I'm so sick of this place. The past three times I've placed an order for my baby's seizure medicine SOMETHING has gone wrong. The first time they didn't have it in stock and had to order it. The second time they could only do a partial refill because they didn't have enough. This time they have to order it. I placed the order for the refill through the app three days ago. We maybe have two doses left so it would be impossible to wait another three days. I called their customer service line to see it maybe it was an issue with the app or wether it was a pharmacy issue. I was on the for about an hour trying to get this issue resolved. I talked to three different representatives who eventually told me to call the CVS and they will transfer all of our prescriptions. I called and they told me to call the Walgreens and have them do it.TLDR: Take your business elsewhere unless you can wait 5+ days

Michelle was the person I spoke with in the pharmacy and she was very rude. Completely lacked customer service and made zero attempt to help me resolve the issue of my lost prescription. She had a very snappy response and when I said “Okay” she didn’t say have a nice day or anything, instead she just hangs up. Will not be returning to this CVS.

Being generous with 2 stars. Pharmacy has terrible customer service. I see that now by most of the reviews. I guess business must be to good to care about the customer. I really hate to the bother the employees when I need help.

There so many better options. They are slow and get things wrong all the time. I don’t think it’s the staff the staff is always polite and helpful, but the CVS system is too big to be effective anymore.

The pharmacist here is absolutely wonderful! I appreciate her so much! She takes the time to explain what you’re taking especially if there are contraindications. She gives patient education when you need it. She also fills your prescriptions in a timely manner when you’re waiting. The location is a convenient stop on my way home or to work.

By far the WORST excuse for a pharmacy!!! Just as everyone else has said they never answer the phone, almost everyone that works there is incompetent, and to top all this off tonight we go to pickup an antibiotic for my child and they didn’t even mix it. They just gave us the powder. How do you not mix the medicine? Even I know you’re suppose to do that and!

Tried calling for 2 days. No one ever answered the phone. Tried for 35 minutes the first day. 1hour and 10 minutes. Then 25 minutes again that day. Went to the store waited a long time, then they tell me it was sent to publix. After 1 week still have not got the prescriptions. Don't go there.

Part 1: Poor communication. For two days I tried to get an important script filled by phone and in person and although I fully understand the need to wait 30 days between refills at no time have I ever been informed that the 30-day period is based on the day the meds are picked up rather than the date on the bottle when it was filled by the pharmacist. It took the fourth attempt for this to be explained. This information is extremely important so that I may time the refills precisely so that I may stay on the meds. Now I will be without for 48 hours.Part 2: Upon my third attempt to pickup the refill (above) I waited in line in the store for about 15 minutes. When I got to the counter the CVS person said there was no refill request in the system (again). I explained the woman working drive thru (standing 12-15 feet away) entered the refill earlier in the day. The CVS person said, "Then you will need to go outside, get in your car, and go through drive thru to speak with her". Seriously? I looked at her with a shocked stare and didn't move. The CVS person rolled her eyes, took 5 steps to her right to an adjacent computer, looked up my account, and re-entered my script. Took her all of 1 minute to do that - but only because I wasn't going to go through drive thru. What kind of a bad attitude is that?

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. You walk up & there's 5 to 6 people working. They look at you & continue doing whatever their doing. You have to ask if you could pick up your prescription. Hardly ever anyone just working the service pick-up counter. Seems more important for them to fill pill bottles. I've even seen some sweeping as customers wait.

I am being generous with one star, hope you don’t have to deal with the pharmacist, Justin. I will change pharmacies as my prescriptions renew. Maybe they need a little customer service counseling. Even caremark calling them trying to get me help said he was not very nice.

Absolutely the worst Cvs Pharmacy I have been to in my life!! especially the people that works in the front!! the lady with the glasses with her hair in a ponytail she looks at you in a nasty way, if you are a african-American!! I purchased a hat for my son on Saturday. She tried to tell me that I couldn’t buy the head and less I use my Cvs card. As long as I’m paying for my item it does not matter if I don’t use the Cvs card. The tall white guy is weird as well!! Don’t mention the poor service at Pharmacy They tell you your medicine ready and when you get there Oh we don’t see your medicine it’s not ready yet!! You just sent me a text message saying that it’s ready!! Smh 🤦🏾‍♀️ corporate needs to investigate the store!! Very bad Poor Customer Service.

