Today I got an awful attitude from the deli employee Ms Marie(older Haitian woman). She misheard what type of sub I wanted and it was all down hill from there. I can understand I was also multi tasking a call initially but the attitude remained long after I gave her my undivided attention.Fun fact: No One Goes to Publix For Attutude!Note: I eat Publix subs and fruit 5 days a week. I’ll just make sure to avoid this one!

Had the best experience With Kendra From the bakery. She helped me with my daughter’s birthday cake. She was so sweet And Patient And very knowledgeable as well. Absolutely absolutely love to this experience, so had to write about it. The staff at this Publix are wonderful people.

I went to try the new honey hot pub sub. The woman serving me name was Marthyne. She went and got the chicken tenders and proceeded to put them on the bread. I looked wondering why hadn’t she put the hot honey sauce on there and then she asked me what I wanted on the sandwich and I repeated I want the hot honey sub? She put the sauce on the chicken tenders which were already on the sandwich and then asked me again what did I want on the sandwich and then I said that I want the hot honey sub and pointed at the description on the board so she looked at me and disgust and went in the back to go get something and then I was like can I get my sandwich toasted and then she was like sure and then she asked me what else! Hot honey sun? I asked her about the fried pickles that are suppose to be on there and she said oh we don’t have those we don’t have those and then one of her workers whispered to her saying that they were in the back and then she said shes not going to get them and then I said, do you have the fried pickles or no and she was like no we don’t have them. She very rude which I don’t appreciate when I’m spending my money! When you are working with public/ customer service your suppose to kind and polite if wasn’t for us I would not have a job!

They have the worst deli out of any Publix I've ever been to. Premade sandwiches are consistently out of stock. If it's one that's on sale, you can pretty much forget about it. I dont understand how the entire deli premade section is practically empty 3-4 hours before closing time.

Got an ultimate sub from their deli. It was good. Filled me up. Didn't want to work after that. But I did. Enjoy these bite sizzled sentences. I typed them with love.

Well stocked and clean. Sub sandwiches are great and only about a buck more than Subway but far better quality. Fried chicken is good. Prices are the highest in town amd with this spike in inflation they seem extreme. I just can't afford to shop here.

Always a great shopping experience. The just have things we can't find anywhere else. Yes, the prices are a little higher but there is a noticeable difference in atmosphere and service. The deli is one of my favorites things about ALL Publix stores

The store is well laid out and the staff are very helpful almost anticipating your needs from the front door back out to the parking lot. The staff is friendly and attentive; everything you expect from Publix !!!

Publix is one of the best supermarkets in the country. If you can't find something, Publix will generally have it. The quality of their deli and bakery is top drawer. If you like Sushi again, excellent offering.

Constantly stocking expired food, putting cashiers who have consistently overcharged people back into cashier positions, just an absolute mess. Honestly wish they would just close it down so they could put a better grocery store there

AT this specific publix when i went to get some fried chicken its was dry af with fricking hairs from the chicken and i burnt my finger this place sucks, kroger i way better. when the workers saw i burnt my finger they yelled at me with a goofy looking face and said "do you know how to read, it says caution hot", yes i know how to read but why is the print like smaller than an atom like how am i supposed to see that, dont shop here go to koger the GOAT. like messi

Thank you for solving a problem with which I did bear some of the fault by not handling it more timely with better documentation. However, I can't silently abide having my integrity questioned. Do better, this is still my only shopping option without having to go to Aiken or Augusta for a Fresh Market

Every time I order a sub from the deli online the pick up time is always 20-30 mins before my sub is even ready. What is the point of ordering online if the employee’s don’t care what the pick up time is?

Our Publix is clean, neat, friendly, and well-stocked. The food is good quality, and their brands are very good. They hire people from all walks of life, and the employees seem happy. The management is on top of everything. One man that bags, cleans, and helps said he loves his job, and looks forward to work. He's an older gentleman. Publix is more expensive, but well worth it to me... I use the pharmacy which has been great also.....friendly, and helpful.

Had 6 ounce mozzarella cheese on sale. I picked up a 8;oz . When I discovered I didn't get the discount, an associate and I walked over and there wasn't any 6oz available.Also the workers didn't seem to work together very well in the deli. The older more experienced workers were not helping the new employee.We love Publix. This one disappointed us.

Prices are a bit higher than some places, but it was well worth it if you only need a few things and don't want to fight the crowds at other places like Walmart, or Kroger.

I have never had a problem with customer service & employees having attitudes at Publix. Their stores are way to expensive for that. The manager & district manager were notified about an attitude problem with an employee. The Manager did not offer to fix the problem at the store & help me finish what I came in for. We will see if the DM calls back. I went to purchase the same thing 2 weeks prior and no attitude or employees being rude. This trip was handeled completely different.

Great customer service, clean store, pharmacy does a wonderful job getting prescriptions out quickly. Friendly people! Deli is awesome. Love the BOGOs. Great product department. Good seafood selection. Fast friendly checkout process. Great birthday club. Good lottery selection. Good selection of Publix ice cream.

They did part of the catering at our wedding and we got the cake from here. It did not disappoint. We are still eating some of the pieces on our honeymoon. The lady that helped us and delivered was so helpful and knowledgeable. 8/5/23
