I've been going here since I was like 8 im 16 now so it's a favorite place of mine that always brings up memories with my mom or grandma. it's nice to have something like that, and it's a lovely store too. it's never really dirty and the way they have it set up looks nice too like the produce and meat area are so nice honestly. they even have the little quarter machines and non of them are broken so little extra star for that ⭐

As a customer I say my store has great customer service. Google asked me how my experience was and it was great. As a customer I found every thing I needed for my Greek salad. Samuel in produce helped me as a customer not as employee. As a employer or as a customer it don't matter. She's looking good.

This is my first time shopping here. Prices seem to be fairly decent here in comparison to other grocery chains in the area. But I went down to get a loaf of bread in the entire bread aisle was wiped out. I shopped on a Sunday. Don't know if there's a better day to get bread. I think like most grocery stores you need to kind of get a feel for how they display stuff. I couldn't find items I went in for. I will give it a second try, but not on a Sunday.

i thought i left some of my things i bought at checkout, and the manager who answered the phone (even after they had already closed) was great. he told me if i didn't find them, come back with a receipt, and they would replace them. well, i did end up finding them back at home, in a hurry so i overlooked them when i unloaded all the bags the first time. thank you. love your store.

I never have an issue with the staff or stock fo the store. The pharmacy is phenomenal, and the staff are always so quick to help and are always friendly!

The store was well stocked and clean. Found most everything I was looking for. Fairly busy for a Thursday at 5pm. There were 4 check-outs open with at least one employee running the register. Some had a bagger. It was nice to not have to self checkout. The cashier bagged my cold items in blue bags and other items in white bags. This made it easier when I got home and was putting everything away. It might be a little more expensive than Walmart but definitely a better experience.

So I visited this store at about 10:15 pm Wed night. Normally I love coming in the morning or afternoon. I didn't want to be bothered with Walmart at this time so I figured let me run in food lion for some soap. I was rung up by a young girl ( cashier #0215). She didn't even speak but had no problem throwing my change Into my hand.. As a manager of a restaurant very unacceptable, it took everything to keep my mouth shut, but she Definitely got the mother look from me. I'm really hope that you'll do better. Because I really do not want to stop shopping out of food Lion

I cannot rate the store properly because I was just coming from having a small surgery. The doctor had written a prescription for me to take when I got home. This was early morning around 10;30 am. I was first asked if I was an enrolled pharmacy customer. However that should not have mattered. I replied no, my current pharmacy did not have that particular medication in stock. I was enrolled with Food Lion pharmacy but at my previous home in another state. The pharmacy representative stated it would take an hour to fill my prescription. I was already in major discomfort, so waiting that long have a prescription medication was not something I could sit and wait around for. In my opinion, as customer service representative you assist people in any way to accommodate them within your capability. You never know what a customer or patient is going through on the other side of the counter.

I went there wanting to buy some ribeye steaks that were on sale. It was about 4:30-5:00pm. There was 1 single steak, not the brand on special, and I caught the guy who said that was his dept. I asked if there were more in the back, (3) & would he mind checking for me. He came back after 2 or 3 minutes and said the other guy who cuts meat had left & he hurriedly left his dept. too. How do you work in that area and yet do not cut meat ? Nothing extra was packaged for customers ? The entire steak/beef section looked poorly stocked and disorganized.Also, at the register the clerk did not say a word to me including how much my total would be. She blankly stared at me and of course, there was no "thank you". Is it that difficult to find employees who care about how they treat customers ? Apparently it is at Food Lion.

I LOVE this Food Lion! Very clean store, helpful employees and they stay in stock on sale items for the most part. No such thing as self checkout here, all still full service registers. I believe Food Lion is underrated and they need to be considered one of the top grocery stores!

There wasn’t any meat too choose from, the shelves were out of a lot of items. I was not pleased with the selection of what they did have. Cashier was extremely slow they were extremely busy.

I really like Food Lion when it's open at the posted hours. I have arrived here three times over the last two weeks to be told "We're closed!" I even drive about 15 minutes out of my way and the store seems to have construction and close early. I work until at least 9pm. One of the times we seen someone at the cash register checking out to pay for their groceries.

Love the Food Lion in North Augusta. Shannon is the best cashier. She is quick, precise and helpful. Example: I didn't need to take all the drinks out of the cart. She looked and she knew how to correctly charge. She told me before I even attempted to remove the drinks. She knows products and what is on sale so no decrepitancies to have to correct at checkout. Always pleasant, nice and friendly.

This store is conveniently located to my home but it's much more than that. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. But beyond all of that, I stand in line just to be checked out by Shannon. She is friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. I find that she does not talk to others while she checks you out. They have to wait until she's done and I really appreciate the attention to my shopping experience. Thanks Shannon. I'll be back soon.

I shop here atleast once a week. Product selection is good. Quality is good. Store is clean.The staff in the deli/bakery area are super unfriendly. Cashiers are hit or miss with customer service. Managers are very dismissive and don’t speak or greet customers.Spoke with one manager over the phone, I’m pretty sure it was the older lady with the long grey hair just to double check on store hours bc of COVID and she was very condescending and rude.
