Friendly staff, helpful..This place has everything to do with your house or yard. The loaders are awesome, they always ask if I need help loading wood. The cashiers are great. For me to say I don't know the manager is a good thing. For I've been there over 1000 times in 5 years. I have never had a problem.

Complete lack of customer service and organization. The store is a junkyard.you can't safely get into the store for all of the crap stacked from the walls to the roadway outside of the front of the store. To get to the very small opening to the front door you have to walk down the middle of the roadway where the traffic flies through the parking lot. I almost got run over twice trying to get to the front door. Once inside the junk shop, the products are not kept orderly or stocked, and if they do have the item you are looking for, you can't get to it for all of the junk, boxes, ladder carts that are blocking the isles and shelves. Literally a junkyard. They need some real management and employees that actually care. Organization is completely missing. The lack of customer service and rudeness of employees seems to be running throughout the franchise and not just at the North Augusta location. We have a corporate account at Lowes and I have informed all of our employees to now avoid Lowes unless absolutely necessary. We also have commercial account at Home Depot and are now taking the majority of our business there. If Home Depot opened in North Augusta, I don't think Lowes would survive.

Worst customer service. I waited for an hour for someone to come get some styrofoam boards from the top rack. The person in charge of the section said he could not operate the machinery. He made a call over the PA and that was it as far as he was concerned. He was done with it. No follow up. Nothing. I asked every employee I could find anywhere near. Either they never came back or the people they told to help never did. Luckily, there was one person who took pride in his work. He didn’t work anywhere near that section. He stopped what he was doing to help me. He even apologized for the trouble. A great young man and thank goodness for him. Then I get to the register after all this..And I get hit yet again with some of the sorriest customer service I’ve seen in quite some time. She has an attitude towards me from the start. Felt as though I was an inconvenience to her. The store was a wreck, nothing in stock, things all over the aisles to trip on. Physical inventory didn’t match up with what online inventory said. Just unprofessional from the beginning to the end.

I bought a kitchen remodel package from Lowe’s at this location. A job that was supposed to a few days ended up being over 6 months! From two cabinets that were the wrong size to a complete floor to ceiling cabinet that was installed upside down, it was one thing after another! They are supposed to give me an adjustment on work that I was charged for but did not receive. The corporate office is continually trying to get them (local store) to handle this and they still have not contacted me after several days. The corporate division keeps calling me asking if the store has reached out to me. It still has not happened. Do your homework. Please check with other businesses before you enter into a contract with them. Also make sure you read your paperwork and get verbal statements in writing.

I have never seen a Lowe’s as dirty as this one. Trash littered throughout the lobby, on shelves and in the aisles. Tried finding an item and the app led me to the wrong location. Had to ask 3 different employees before someone could actually locate the product for me.

I have shopped at the Garden Center since it was built, don't remember year,I am 86yrs🤗The people that work there are so good with helping with plants,loading lots of big items for us old folks,But however they can't ever have enough of help on the weekends.But from the great Young lady that check's you out,with a beautiful smile and thank you,lady busy watering.One nice man in front lots of help,helping with my hanging baskets.That garden center has a good team.I tell friends.🤗

If i could give negative stars i would the customer service at this place is the worst. Dont think about returning anything cause they will find a million reasons why they wont take it back and dont waste your money on any type of extended warrenty on anything cause they will refuse to honor it they are just in the business of over charging and selling products and services they have no intent on honoring 3x now ive been refused a return. So home depot will get my business from now on.

By far the worse experience I’ve ever dealt with. I would advise to never shop at Lowe’s. Their customer service is terrible, the deliver drivers are terrible or lazy. I spent 1500+ dollars on a washer and dryer 2 weeks ago. On the first delivery we gave the guys clear directions to call us once they’re at our gated community. Did we receive a call? No! So they didn’t deliver the machine. The next time they came they delivered a faulty washing machine. Right out of the box and instantly had a leak. The third time they came out they brought the washer and dryer and forgot the tools to assemble the washer and dryer. It doesn’t get any more unprofessional than that. Under no circumstances should there be a fourth time. Once again please do not shop with Lowe’s.

