Terrible managementOne fitting for each gender. None for children or that end of store.2 stalls available and 13 people waiting to try something on in the men’s.Waited 25 minutes to check out. 2-3 employees standing around chit chatting while the ladies at the register doing all they can. Someone really needs to re-evaluate this store and how it’s being ran.

Arianna in the bedding section was so helpful. My father was looking for flannel sheets & was told yesterday by someone that they were all gone. However, online showed 3 in stock. I showed Arianna the picture and she helped me look everywhere. She found them in the back. She was so kind. I’m thankful for her service today!!💕

Belk N Augusta is a nice store...... it's a little crowded on the inside. Check out needs improvement. During the holidays more registers should be open.Overall, a nice place to shop.

Don't know what happened to this place. Customer service on the jewelry department is horrible. Two old women behind the counter only wanted to service the older white customers. Check your cameras at 5pm Dec. 11th 2023. Both act as if they didn't see me. Both were too busy discussing what time they were getting off.

Only because I can't give a 0. I stood in line behind 1 person for 15 minutes. An older gray haired woman employee with a leopard print sweater made a statement that she only had 14 minutes left in her shift, but couldn't help out on a register.(jewelry counter) She just piddled around the desk acting busy. There were numerous employees just walking around while the store is busy and few lines are open and packed. One other employee at the makeup counter grabbed a lady 2 people behind me to do an exchange, then just walked off not offering to help anyone else. I won't be back. If I wanted this treatment, I'd go to Walmart. Horrible customer service.

Three people working in this store today. When I asked for help, I was told to order the item online which I did after I left the store but I had to pay $9.25 for shipping when the website said it was in stock at the store. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Typical, overcrowded clothing store. Difficult to maneuver between clothes racks. Salesperson Amy in the shoe department provided exceptional customer care! She made shopping a pleasure.

Loved shopping at Belk/ North Augusta on Sunday 11/19/ 23. The young lady who normally works shoes worked housewares she was extremely helpful in assisting me get the correct drink dispenser for the upcoming holidays. I am not sure but I think her name is Shaun.hoholidays.

The store is well organized and Misty needs a raise, or bonus plus some employee spotlight! She has impeccable patience and AMAZING customer service which is rare these days! I watched her help to senior citizens out who were confused on somethings and she never once raised her voice with them or showed any signs annoyance! I had to give her some praise because she is nothing short of an awesome human!

Went to get things for a baby shower. Cashier was most helpful. Guess I will give them another try. Never had any good experience with customer service there before, but it looks like they may have rectified that issue. More to come.

This Belk location is worth the drive across the river from Augusta, there are good selections and it is a well organized store. Ruby, Associate offered to assist me today without being asked. Exceptional customer service and a great shopping experience!

They were so short staffed. They had only one lady working all the cosmetics and perfume counters. She was running back and forth from one place to another. I felt really sorry for her. But the service she gave was great.

Today I got some good bargains on clothes pants dresses to I haven't updated my wardrobe in about 6 yrs. They had only 2 cashiers that really back up in a long line. Picture I have was made after 3 people just put there purchase down and walked out the door. The carpet was filthy should've picture and dressing room floor were filthy nasty. Employees were nice pleasant. My pictures of the long line didn't turn out. Click on picture to see the dirt in dressings room. When was last time it was cleaner?? And the carpet! Nasty. Wish I'd made pictures of carpet. Next time I'll try Evans Belks.a week later and carpet still very dirty

The perfect place for your grandmother to go to funnel her money. The only audience that shops here are too grown to notice how odd the "clearance" during a black friday holiday is. Why spend $80 on two items when you can buy 7 pairs of pants at PacSun with that same amount? This store is stuck in the 1990'sThis place is trash. I spent money here and bought something that was too big and they wont let me get my money back. Absolute awful experience. All the clothes look misprinted, crooked, or something was off with them in some form (width and sizes were all messed up) unless you want a useless item youll never use or get credit for, dont waste your time.Awful experience. Wasted money.

I got what I was looking at for my grandson. When I look for baby clothes I could not see the prices because they had them covered with the clearance ticket so I told them I was coming home and getting online and I would get it that way I wasn't going to try to look at something that had clearance written over the prices. Other than that everything was good