With a nice, brand new building, someone would think the staff would be great. We waited an hour for one prescription and no line in front of us. It was not busy at all. The cashiers in the pharmacy treated like you were an annoyance and were extremely rude to us. We will not plan on getting prescriptions from here again.

I would not one star if possible. I've lived in N. Augusta all my life , and never had any reason for a complaint against CVS. All that has drastically changed over the past 5 months. My doctors office will send a persecution to them and the last 4 times they some how strangely lost it or don't remember getting it. Even with my doctor calling them and showing them the fax and email. They will send you a text saying your meds are ready for pickup you get there and there not ready anymore . I was told even though they sent me the text regarding my medication that I should have called them. That went on to say if I didn't like the service use someone else (not paraphrasing). I will not buy not on product from this store again. The whole pharmacy needs to be fired and and new employees need to be trained , and apparently security needs to cover the pharmacy a lot better regarding the staff.

Ridiculous..They have ALL always been RUDE !! BUT..I have called this store for a solid 9 hours today !!!No one will answer the phone, just poor ignorant elevator music. !Need a copy of my scrips sent to a REAL drugstore & my discount card back.. Can't even get that message to them !!Last week they FAILED TO GET prior approval on my scrip..so insurance refused to pay the $6.oo normal..cost me 50$ !!I give them -0 rating !!

The Pharmacy at this location really needs help. I have received several text messages about a prescription that is ready and I get here stand in 2 lines for over 30 minutes then I'm told to sit and wait. The first 2 people that helped me has no clue, someone from the back hears us and goes to find the medication on the shelf ( The lady helping me says that they dont have the medication). It is very busy but it's your job stop complaining. My name was finally called and one lady ignored me so I get in another line and get to the desk and the wrong Info was in the computer so I was ask to wait again. Everyone was ask to go to the next line after they was in the first line way to long. One of the ladies just kept complaining and saying I have no idea how long it will take to get your meds. This is ridiculous!! A very BAD experience!!

Would not answer phone. Waited forever. Said they did not receive my prescription, come back tomorrow. Checked app; said it was received and filled. Got back in line. Said my insurance wouldn’t cover. Called insurance. No issues. Got back in line. Said my prescription was at Walgreens. Never been to Walgreens. Then said “oh it can’t be filled for four more days.” Why didn’t you say that to begin with. Seriously. 3 hours wasted. . ZERO STARS.

If I could give you guys zero stars I would, worst customer service. No one picks up the phone and if you’re on hold you get hung up on. They never seem to know if they actually have your prescription or not either. Also always saying things will be ready in 2 hours and they hardly ever are.

They say they cant process any insurance because computer down. This shoudnt take all day to fix. Get it together. People need their medicine. On hold for over an hour. Answer your dam phone. DO YOUR JB.

They never have the answer for anything. I’ve gone to the pharmacy multiple times and was told my prescription wasn’t there then came back and they say they put it back and I have to call my insurance. How did you put something back you said wasn’t there when I came to pick it up. And nobody ever answers the phone. Literally sat on the phone waiting for a hour and nobody picks up.

The tall Pharmacist w/grey hair is RUDE & unprofessional. Seeing me approach the Consultation spot right in front of him, he just ignored me a good minute or 2 while he continued his casual conversation w/another pharmacist, just standing there & not doing any work. I questioned him regarding the Minute Clinic. He quickly interrupted me & said he had nothing to do with them. You would think an old man would have better manners & know more about Customer Service. I like their Minute Clinic, but not happy that I can't speak to them locally via the phone. Go the WALGREENS' PHARMACY!

30 minute wait, minimum when you go. Even if you call ahead of time to make sure they’ll have your prescriptions filled, they’ll always have something missing and tell you to come back in 2 hours. Even then you may run the risk of it still not being filled. I can only assume the employees are badly trained and managed and are either overworked and understaffed to where they are prone to being forgetful, or they are simply just lazy and forgetful. Either way you can always count on a frustrating experience from this pharmacy.

I've been on hold with this pharmacy for extended periods of time in the past but never for 40+ minutes only to be disconnected by someone ... Sadly disappointing - perhaps a dedicated person should be hired to take calls and provide a more comprehensive level of customer service.

I really appreciate the minute clinic. They took very good care of my son today and even made sure his prescription went through. It was a 30 minute wait to get his prescription but I didn’t mind. They were very busy so we waited in the car and got in the drive through.

30 minute wait on the phone and still no answer. My wife has been waiting for over an hour before and no answer....a couple times actually.... Doctor put in a prescription 9 hours ago and they still "dont see it".
