If I could give this place 0 stars I would, the lady that's always working is VERY RUDE for absolutely no reason or maybe it's because she's always there but it is unnecessary to constantly have an attitude, there's plenty of other places hiring. Yes, I know, I can go to Walgreens but goin postal is more convenient.

The lady that runs this store is absolutely the rudest ever to deal with. Only reason I go there is because of how convenient. Whatever you have going on in your life find another way to deal with it than to treat people the way you feel inside.

I’ve only been in twice but the woman behind the counter was very nice. The 2 young kids who work there are also nice and very helpful. I can get in and out in about 5 minutes and they offer USPS, Fed Ex and UPS so you can get all your shipment needs met and beats the ridiculous long line they have at the post office with one person behind the counter. I would definitely recommend them over the post office and for any shopping needs you may have.

What a wonderful place! I've been there several times and it's so much better than going the the post office. Went yesterday to ship overnight to Seattle and the young woman was so helpful and kind! Great experience!Has a "homey" feel which I love! So happy they are here and I will certainly be a regular customer! KUDOS to Goin Postal and Thank You!!!!!

Absolute legend! They were open on Wednesday when the regular post office closes around noon. I was running late doing my errands and found this place on Maps, and I'm glad I did! The woman behind the counter was super helpful and kind, and I didn't feel like they gouged the price up on me at all being it's a 3rd party postal place that handles USPS and FedEx. It's a great place, highly recommend!

I am thankful for the new ownership of Goin Postal. Hope is very nice! She seems to enjoy her job unlike the previous owners! We got to where we wouldn’t even go in there anymore because of the attitude and rudeness we received! We decided to give it another try when we heard about the change of owners! Much better!!! I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I felt this earned it.I've been to this business several times over the past year or so. The woman is nice. The dog is nice.But every time I leave after interacting with the male owner, I think, 'maybe next time it'll be better'.He acts as if he would rather be any place else in the world, and you (the customer) are they only thing standing between him and it.Simply put, he is rude.At this point, I would rather wait in line at the post office for an hour than deal with his nasty attitude, let alone give him money. At least the post office employees act decently and have some basic customer service and appropriate social skills.

Great Service...In and out quickly. My experience is that Going Postal Service is much better than the Post Office...UPS Store and FEDEX. Regardless of which Business is going to be Handling your Package....Going Postal offers every Delivery Company in 1 place.

LOVE this place! Super convenient and easy! Been going here for my postal needs for about 8 years. I almost never have to wait in line and there fur baby, Bailey, is super sweet and beyond cute! My daughter was 4 the first time we came here and now she's 12 and still loves coming here and seeing Bailey!

Needed a couple of documents noterized quickly. My bank (Wells Fargo) and the UPS store says they have a notary but they didn't. Goin' Postal noterized what I needed very quickly and the Notary (Kimberly) was very polite and friendly even though she had a lot of customers coming in. Thanks Goin' Postal!

This place is great! Ups, FedEx, Usps, a Notary Public. Everything you could need paper-wise and they are opened 6 days a week 8 to 5! Employees are all fun, good natured,glad to see you.

The male owner is very angry about something and takes it out on the public. I've used this place for shipping in the past and always felt my business was unappreciated, but at least my packages were sent! That said, I recently had to get something notarized and using them seemed like an easy option...until I had to go back because there was something the owner/notary missed 2x - It was a sneaky place that needed the notary to fill in. When I kindly and quietly told him the error, he fixed and notarized then still asked me to pay another 3.00 - I already paid $6. I suggested that he forgo the fee since the part he missed was the responsibility of the notary. He shoved that paper at me like an angry child. I told him he wasn't a very nice man and left.

I'm never coming back to this place if I can. A few weeks ago I had to send my grandma's AT&T router to AT&T. The lady working there that day told me, they will get it ready for shipping and that I didn't need a receipt. Today, my grandma told me AT&T is going to charge her since they never received the router and that we WERE supposed to get a receipt. So now, no one can find the package. So I will never come back to this place as long as I can.

They never print shipping labels upon drop off & every single package I've ever sent, runs extremely late. Worst shipping center I've ever used...and I run a home based business. I DO not recommend using them

To start, the elderly couple that own the place are very rude. They also have no idea what they are doing. They "lost" a car navigation system that I made the mistake of wrapping in front of them. They then took the package and gave me a tracking number. Next week the package still had not been delivered. When I went in I was told that I had the wrong tracking number and that the package was never scanned in. UPS had no record of it. They then told me that I should have purchased insurance, even though they never gave me the option of purchasing insurance. They changed their story every time I went in to get it resolved. When I asked for their information to file a claim through UPS, they told me I could not file a claim. When I asked again for the information to file a claim, they told me to just leave before they call the cops. Now I'm out $300. I wouldn't trust these people. I'm filing with the Better Business Bureau.

I called to ask about a service and before I had finished my sentence the owner cut me off and sternly told me "NO, we do not do that." That was that. If he wanted my future business he might have suggested alternatives, or at least let me finish speaking and kindly let me know they didn't provide that service. I have choices and I will have mailing needs in the future - I will go elsewhere.

Wanted to send a box to San Diego, Ca. They said it would cost 40 dollars ups. They said the Post Office wanted 50 dollars. I took it to the Post Office and was charged 12.98. That still seemed like a lot but less than the amount quoted by Go'in Postal. Be careful using this place.

Not a very busy location. You can go get what you need without feeling the pressure to rush due to being overcrowded. The person behind the counter was friendly and helpful also.

I highly recommend not using this company as they flat out admitted to me to committing mail fraud. When you change the measurements of a package and it raises cost over double that is fraud. Use this place at your own risk as they will rob you.

Took ceramic Christmas tree in to have it wrapped and shipped. It was in a gift bag with only tissue paper around it the way I purchased it at craft fair. The man took it to back where I thought he was wrapping it...came back and had the bag taped. He said he would ship like that and put bubble wrap and peanuts around it. I told him it was glass...he said it would ship that way..I told him you're the expert. A couple days later my sister informed me the tree arrived broken. Went back to file claim. He was very angry (but always seems angry when I've been there) when I said it wasn't wrapped properly. He told me ( not in a nice way) he could have put more bubble wrap and peanuts and charged me more????? I thought the purpose of him wrapping was so that it would get there in one piece. He blamed it on UPS. He is very rude and seems to have anger issues. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Being nice doesn't cost anything!.
