These were really good quality cupcakes with delicious icing and nice fluffy cakes. The variety of flavor combinations was quite good and we enjoyed trying several. All in all, nice little stop for some premium cupcakes. The server could have been a little more personable, just acting in generally distracted or preoccupied.--The German Chocolate cupcake was probably our favorite, with a generous caramel/coconut topping and dark chocolate cake. Or it may have tied with the Cannoli Cupcake, which had a deliciously crispy filled Cannoli with a touch of cinnamon. The chocolate filled was pretty good, but the filling was little sparse. The coconut cake did tasted as the name suggests.

Terrible experience. We were shorted for a gender reveal. We called immediately after getting home and "the baker was gone and the owner is out for the weekend. " some of our guests didnt get a cupcake.After several phone calls, and an email we were offered a refund for the shorted items. In our email we communicated we were unsatisfied with that offer. Well, that's what we received. There was no "hey, let us give you a coupon for another time" or "let's give you 25% off for the trouble."The cupcakes themselves were a mixed bag. The frosting was a good flavor and the cake was fine but our pink and blue cupcakes were baked in a brown wrapper which was an eyesore, there was barely any blue filling (indicating we are having a boy), and there were basic swirls on top instead of the flowers we requested by photo.Overall we likely would have given this bakery another chance had the customer service been better. There are too many options in the area to consider trying them again after such a negative experience. Especially considering the cupcakes cost a whopping $5 bucks each!

Stopped by yesterday for some ice cream and picked up a couple "pupcakes" for my dog. They had the usual flavors and a couple fun one for shark week. No regrets from Hammer (dog)- he inhaled the pupcake in one bite. Got the mint chocolate chip and strawberry ice cream- both were very good and there were strawberry chunks in the ice cream. Could tell they were made in house. Enjoyed sitting outside on the bench to eat and chat. Would definitely recommend as a fun place to grab a dessert.

I ordered one red velvet chocolate chip and one Halloween sprinkles vanilla. She charged me for three cupcakes. The red velvet tasted very bitter and the vanilla was stale and the icing was hard. These cupcakes were definitely not fresh and had to have been sitting for a while.

Hands down this is the best cupcake bakery I have ever visited! I wish I could try one every day. The cupcake is so moist and fluffy. The flavors are to die for! They know what they are doing. I had the coconut, lemon, and strawberry. Do yourself a favor and run, not walk to this bakery! You won't regret it

This location has the best cupcakes that I've ever had! Wonderfully decorated, moist and full of flavor, you can't beat the price for them either! The variety that is offered is out of this world and honestly, the German Chocolate and the Red Velvet are to die for! Ms. Karli is such a wonderful woman, she is extremely polite and considerate, and went above and beyond when it came to her cupcakes. Honestly, there are not enough words to describe how awesome she is! 11/10 when recommending, will definitely be coming back for more soon! ❤️

Could not be more disappointed with how my daughters cake and cupcakes turned out. The cake looks nothing like what we were shown. It’s missing items, the eyes are lop side and the cake is falling over. The colors for the cupcakes are off as well. I would’ve understood if I was told but they tried to slip it by.I would post pictures but google won’t let you.

We purchase a variety pack of mini cupcakes. Every single one we had was delicious! Often the small cupcakes can be dry but there's was not! They had unique flavors such as pecan pi and apple pie that were both delicious! We all found ourselves fighting over the different flavors and had to cut them so we could all have the different kinds. They are in five stars from all of us!

The cupcakes look great, but they taste like something anyone could make. I was also super surprised that someone who was serving food wasn’t wearing a mask. Plus, she was quite rude. I was so excited to finally try these cupcakes, but after dealing with her, it lowered my enthusiasm for the place. Plus they’re way over priced and don’t taste spectacular, so I don’t plan on going back.

