Dose not have a good selection for plus size.They also dont have a good selection for women shoes size 10 and up.They have a great baby clothes and home section.

There was a line of people, only 1 person on cash register, another person came up to unlock a purse for the customer in front of us, and as soon as she brought it to the register she dipped.. didn't ask the other cashier if she could help or anything. Which is very rude to say the least.. was very disappointed. Won't be back anytime soon if ever and would not recommend.

I love Ross stores. Before we got a local one, I used to drive over Two hours to get to a Ross store. I purchase from every department. I decorate my home with their items, I buy great linens that normally cost 2 to 3 times as much in higher-end priced stores. The store was absolutely a mess.Customer service was far. Employees were wondering around talking to each other. Store merchandise was on the floor as people are stepping all over the clothes. This an example of how bad the clothes were on the floor. Dirty nasty boxes everywhere

Finally located a cover up for a beach trip.Also made 2 discoveries. They stock Ryka brand shoes for 20$as apposed to 69$ on sale at Belks.Also sell Cupio founder 20 whereas Belks price is around 60-70$.Absolute Truth

I've filed a complaint about this issue over a year ago. Teach your staff where security tags are placed on items. I couldn't purchase a shirt yesterday because it was half-down in the material. This is an on-going issue that should be corrected. I've made it to the counter only to tell the cashier I don't won't it after seeing holes in several items. Also, clothes on the hanger touching the dirty floor. A beautiful white outfit..looked at the bottom of it and it look like a tire had been run over with it (thick dust hanging on it at the bottom). C'mon Ross.. clothes are trendy and a great price but do better. We don't want items with holes in it to rip in a month or two.

Stock very lowe on cloths if you looking for larger size. Thank goodness I'm a size 10 but i was looking for a dress for someone in plus size could not find a decent one in 2x. But if you are a smaller person you can always find something here. For me I rate it 5, but since I was shopping for some who need a nice gown i rate it 3, because I did find only one.

I go to Ross quite often. Love buying lotion, shampoo/conditioner and bodyspray! I also love their home decor selections. My boyfriend will usually only buy his clothes from 3 stores and Ross is one of them. My Ross often needs straightening up. It can be a little messy and that's why I gave a 4 star instead of 5 rating.

Good store for bargain prices of higher quality goods from other stores. Security and staff tend to herd you like cattle, though, and I saw staff roughly handle someone who looked like they were shoplifting. Overall, not a bad store, but my experience made me wonder about both the staff and customers at this location. Left feeling a bit uneasy about going back, but otherwise a 4/5.

Love the store but there is one cashier that was not too friendly both of the times my friend and I encountered her. The first time we were in line and it was her at a regular cash register and one other cashier at the returns counter, my friend was next in line after she helped the person in front of us then she turned her light off and walked away. We were like well that was rude but thought maybe she just had to go to the restroom or something because she definitely saw us and made eye contact. Nope she came back with a clipboard and was just jotting things down, not to mention there was now up to 6 customers behind me and she just sat there while the one cashier at the returns line had to help everyone by herself. Today she actually had to help us becuase she was the only cashier but was very rude and not friendly at all. We love to come shop during our lunch break but may consider going somewhere else with better customer service.

I wish our store had a better selection but I'll keep shopping there to support local. I was very disappointed today, Tuesday, I saw a sign that said seniors get 10% discount in Tuesdays, so I loaded up and realized when I left I had not received my discount. I went back in to ask about it but the line was too long as usual. I guess I should be flattered that I don't look 55 when I'm over 60.

Awful experience! I went from Canada to visit my friend. There was no hand sanitizer at the entrance. I found the same top for two different prices. I went to the cashier and ask her to adjust the price as there are exactly the same. She said she couldn't. I asked her to double-check with her supervisor, and after a couple of minutes, she refused to do so!!Never have this experience in my whole life!I decided to leave! And do not buy the rest of my list.I’m sorry for the management! And poor customer service!Check other locations for Ross but not this one!

Super small compared to others. Seem to always have basically the same things every time we go. Need to improve the inventory amount. Also your "store protection" employee followed me around the cosmetic section which was uncomfortable. Otherwise can find some good deals! Glad one came to N.A.

In spite of the fact that Ross did not have the particular pants, vest and shoes we were looking for in the sizes needed, we were able to get an additional speed rope (jump rope) I needed and a couple of other items I would have been purchasing anyway for a cheaper price or at least comparable to what I would have paid elsewhere. (In other words, this trip still saved time and money.) We may check the Ross in Augusta to find out if they still have any of the sizes we are looking for in the original items. 5 stars because they meet my expectations of possibly finding what I'm looking for at a cheaper price