It took over a month to get a refund for a returned appliance that didn't work. I also bought items and paid for same day delivery for them not to show up and be told they would be delivered next day. Told me to call delivery company for adjustment on delivery price and that company told me to call Lowe's. Always a bunch of hoops to jump through with dealing with them so I would recommend shopping elsewhere if possible.

Bought a dishwasher and the salesperson didn’t mark it correctly, so it wasn’t staged or ready on installation day. They also didn’t include the correct electrical pieces for the install in the purchase even though I explicitly told them I had a hard wired dishwasher AND the company did an assessment. I had to take off work 2x for this and dishwasher still wasn’t installed. Spent over an hour calling appliances to get it resolved and they never answer and customer service doesn’t help just transfers you. The installation company doesn’t talk to you, just sends automated dates/times and has a voicemail. When you call the 800 number for them the customer service agents just give you the run around about scheduling. I finally get the machine here and that’s when we found the plug and not the pieces needed. So I called and was told I would speak to a manager about all of it and left on hold for over 20 minutes. Absolutely awful.

Thank God for Mr. Andrew!!! We were having issues with finding the right size adapters for our Pfizer kitchen faucet. 3 different visits to the store, 3 consecutive days of trying to find the right parts, 3 days withno water, & too many hours to count...Andrew came to the rescue!!! Employee of the month is the very LEAST he deserves. Thanks again for all your help, Andrew!!!

Customer Service online is great for smoothing things over. But the employees at the store, SUCK! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE 30 SECOND OUTDOOR CLEANER!!! I also found that when using the spray foam, if you get it on your hands, wash them real good with Dawn. Then put body powder on them, it takes away the stickiness. Then the foam will peal off shortly after. It worked for me. They make a solution. But I can't afford everything!!The response about my review from Lowe's was signed "the owner"! You're telling me that the owner of Lowe's can't afford to hire somebody to respond to all the reviews?

Aiken location ran out of solar eclipse glasses (yes, I shoulda been better prepared! )so did an online order to see if N Augusta had them (+30 min drive). Received a text this morning they were ready for pickup. To the employee that grabbed 'em and tossed them in a locker for me...THANK YOU!!

Needed a water heater. Lowe's installer quoted $2350.00+/- for a 40 gallon water heater installed. BEN FRANKLIN did a 50 gallon water heater installed for $1555.00. It pays to shop around. BTW, I LOVE LOWE'S !

Purchased a refrigerator to be delivered in 3 days only to be told that it is not available in my area at time of delivery. Why wasn't I told this at the store when I paid for it?Went back to my local store to pick out another refrigerator and got tired of waiting for some help and left.2 weeks ago I got screwed over waiting on measurements for a flooring job. They give you a 5hr yes 5 hour window to wait for the subcontractor to show up to measure your floors. After waiting 5hrs I get a call saying he would be at the house in 45mins.I told him don't bother, we're not waiting any longer and you just cost lowes a $6000 flooring job.I guess only thing Lowe's is good for is buying nails.......

I prefer driving an extra 12 miles each way to shop at Lowe’s in Aiken. The North Augusta location is dirty, poorly stocked, and barely staffed. The shelves always are disorganized. Product is sometimes covered in dust. Inventory often is piled up in the middle of an aisle. If the online app says something is in stock, there’s a good chance it isn’t or the staff cannot find it.

We just bought a new refrigerator. The price was very good, and the service was excellent. It was delivered on time, as promised. So far.....it works great, and we are enjoying the larger size of this unit.

Products were limited in plumbing.accessories..BUT..shopping was NOT the BEST TIME OF DAY!Daughter was alone in VERY BACK of store(Aisle 48!!)after 4pm..pushing a buggy & hobbling with a broken ankle ( in a bunglesome medicalBOOT). Set handbag in shopping buggy.Last she saw of *$150. cash she,'d. HurriedlyStuffed in handbag. 2 men came by her at one point. Too bad the 3rd( watch out ) probably ran out contractor's door!! Manager upon requestViewed video (alone) & reported AFTER CALLING POLICE UPON REQUEST OF CUSTOMER ) that he " saw NOTHING!!!Decide THAT ONE gir yourself!! We say..He didn't want this on HIS STORE RECORD!!NO ARREST ...only a police report..Thanks N.AugustaPolicemsn!!