I absolutely luv y’all!!! I live in Evans GA but drive to N. Augusta, SC because of the variety as well as the cupcakes are always fresh!!! But please update your business hours…the web states you’re open til 5pm on Sundays, the sign on your door states closed on Sundays😭😞

I wish I would have reviewed before the new owner's.We loved this place - key word LOVED...however that has changed.This place has been under new management since October 2018 and the owner and her mother are nasty.Now, I am a degreed accountant and financial manager. You would think that all owner's would think past enforcing silly policies.Just say - that when I came to turn in my old from the beginning loyalty cards I was denied twice.We purchase about 16 cupcakes a year on a low average. Anytime we celebrate we used to think "Small Cakes". From this day forward no more.So I tried to speak with the owner's mother and was met with - "that is completely fine if you do not come back" Im glad that my $160 on average is not worth your time. I will gladly spend it elsewhere.Then to call the owner and she state the same and then tell me - well if there was 20 customers.Lets do some math - 20 customers 160 about per year that is $3200 dollars of revenue [expenses not included] - 2 free cupcakes a year to these 20 customers who are loyal in purchasing 160 a year - $160 a year in loyalty rewards at retail price [most rewards are expenses at the cost to make them not the revenue lost...however...for this example that will work]People, that is 0.05%.So the new owner is willing to lose 99.95% revenue...because she and her rude mother/worker does not want to honor loyalty cards.Sounds so smart to me.We will NEVER return to this bakery again. EVER. So long as this former baker is the owner. She does not deserve any business with her lack of customer loyalty insight.

I would frequent this place on my ride to/ from visiting my mom in South Carolina (driving from Atlanta, GA). I have spent lots of money there buying the tasty, but OVERPRICED cupcakes. On June 5th I stopped there to get a couple of cupcakes (one should have been free because I had a fully punched frequent customer card). When I went to pay for the other cupcakes I was told that they were the new owners of that location and that my frequent customer card would not be accepted. Now, yes, I could have walked out without buying anything, but instead I paid for EVERYTHING I ordered and I did not accept the new frequent customer card that was offered to me.Goodwill goes a long way and the fact that they saw I WAS a frequent customer should have been good enough for them to accept the punch card after explaining that they are the new owners. It was ONE FREE CUPCAKE. Was that ONE CUPCAKE worth losing a customer....or two....or more????You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.I LOVE SMALLCAKES, BUT I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME AT THIS NORTH AUGUSTA LOCATION SO THERE WAS NO NEED TO ACCEPT THE FREQUENT CUSTOMER CARD!Do better.

Love the cupcakes! Even though they’re steeply priced, the presentation and taste are immaculate. But the lady at the front is rude, short tempered on the phone and uninformative. She lost you a regular customer. And I’m hoping she wasn’t the owner, because the professionalism was NOT there.

I really enjoyed coming in for a cupcake or two on occasion until I noticed that one worker NEVER changes their gloves when going from handling cupcakes to touching the register or anything else they might need to grab. They even used the same gloves when cleaning off the workstation that consisted of books, and writing utensils, to touch the cupcakes. After noticing this happen every time that person is working I have just decided that I will not be back until they start making sure that the workers are constantly washing their hands and changing their gloves between customers, cleaning, and prep.

Have ordered cupcakes from here for weddings, showers, parties ect. DELICIOUS moist cupcakes with delicious buttercream frosting!!! A family and guest favorites go in this order....from most popular being "wedding cake" flavor, then the lemon and strawberry tie for second, third place goes to their chocolate peanut butter flavored cupcakes. All the flavors are delicious actually! Their mini cupcakes are great for weddings, showers and parties because their size is perfect to not be a "messy" treat to enjoy in a couple bites or so.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

They advertise mini cakes on internet. I thought that would be great, but when I got there they only had pup mini cupcakes. For a dog. I was so disappointed. Going to try another cupcake place. Sometimes you can only have a little cupcake. The sweetness is sometimes to much for older people and children. 😟

If I Could give 0 stars I definitely would because she spelled my daughter's name wrong after asking me 3 times how to spell it I even posted a picture of its so everyone could see!! then whenever I called to tell her about it she acted like she wasn't the manager the lady I'd already spoken with and I told her (even though you spelled my daughters name wrong on her BIRTHDAY cake) I don't want my money back or anything but I think it would be OK if you would just let my daughter get a cupcake or something out of there one day. The lady lied to me and said yeah I'll ask the manager when she gets in but that was the manager I was speaking with and she knows it. Cholee it was supposed to say Chloee. Needless to say she never got back with me

Worst customer service and to top it off cupcake was awful. Tasted more like gas station quality with a higher price tag. Poorly designed business. I highly do not recommend. This is the first company in my life I have been so dissatisfied with. Do not recommend.
