoke to Katie. She was able to transfer my script and told me she would call me either way…if there is a problem or when it is ready. I’m used to disorganized pharmacies so I was shocked when she called me back so soon to tell me it was ready. Today I went to pick it up but got there after closing forgetting they close early on the weekend. I gestured over the window that I needed inhaler for my lungs and they actually helped me. Today it was a man that helped me. They are incredible over here. Thank you for helping me get my breathing treatment so I don’t die. They went above and beyond! Bless you guys!

Terrible place to have to get my prescriptions. You never know if they will be open or when, especially the drive-thru. This particular time I had refilled my insulin 3 days prior,and when I went to pick it up at the promised time (on my short lunch break) it wasn't even started. I had to spend my break waiting for them to fill it and subsequently not eat lunch that day. I will be looking into my insurance for where I can transfer my prescriptions ASAP.

I've been using Walgreens here a number of years. It's constantly having problems getting your prescriptions filled on time or promptly even when you're provider calls them in there seems to be a lack of communication. I was told twice my prescriptions was not called in which my doctor plainly stated was sent. Walgreens is usually quick to tell you that that would request a prescription for you or help you but in this instance they haven't even offered to reach out to my provider to find out if the prescription actually existed like I told him it was. Need some work big time. 4/15/22 finally go to get my prescription sign says they will open at 12:00 p.m. they opened at 12:20 there was five people in front of me and 10 behind me in line to pick up prescriptions that was already filled from most I spoke with. Pharmacist comes out and tells everyone she will shut the place down because there's some folks grumbling. Telling people they should appreciate the medical field now that's what I don't appreciate she should have kept herself behind the counter with a mouth shut working. Poor customer service as of now all my prescriptions has been changed and everybody I spoke with in line also have a good day. Oh yeah by the way I call corporate office and they ended up just hanging up on me they got it going on

Horrible pharmacy service! Waited in a queue for 20 minutes to get them on the phone, it was finally my turn and it rang for about two minutes and then disconnected. I was ordered 3 oxyxodone after surgery. I received a text message that they were out of them and were ordering more. No attempt to get from another store, and when I had to go to the store to figure this out (since they wouldn’t answer the phone), they told me the rX couldn’t be transferred.The lines are always long, they are slow as molasses, their customer service has gone to hell. Years ago this was a decent pharmacy, now it is one of the worst. I won’t step a foot in any Walgreens again.

If I could leave a lower rating, I would. The manager and the pharmacy staff are cold hearted and absolutely rude. I know we're dealing with a pandemic, but that doesn't mean you get to turn people with serious medical issues away and be nasty to them. My grandfather has serious pain issues and has to use Walgreens because they have the best price for his medication. My issue is that they disregard the date on the prescription from my grandfather's pain management doctor. They're making him wait 7-14 days from the date on the written prescription, telling him it's ready either by phone or text, and when he gets there, the staff are saying it's not there or they don't have it. It's not an issue with the prescription or the doctor's office, we've gotten that figured out. It's literally the pharmacy staff and manager being careless or just flat out ignoring what my grandfather says. So, now, he's in pain because of a mistake on Walgreens end. Not to mention, talking to the managers does no good. I see why they were shut down for a while a few years ago, and that seems to be what needs to happen again. Poor customer service, poor manners, and just an all around bad experience. Currently trying to find a better pharmacy than this hack job of a train wreck. Don't use them if you have actual medical needs associated with your prescriptions, you won't get them in time.

My daughter stood in line for me. An African American lady was inquiring about a monitor she ordered. This employee named Bob was extremely rude for no reason to the lady. He stated that he wasn't going to move anything for her. The lady said, she just wanted to know if the monitor was in, then she looked at my daughter then left. Bob attitude was totally unacceptable. We have been shopping at Walgreens for several years and this was our first time experiencing an employee being so rude and disrespectful to a customer. What's sad is that, I believe he is an assistant manager.

I went in to have prints made of my photos of my paintings to use as Christmas cards. The employee working in Photoshop was extremely helpful and went to great lengths to assist me with the computer printing system. Walmart just didn't care if they helped me or not.

Worst experience ever!!! Stood in line for 45 minutes for my Covid Vaccine appt that I had schedule more than 2 weeks ago. When I get up to the counter they say they aren’t doing vaccines today. Even though i received a call and email confirming my appt. Nowhere was there a sign saying they weren’t doing vaccines, not even on the front door!! And what made it the worst was the woman at the pharmacy counter didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience, just had an attitude with me!! So rude and inconsiderate!!!

