I give zero stars if I could. Always a huge line. Self check out is a huge line. The two register's that they have open always huge line. They always have like 40 workers in the store standing around. The need new management who see that this is a problem and can tell when to open more cashiers. They have 15 cash registers but only two people checking out people and self check out. Like I said always a huge line.

Horrible. The grocery section is usually out of several items on my list. The produce section is a jumbled up mess.There are no benches to sit if you are waiting for another person to finish up or if you feel unwell and need to sit for a moment.Overall the worst Walmart in a hundred mile radius.The employees are generally very nice so there's that at least.

Newberry Walmart awful their always out of stock on so many things, the people that are supposed to stock shelves are lazy don't do their job, their online grocery pickup app for Newberry sucks it shows items are available but when you order it never fails its out of stock and I've paid for items that weren't even in my bags but they don't care then you have to wait days for your money to go back on your debit card

Every one know all about Walmart by now so no need to say how great the prices are or the wide selections they have... one thing that does vary slightly from store to store is the staff. This supercenter has unusually cheerful and very pleasent staff... I enjoyed the retail experience here.

When I go right at opening or closer to closing it’s a much better experience than midday.Love the convenience of my groceries being delivered and deeply appreciate the people who deliver!A thing I don’t understand:When I’m physically inside the store looking through the clearance items and use the app to scan the barcode on a piece of clothing, the app will say it’s out of stock at this store when I can see with my own eyes 1-50 of that item in multiple spots.

Took 2 hours to get a layaway out and not only me but several customers was complaining about there service. They didn’t even have the courtesy to give me or anyone a gift card. I wait 2 hours and it wasn’t no long line I got there at 11 to pick a layaway out and didn’t receive it to 12:50. The funny thing is I paid it off and seem like these people that there Precious time and don’t care about the customer....there customers service sucks.

No one to help if you need help clerks having fun visiting with other clerks but nothing to the customer they all seem to be able to chit chat but not do their jobs maybe that's why the shelves are always bare of the things that I need

The man that loaded my curbside pickup was unpleasantly rude. No hello, no thank you, just "where do you want it" then he loaded it up, slammed my hatch and walked away without a word. And the deli completely destroyed my sliced cheese. It was one big clump of different sized bits and slices of cheese, with some kind of meat pieces stuck to some of them. Their employees definitely aren't trained properly.

It's nice to have a Walmart near by but most people working at this location aren't knowledgeable or helpful customer service is bad, registers are always backed up with only 1-2 open and lines are backed up

My daughter bought a tire from this Walmart who didn't tell her til after they sold her the tire that they do NOT do alignments so WHY sell freaking tires an alignment is automatic when you repair ANYTHING to do with suspension/wheels. Yes, SOME females know this. You should tell the consumers what is needed before services are rendered! Freaking scammers!

I understand that staff needs to have lunch breaks, but you also need to serve your customers. Unfortunately, this happens all too often in Newberry Walmart. Until YOUR (managers) attitude changes it will not get better. You cannot blame staff that are doing what they are told.

The greater had to go find a wheel chair .( which I don't understand why, they was not busy at all) She was very nice about it and it wasn't long ND she had one there for us. I usually get the same things from week to week, bur some things they move from one side of the store to the other on the regular . Which is always hard to find because there never in the same place. Besides them couple of things it was a great place to shop. I can get groceries and anything else I need in one place. We'll the clearance lane in the walmart is very very high price,always.

The store was pretty clean, had all I was looking for, the biggest problem was at checkout only two cashier's and they could have used a few more, not counting self checkout

Does not have a designated gluten free area. All other Walmarts I have been to had this area.

Always well stocked and had some good buys with clearance items. Have found specials and better prices here than at the Ballentine store...the selection may be alittle less on some items

I went to this Walmart at 6PM and only two registers were open with more than 15 people in each line. Management said they were short staffed and I had to deal with the wait. It seems that the management team cannot being themselves out of their hiding home to ensure some inkling of customer service. The self checkout also had 15 or more people in line. This is absolutely ridiculous.

This Walmart is one of the worst. Garden Center main door locked on Easter Sunday. Blamed it on staff shortages. The front check out lanes were almost all self checkout. Only one full service was open. Bathrooms were nasty. Will not go back.
