Very happy with the way Bo turned out. He normally has anxiety when getting groomed because he is there for so long but they did amazing with him and they were super fast. Staff was also extremely friendly and helpful! I will definitely be back!!

They always take such good care of both of my dogs! I have as 80lb labradoodle who has hip dysplasia and he is always in such a good mood after his appointments. My other dog is a 60lb poodle and she loves to show off her new cut every time! Both my dogs get out in a very timely manor and the staff is always extra friendly!

If I could leave zero stars I would! I regret to inform that my experience at this establishment was unsatisfactory. The staff conducted themselves unprofessionally, and there was an attempt to charge me in excess of the agreed price by the employee Kasey L. For the sake of you, your money, your time, and most importantly your fur baby…NEVER visit this horrible establishment!

I HIGHLY recommend this place. I took my lab here today and he came out shiny and happy!!! Everyone was so welcoming and I could tell they really loved him and took care of him. We will be returning for sure!!

Second time here and good job on our older pet. The groomer made sure of the distinction between cuts ('summer' or 'puppy') and checked clipping notes from the previous visit. Our dog was happy when picked up.

This was the first time taking my mom's poodle there. They were so nice and sweet with her furbaby. The service was awesome and they people were wonderful. They actually talk with is when we came and picked up her dog. We will be coming back to get Sissy groomed again. Thank yall for an awesome and wonderful experience.

We brought our cat Charlie to Animal House and they did a great job. He looks so much better he had gotten to the point his hair was so thick he had matted hair and was not grooming himself. I have been taking My dogs to Animal House for over 20 years. I have always loved them until now! 1st with the new owner they no longer take checks, which is the way I HAVE always paid. And if you use your Debit Card they charge you a fee. So I have been paying in cash. 2nd. It is 4:00 in the afternoon, and they called requiring PROOF that my dog is up to date on her shots. Her appointment is tomorrow at 9:00 She said it was required by Edgefield County. I let her know she is no longer in Edgefield County, so then she said it was a state requirement. My dog will never ever go back!!! I have never had to give proof of anything. My dog has her tags. She has also had a knee replacement. How many people take that kind of care for their fur babies. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Now my baby girl will have to get used to a new groomer. (Best Groomer Raven). My Baby is going to miss her.!!!

If Ray and Carrie were still there i would give this place a 5 star review. unfortunately they did the opposite of what i asked them to do for my dog and instead of coming out looking handsome he came out unrecognizable. the new location and new staff this place has gone downhill. don't waste your time at this place and find a better groomer.

Animal House Grooming has went downhill ever since the new ownership. My dog was not cut how I asked and was charged an unfair price. I would recommend finding a new place to get your dog groomed and save yourself the hassle.
