Great for decorations. Prices are good , variety is great. Good for gift giving. Has furniture, household items. Cleaning supplies, makeup, sheets, towels, blankets. Clothes, light bulbs.Staff is decent, high turn over rate so not a staff that seems to be too knowledgeable. But can help to an extent

The staff was rude until I got to the register the cashier he was nice and pleasant. Was on vacation never been inside before but for the workers to be in the phone when you were looking at furniture never asked did you need help was not use to this all the other stores I have been on were friendly and helpful

What a filthy mess! Much of the store was a wreck. I’m just shaking my head. This is the lane you pass through to wait to check out. You are trapped in it for a good long time. They are hoping you will get hungry, buy some of that food ,snd eat it. Nope! I do not recommend this store at all until they make some changes.

This used to be a Kroger grocery store. It’s spacious and clean. You’ll appreciate the use of floor space for display and model testing. The staff is friendly and willing to help whenever you need.

Miss Kimberley M. was phenomenal! Today was my first time shopping in big lots in a very long time and I will say due to her outstanding customer service I will be returning frequently. She was even personable and went over some special offers. Thank you Miss Kimberley M. for being so kind ❤️

Post items on sale but they never have it in stock. Lots of times not even an empty space where it would have been

Very clean ,love this store just seems like a ghost town wish they had or have more employees when I be visiting here it be nice to get help and not having to bring all the items that have tags missing or not price to the counter just to leave them behind the counter wouldn't happen if they had more help or help handy but store always clean and stocked

The guy at the front counter was very helpful, personable, and quick. He helped me with my daughters birthday present, i got her a bike, and i am always pleased with the greetings when i get in there.. Everyone i've encountered there has been very nice and professional.

People working there were very friendly and helpful. I had a difficult time finding something and a very nice employee noticed my lost wandering and offered help. The cashier was also friendly to my children and I greatly appreciate that.

Big Lots North Augusta has quite a dirty women's bathroom; big bag of trash in handicap stall, and really dirty floor. I have found they consistently don't put prices on items. Rather than put it in my cart and make the decision of whether or not to purchase it at the checkout counter i just pass the item up. Pricing helps me decide whether or not to buy an item. I only saw one employee in the store, maybe everyone else was on lunch break.

I'm new to the area and I was amazingly satisfied!!! Heather and James were patient, helpful and understanding. They didn't rush and they tended to us as if we were family. I will definitely shop this store over the one near my new home!!!

Can I have much on the shelves. Kind of find a school section. Prices are very reasonable. they only had one girl working the cash register with probably seven people in line so I had to walk out early.

Prices too high. Furniture cheaply made. And employees should find another way of discarding their cigarettes. I did find one employee each time that I went that was very helpful on two separate occasions.

Store is ok but they had a cat tree that I was interested in but had no price and I asked cashier for someone to help and he shrugged his shoulders and ignored me. Acted like he didn't know what to do.
