Seemed to be stocked well each time that I have stopped in this location. All staff seemed friendly and helpful except the one short middled aged lady who was running the register one evening.On this visit the lady running the register I recognized from the Knox Ave store that had been closed. She was helpful and kind today.Another kind and helpful worker on this visit asked if she could help me she also was who stopped to walk me to show me where to find what I was looking for.

Bad management! The manager came up to me and my boyfriend and jumped on us for not having a face mask. She was very rood! When in fact there were other people in there without a face mask on. Threatened to call the law and referred to us as stupid people!! Could've totally been handled in a more professional way! Not a happy shopper!!!!!!

Love my hometown Dollar General but the fact that every time I pull up it’s the worst looking store ever! Trash covering the parking lot, trash can overflowing at the front door along with trash completely down the sidewalk. Just awful and to the point I will not come back till it’s cleaner

My coupons didn't work and no manager to be found and I'm in the store for an hour trying to get a refund. The cashier machine didn't not show any amount when the scan my products....something wrong with they machine.... Not coming here anymore bad management and line got long cus one line open

Me and my sister had to bring our mom down for surgery at the Vascular Center. As she went back we were not allowed to go back with her so we decided to do a little couponing🙌🏾 So after leaving the Dollar Tree we decided to find a Dollar General 😁 We found this particular Dollar General. No one was in the store when we got there so we got out went into the store and got all the the particular items that we needed. We proceeded to go to the register and check out and let me tell you...it was smoother than a baby's bottom😂 no hiccups at all. The young man was very respectful and the stocking lady was very hilarious and nice 😂😂😂 We'll definitely shop there again 💯 #GeorgiaGal

Sales prices are never honored at checkout unless you call attention to the cashier. Started taking pictures of display with sale prices so you dont have to argue with cashier and hold up the line. Great money maker for the store and time consuming for the customer. Not sure if will go back just for this reason I dont have time for cashier to stop and question me about what is on sale. Good store marketing for Dollar General but waste of time for customer. Expired sales price on items I purchased today. Gotta read the fine print. Way to go DG

Signs indicated everything on sale due to closing. Good thing. It is in a bad, bad location and they were out of everything. But, there were selling everything so as to close and move. Normally, most DG are at least a 4 not a two. I am sure the newer locations will be up to standards. Check the address close to make sure you are visiting the one reviewed. This review may be obsolete soon.

Rarely are the shelves stocked, but this is due to lack of employees. I've seen at least one employee argue and yell at a customer due to not having a mask on, she actually left the register to confront him. Look, there is a sign on the door and the store can refuse letting you shop there if you don't comply. Still, this was unprofessional.... the store isn't super clean but neither is the one off Knox.

This place is a mess. When I have to go in here I just get what I need and go. Stuff is on floors not in the right place. Most of the time there is just one person that I can see in the store. There has been times anyone could walk in and walk out with stuff and not pay. There are trucks with stuff in rows.

More than 1 employee needs to be working. Line is long, cashier has to leave register to go outside to open ice box for another customer. They need more pay to be put in pretty much a hazardous work environment.

They need help then give me a run around plus I buy all the time every day I'm in that store buying something I came in for that first fifty ppl. Get a gift card n bag and tumble cup well either told me sorry that lady got the fifty she ran in front of me I was like omg ppl that not right I think I should earned the gift card that's wrong....I don't go back to another dollar general ever again.... Till they fix my welcome back

For the most part that dollar general is pretty good. They always have good merchandise, I wish the clearance would be done a little quicker lol

What can anyone Expect from a Dollar Store. Customer Service is still bad. But it was much cleaner than most other Dollar General Stores.

Pet friendly store. (I had no idea they were pet friendly.) You can always find a Dollar General they are everywhere... for simple fast finds at a good price.

Not real impressed. They were overstocked in some areas and very understocked in others. The store did not have a clean feel to it. A disappointment in comparison to so many other Dollar Generals.

Aisles are always cluttered with boxes. Hard to get around store. I have found this to be so at all Dollar General stores in this area.

...Been shorted money in change 3 times at dollar general. Really bad. Scamming people, theft by deception. Watch out when you get your change count your money.

This dollar general inventory is not as good as other dollar general stores. And really could use a facelift.