The customer service at this Walgreens pharmacy is horrible. I stood in line for at a minimum of five minutes while everybody inside proceeded to ignore me and only help the drive-through. I understand that drive-through register rings up the drive-through but there should also be somebody on front register ringing up the customers that are standing inside your pharmacy. I was looked at by at least three people as they walked by me. One lady walked up to the register and I asked her if anybody was going to help or if I needed to go to the drive-through and she proceeded to catch an attitude with me and tell me that she didn’t see me standing there but she’s doing some thing else and doesn’t have time for me. Customer service just needs to be worked on at this place. This is absolutely ridiculous that I have to now go sit in the drive-through and wait another 10 minutes to get helped by somebody when all they could’ve done was acknowledge me inside and let me know that they were going to be with me and that they were short staffed.

This store has the worst pharmacy customer service out of any Walgreens or pharmacy I have ever used. It is the only in network pharmacy between my home and my doctors office convenient to access. Long lines, workers forget you are there waiting to pick up, on occasion rude.

We scheduled my daughter to get her first covid vaccine. Got the email confirmation to show up and get there. Pharmacy is closed due to no pharmacist on duty. I understand that things happen however why send out emails confirming an appointment when you are closed. I was aggravated that I have now wasted time and money to go only to find them closed.

Horrible, horrible, horrible! Multiple times has the pharmacy messed up on my medication... it's not ready, it's ready, only half of my medication is ready. I can't tell you how many times I've had to go to that pharmacy, wait in line 20+ minutes just to be told my prescription wasn't ready. Mind you each time they've told me my medication wasn't ready, I had received an e-mail and a phone call from Walgreen's saying it was ready. Very, very frustrating. Staff is slow, unprofessional, and rude. I'm switching to CVS.

Store manager was very kind, professional & polite while assisting me with the rather childish issue I so unfortunately encountered with the two passively aggressive, unhappy ladies who worked the pharmacy today. The unfriendly manner demonstrated by these two representatives of the Walgreens co. was immature & sincerely negative at the least... I thank the manager for helping me bc she honored the price written on my "Raincheck" for the diabetic test strips I purchased. I would not have been able to afford them with out your help. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! This wonderful woman deserves a promotion & raise! The disrespectful girls in the pharmacy, who not only refused to acknowledge the raincheck receipt I was holding but refused to even look at it, both deserve a demotion/ pay cut & could possibly benefit from some kind of seminar or customer service training. Impolite, impersonal employees take away from the genuine friendly & hospitable atmosphere of the North Augusta Walgreens. I hope the store can resolve this issue. Thanking the store manager again SO MUCH for your kindness & professionalism while honoring this raincheck receipt. Today, you were a bigger help to this guy than you realized 😉

This store is absolutely the worst pharmacy. The store hours are ridiculous. They close at 6 pm everyday and closed on Sundays. I decided to try delivery and my medicine still has not come. They were closed for the holidays which I understand that. But then to be closed on Sunday and then I called Monday morning and it says they are temporarily closed today. I tried calling online and of course on hold for 20 minutes and was told I have to speak to the pharmacy. I have been using the pharmacy for the last 10 years. Never had an issue.

Not getting your prescription when you are notified that it is ready and being treated indifferently is poor business and I plan on calling the destrict manager about my father's treatment. I will not give up on this and it's ridiculous that this pharmacy is the only place that carries the meds he needs! If we could get it elsewhere we would and it seems they know this and ate playing it up and not caring that he is in constant pain.

STAY AWAY! I got an email to remind me of my second COVID vaccine and I managed my time to be there..all to get there and the pharmacy is closed because the pharmacist was sick. The old hag in the front was rude about how it wasn’t her problem they didn’t notify me the pharmacy was closed today. How about send emails to let customers KNOW this so they can reschedule.. selfish asss mf’s! I’m going to Publix for my second and will never step foot back in this fkin store! 🤬

Yesterday mixup with my medication. Went from being ready to not ready and not in Stock. Staff inconsiderate and unprofessional.. Could have given me a consideration in choosing another store or asking if I wanted to wait for the shipment the next day. I've used this store for over five years and until today I was pleased with the pharmacy department... Not anymore