I can’t complain enough about this store, the manager, the staff and even corporate. Bought a washer and dryer online- turned out one was an older model same color. We called everyday for two weeks could never speak to a manager- customer service would just say they are making rounds. We go in they supposedly exchanged what we needed- turns out I only purchased another dryer and they never scheduled a pickup of the old one. So I had 3 appliances now! Corporate told me they had to contact the store manager to fix that- guess who never contacted them or us back? So corporate had to schedule my pickup and return. Took over a month to fix this. I will never buy an appliance at lowes ever again.

Today, I have never felt so belittled in my life. I was in a terrific accident that left me in a coma for 13 months until this April. Physical and Mental Rehab has been relentless as I still suffer from migraine headaches, dizziness, speech problems, and vision and hearing impairment. I asked "Charles" who was in the Tool Department very politely "where is the stuff to sharpen knives." He acted like this was a chore, and I was bothering him. He pointing to the area and goes "DO YOU SEE THE SIGN CUTTING TOOLS" (my memory is not the best either, but think that is what it said) ...I went to the area, and I did not see them, and because the guy had an attitude, I went to ask someone different. When I asked the next person, Charles interrupted and said "SAME PLACE I TOLD YOU MINUTES AGO!" I still had trouble finding what I was looking for because of my sight....no, I did not mention my problems to Charles, but I do not think he. would of cared. He seems like he hates his job, and does not enjoy talking to customers. He should not work there.

They do their order fulfillment during the the day. This uses all the carts for orders leaving none for the actual customers. If you need anything from the shelves you might as well forget it. They are all fulfilling orders and just pass the buck saying “ they will get someone”. If you are willing to pester them for an hour or so you will eventually get service. The North Augusta Lowes is consistently the worst run of the Lowes stores that I visit. The contractor’s desk is use as a congregation point for employees to socialize and customers have to interrupt them just to have someone say they will call someone to do it. Today is the same experience I have been consistently having. I have been waiting for an HOUR for someone to get a couple of things off the shelf that should be down already if they were actually maintaining the stock correctly. Driving to the 13 miles to the Augusta store is much faster than shopping less than a mile down the road.

Wow! Went to get a pallet of mulch this morning and could not get anyone to help. No cashiers, none. Several employees, but no one could help with mulch. I was told to wait and someone would be in later.

I want to write good things about Lowes, but I can't.The few times I've been there and have asked for help, they page someone who never shows up (seems they are ALWAYS short saffed).I asked to talk to a Manager and waited for 30 minutes. I finally got fed up and left.When a staff member is around, their heads are down, like they have no desire to look at customers, or they might have to - you know - actually work.Sadly, this is the only place I have for now to get supplies, so I'm stuck being a customer/employee, as no one else will do their damn job.

WARNING! Installation service is not dependable. Had a “CONFIRMED” installation date for 2/20/2024 from noon till 4:00 and got stood up. This was after we traveled an hour to get to the installation site. Extremely frustrating.

Over the yrs my dad has spent thousands with Lowe's when he had his small side business. I ordered a washer and dryer for delivery. They were quick to get it to me, next day. The dryer is defective, making a terrible noise when running. Dad calls they said they would pick it up 3 days later. Ok not bad I'll wait. They called him, he didn't answer, no voice-mail no text and no show. He immediately called back no answer. He sent them a text, it was a cell number, no response. He calls the store they tell him he didn't answer so they didn't come. Now he called right back sent a text, u delivered me a faulty dryer, that I need by the way and then u don't even bother to show. We had an appointment. That's not even the worse part, they weren't bringing me a new one. Said they had to pick up the faulty one and then deliver me one on another appointment. So they won't pick up and drop off same day when they delivered a bad dryer.. Not blaming for the merchandise, its not there fault it was bad, but customer service sucks. They are convenient to were I live, but sometimes convenience isn't always the best option. Do better people.
