Today's visit was a second opinion and physical evaluation of my daughters beagle. Both the tech and the doctor that evaluated him were excellent with the physical exam, explanations of ACL surgery and medications provided by the previous Veterinarian and new ones prescribedMy daughter left the dog for further testing and evaluation finding a staph and yeast infection not discovered by the previous doctor. New X-rays were taken for the pending surgery. Also the doctor wants to see the dog in the next 20 days to make sure all the medications are working to clear up the infections.Needless to say she's changed clinics. The facility was immaculate and staff are friendly. The last facility smelled of urine and feces throughout the facility. No chemical or animal waste odors were present in the new clinic.The old clinic charged over $500, the new one $300+. Also, there was no need to sedate him for X-rays.

Hands down, the best veterinarian around!!!! We have been seeing Dr. Strock for years and he has always been so kind and compassionate as well as thorough. It means the world to be able to trust someone with our fur babies health and happiness. Highly recommend!

This is Ms. Bonnie. You can see her bad eye, on the white side of her face. Veternary Healthcare Associates realized what it was and prescribed treatment. A week later on Bonnie's return check up, a marked improvement was evedent, and obvious. We've been attached at the hip to a vet in Aiken for years,,, more than twenty... they couldn't see us on "such short notice". This crowd DID have a cancelation,,? A real blessing for our Bonnie. We are home. All three of our girls are now (or will) receive health care here!Clean! Comfortable! Well arranged as far as getting in and getting out, and the lobby is great. I can go on, but we'll see how this plays out. So far, so good.

Dr. Barry was very patient with our inquisitive teenager. He got a new puppy for his birthday. He had a bunch of question which, Dr. Barry answered them all and warned him about people food. This will be our Vet moving forward.

We just started coming here March of 2020. So far we've been back 3 times due to kitty issues. This is right in the middle of the covid-19 mess. The folks here have been going above and beyond to ensure people have as little exposure to others as possible. They come out rain or shine to talk to you about your animal and take them inside, then they call you on the phone to discuss what needs done. They are operating very efficiently and professionally, despite the current challenges. They ate taking good care of my kitty too!

Have been going for years but will not go back!! Called Friday to get my dog seen and they did not have any slots open, called Monday to get her in due to she had puppies over the weekend and none of them survived so I wanted her to be checked out and they still would not see her so what is the purpose of having a vet that you thought you could depend on. Apparently only out for the money and not the care of animals.

The vets and back office staff at this facility are absolutely amazing. They are great with our pets and our friend's and family member's pets, BUT the front desk receptionist, with the colorful hair and bad attitude, is an absolute nightmare. She is condescending, rude, and downright awful to deal with. There are many face-to-face and/or telephonic examples I could give, but I'll narrow it down to two:My dog was having an emergency after ingesting my child's easter candy and the receptionist refused to hear anything before putting me on hold....multiple times in a row, then she got irritated that we were actually needing advice.To make matters worse, my parents dog was elderly and was diagnosed with cancer. My parents decided to make an appointment to bring their dog to get checked again and proceed with decisions. The receptionist rudely asked my parents why they were back and she acted as if it was ridiculous that they came back.I highly suggest using this vet if you can weather the terrible customer service you will receive by this one employee.

I've been bringing my two dogs to Dr. Santos for almost a year now, and they legitimately enjoy coming to the vet. I previously went to Aiken Veterinary Clinic but I had several mediocre experiences with staff there and I really disliked their appointment scheduling system (they never answer phones, you have to leave a message and they call you back; if you miss them, it starts all over).I've had nothing but positive interactions with Dr. Santos and the techs at Veterinary Healthcare Associates and they've always been extremely accommodating. I'm moving out of state soon so I won't be able to continue coming, but I just want to say thanks to the awesome people here!

I’ve been dealing with this veterinarian for years, even before they moved into the new office. The front desk ladies are awesome. Very polite and welcoming. The facilities are top notch, very clean and well maintained. I’ve had nothing short of a great experience every time I’ve dealt with them up until yesterday. The doctor I saw is quite arrogant and spoke to me almost as if I was incompetent. He’s had that demeanor to him ever since we started seeing him but never to the extent of yesterday. The facility as a whole is awesome and I’ll definitely be back, but my pup will be seeing a different doctor!

NO COMPASSION - NO CARE - NO CONCERN & NO TIME!!Our dog was having trouble breathing and looked to be disoriented. We called and was told to bring him in. After arriving & waiting for about 10-15 minutes we were called to the front desk. The young lady stated "We are too busy today to see him. You will need to take him to the ER vet or somewhere else". Really??? Absolutely No compassion and No concern for our sick, elderly pet. We found a vet in Aiken that took him in right away and kept him for the day. Per SILVER BLUFF ANIMAL HOSPITAL he was in a great deal of pain, his white count was high and he was suffering from a lot of inflammation. They loved on him and took such GOOD care of him while he was there. He was given 3 different medications and is feeling some better today NO THANKS TO VETEINARY HEALTHCARE ASSOSIATES OF NORTH AUGUSTA! Extremely disappointed in what we thought was "our" vet!!!

Today was our first visit to Veterinary Healthcare Associates after we recently relocated. I have an 11 year old lab mix who has a little anxiety when going out. The two younger ladies at the front desk were wonderful. They checked us in and made sure we were comfortable since we were newcomers, by loving on Marley and chatting with myself. We saw Dr. Strock whom was very nice and informative. Marley has had a lifetime full of allergy issues and he was very invested in her history and helping us with preventative care. We look forward to going back and seeing the wonderful staff. Thank you!

Pepper really enjoyed her visit and liked the young lady helping us. We are new to SC so it was nice to see that Pepper was calm and comfortable on her 1st visit. Usually it takes time for her to warm up to people. The Vet explained everything and they weren't rushing me out of there.

Love the way you guys are handling your appts during this time. The prompt service when you pull up is really good. It's not bad having your pet cared for while you're waiting in the car and they also handle medications and shots from your car as well. Two thumbs up!
