Don't bother coming here. I normally don't leave negative reviews but my experience here has been so awful that I feel obligated to warn other people. Try any other pharmacy, even if it means driving an extra 10 minutes. My guess is that they treat the employees poorly, as they have little to no motivation to actually help you. I understand that customer service is miserable, but closing early while staring the customer in the eye as you lower the shutter, not saying a word is extremely frustrating, and that's just one of the many things that've happened here. I urge you to find any other alternative to this place, as coming here will cost you lots of time and frustration.

Pharmacy will never answer phone calls. They keep you on hold for forever then just hang up on you, every single time. Ridiculous. People are putting their lives in your hands for their medications and cant even talk to you on the phone. Thanks CVS.

The pharmacy team could not figure out how to use a simple, libra freestyle coupon directly from the manufacturer, despite having all the instructions in their hand. This required me to pay for the sensor out-of-pocket rather than getting the free one Abbot sent me a coupon for.

The most incompetent pharmacy and staff in North Augusta. Steer clear of these unprofessional, rude and careless people.After absolutely screwing up my husbands medications by stating our insurance no longer covered CVS as a pharmacy for prescriptions, it was discovered that this was in fact not true. Now it’s been a week since my husband has had his life saving medications. What an absolute shame.

Horrible at answering the phone, the staff are good but I believe it’s due to them being understaffed. Overworked. Once they hire more it may be a good pharmacy..

They do not perform Covid-19 PCR test as stated here, and when I called the pharmacist was clearly not ready to talk to people on a Sunday morning.
