So this is the 4th time in a week and a half that we have either came to or door dashed a meal from this location. Every time a whole meal is not in the bags or something is not right. It’s pitiful. No matter how you put it it’s not a busy location. On door dash it’s plain text printed on the receipt of what’s being ordered. In person it’s by word of mouth and my eyes verify on screen that the order is correct. Yet we’re never given the correct amount of items. Whole meals missing. We get large meals as well so let’s add that money to the order as well. So we’re not getting like 12-14$ worth of food we paid for every time we go. This place is NOT worth your money. Not in the slightest. I don’t care how good the food taste if we don’t get all the food!

My husband and I went into the restaurant last night ordered 2 combos medium.Got 2 small cups instead. I ordered the chicken blt sandwich combo no mayo. Got it home covered in mayo called and the guy said bummer you can come back. I live 20 minutes away. Also the GM was rude as well she didn’t care told me to come back Friday and she will give me a refund . The ppl working on their cell phones . So for me we will not be back. Also make sure you get a receipt we didn’t . Good luck with this location.

We went in ordered 2 burgers fries and drinks only two other people in restaurant and it took for ever to get our food and both burgers were wrong. No bacon on mine and the wife's covered in mustard and ketchup to were it was running out all over. But instead of complaining and waiting a long time again I ate the ketchup and mustard mess and she ate the burger with out bacon . The two guys sitting near us called out manager about there chicken straps tasting bad and when we left they were still sitting there waiting on there new chicken.

This is a freshly built Hardee's in 96. Its clean inside and nice. I usually go thru the drive thru in the mornings for breakfast. The thing w Hardee's now is prices. There prices are high for the food you recieve. Hardee's will.alwsys be a breakfast spot for me and my family. As long as I can afford. last week on this visit I got Frisco breakfast combo and gravy biscuit combo. no upgrades. reg drink and hash browns. I even had a coupon for the Frisco. I still spent 18.27. To me a quick run thru the drive thru for 2ppl a biscuit is high at 20$. I realize inflation, and I will go there agian probably. Just a little FYI take lil extra cash. The lady at window was very nice and helpful. and the food was good.

They should have just left this place burned down. It’s bad enough that the only quick place ninety six has for ppl to eat is Hardee’s to begin with. I’ve had nothing but bad, horrible is the word, service and food since it’s opened back up. Got a place that charges 20$ for two biscuit meals, you’d think they’d get things right. Hardee’s food sucks in general here, nasty, not right, not cooked all the way etc. the only reason this place is still in business is it’s because this is all the town has.

Things have changed folks. The last two trips to this place sealed the deal, we are do e wasting time and money here.Two mornings ago I went through the drive through and asked for a #3 with cheese and a #5 with sweet tea for both. After 11 minutes of trying to get her to understand i didn't order a #9 i had to just drive off.Today we figured we would just go inside to avoid the possibility of misunderstanding due to the drive through intercom. So I pull into parking lot only to find one handicap spot occupied and the other one crowed by a white jeep wrangler. I thought well ill just have to wait a moment for them to leave as two ladies were in the jeep. Well, they waited about 10 minutes just to let an employee out to go inside to start her workday. Its a shame when someone in a wheelchair needs the handicap spot but can't use it thanks to an employee thats too lazy to walk an extra few steps or even worse being delivered to work by someone who lacks the IQ to understand handicap folks need the access to the ramp.Parking: Plenty of room. Easy to get in and out of the place even if your pulling a 20ft trailer. Now if your in a dumptruck or tractor trailer you'll want to park on the side of the road next to the parking lot. Its about a 14 foot wide paved shoulder so no worries of sinking.Wheelchair accessibility: There is no problem getting around inside this place with a wheelchair. Now parking near the ramp was a problem this morning due to an employee being delivered by what I'm guessing was a parent. They, one a employee in uniform, set parked blocking access to one of the two handicap spots and sitting in the other blocking the wheelchair ramp. Now being in a wheelchair this was a problem.

If they’re gonna serve breakfast til 11am then that’s what they need to do. They need to make breakfast (any biscuit) order til 11. Not any of that oh we only have this one. If I pull in at 10:45 wanting breakfast I should be able to get whichever biscuit I would like, not have to settle for only a chicken biscuit cause that’s “all they have left”. Also the attitude of the women at the drive thru was just disgusting. It’s your job.

I had an awful experience at this establishment. Jennifer was very rude and dismissive of me and i felt disrespected. The employees were nice but for that to be the manager yall need to step up your standards. Thats not okay!! I was very excited to finally go back to the Hardees because it was rumored that they would not be back open. I will not be visiting here again. My food was dried and hard as a rock and it was disgusting.

If I could put zero I would ! . I bought a double cheeseburger meal with large fries and drink and also a large frisco burger with large fries and drinks . Paid 23 dollars for all and also added a small cheeseburger to the order when I got to the window . That wasn’t the meal just the burger the guy then took the 24 dollars i owed him for all then only handed me back the small cheeseburger no drink no fries nothing . So I told the guy I ordered 2 meals with the burger and I didn’t get nothing no fries nothing and he said you said you didn’t want the meal ! Then closed the window. So you’re telling me I paid 24$! For one small cheeseburger. He then Handed me the rest of the food which was correct but no drinks still . I won’t return here horrible customer service . I understand being short staffed and things happened but when I ask you after you got it wrong and you argue back with me after I have the receipt with the right order is uncalled for

Customer service was good but service is slow. They open at 5 am and I was so excited cause nothing is open when I leave for work. This is the only place I pass til work. I have went by several times to get a biscuit. One had to pull to window to get service. Lady was having trouble with head phones. Then took 15 more minutes just to get my debit to run. She wasn't sure how to do it. After a couple of times going early I just gave up. Afternoon it takes forever it seems to get food. Not sure what has happened over the years but now it's slow and I would rather run to greenwood for fast food.

No other customers in restaurant or drive thru and 7 employees in store. My husband stood at the register over 5 minutes without an employee even speaking to him so he walked out.

Service is awful. Been waiting 20 minutes on 2 burgers and some chicken tenders and the servers are playing with a child. Still waiting. Only one guy cooking food. Horrible not going back
