Did an online curbside pickup checked in received a call immediately after letting me know where to park to receive an Eric came right out to assist me he was very polite shortly after Tim came to help he was also polite. All in all great experience! Thanks guys!

I purchased a split unit and decided it was too small and asked for a refund. Jason in Newberry gave me his full cooperation, and I received a Lowe’s gift card in the mail, which was totally awesome since there was a Lowe’s policy stating that I should be charged a 20% special Order restock fee but I was not and I truly appreciate so now I am spending the refund gift card on other products at Lowe’s. Thank you.

Bought a dryer, plugged it in and making bad noise. Trying too get a replacement now they're giving me the runaround. I will never get anything from here again. I'm on hold for 30 minutes when I posted this. Save the hassle and go to home depot

Thanks to Debra in the appliance section for her help today!!! I have a pro account and we had an issue with getting the extended warranty for my new freezer. Debra worked through it, getting others involved to help instead of just passing us along. It took a little longer to get the deal done, but that didn’t matter since she and the team were able to make it happen! We received our extended warranty with the purchase and were on our way. Delivery is tomorrow! Thanks so much to Debra, the Asst Store Manager (sorry I missed your name), and Josh!

Update: After posting this review I was given full credit for my washing machine and went to Lowe’s and purchased another with the credit. The only thing that I ended up paying for was a warranty on the new one and $50 to haul of the old one. I changed to 5 stars because it eventually did get handled. Thank you Lowe’s

Lowes in Newberry is overbearing. I go one time to return some plumbing fittings with no receipt, these people acted like I had stolen the stuff. Used my Lowe's card which is where the receipt was sent. Lady couldn't find it yet my wife pulled it straight up after the fact. Then self checkout ran out of receipt paper after I paid. Well after 3 different employees got it back going printed the supposive receipt it showed I purchased a soft drink. Nothing else I didn't even have a soft drink.had to show them my bank app transaction of the purchase before being accused again. I'm not a theif....make me sick

Still one of my favorite places to go I can always find what I need there... And I've never had a bad experience with anybody who works there except for one cashier I think she was maybe a manager I don't know what she was but I bought a hose with the lifetime warranty and on the packaging it says take it back to the store... when I took it back to the store because it had a hole in it she said I had to send it to the people who made it🙄 and I'm telling her no I do not it says bring it back to the store she did not want to let me exchange it for another one but in the end she did... I did not like her...I don't remember her name... but I still go to Lowe's...I just avoid her...I remember her face...A mean black woman at the front

We bought a 600.00 washing machine GE the information said it could handle extra large loads it does not worst washing machine ever the water levels are so low to actually wash your close use extra large load but really its large load is really a medium load in every washing machine we have ever had except this GE. It is not worth the money.I will never buy an appliance from GE again.

I think Lowes corporate office needs to re-evaluate their assistant manager Sandy at the Newberry SC Lowes location. She is not the kind of person that should hold a managerial position. She is rude unprofessional and blatantly lies. I asked for a manager and she said she is it. She never advised she is only an assistant. It’s simple to say sorry the manager isn’t available but I am assistant manager. Very simple to be honest. Also she chased me down the store and my husband because I walked in with a bathtub for return. She had no idea about my receipt status or return information yet she yelled at my husband as well as over the walk-in talkie that I am not allowed to return it. She had no idea if my return was within the 90 day policy or anything at all. She literally made an assumption by simple looking at me. I wonder how she was able to make that judgment!!! She then continued to claim I have 30 days to return but I explained it was 90 day policy. I was on the 91st day. She finally after 1 he of waiting acknowledged it is 90 days. However, I have never had a problem before for one day. Another assistant manager Doug was actually honest at least that he wasn’t the store manager was also not able to do the return. However, it seemed like Sandy forbid him from allowing it. She made her assumption as I entered the door. There was another man at the customer service area I wish I got his name. Heavier set red cheeks Caucasian man. He actually yelled at an elderly employee who came up to me to ask me how is it going. He actually told him to leave and not to speak with me because someone else is handling the situation. It seemed a lot like discrimination against this elderly employee. I wish I said something and called him out on it. I have never heard an employee tell another one to simply leave and be forbidden to ask me how is it going. The poor elderly man said sorry I was just being polite and left. I wish I got his name. I’ll find him when I go back. Sandy and Doug both lied about how to contact corporate when I asked for their information. I have spent already almost 10k at this store for a remodel. I should have spent it elsewhere. I want someone to actually care and bother to look into this Sandy individual. I have read comments and mine is not the only one mentioning her. She obviously makes very poor impressions of the Lowes brand. I hope Lowes cares enough to re-evaluate her. She makes other customers and employees feel uncomfortable. She has control issues and acts like she is on some power trip. I’m positive I will contact corporate who will likely help with my bathtub. However, I want to bring attention to this poor employee Sandy.

Typical well organized Lowe's. Couldn't find product on shelf and was looking at my phone when associate actually asked if she could help me then did! I thanked her and she said "that's what I'm here for". Unusual for a retail employee to realize that.

I am so disappointed in the Lowes in Newberry today. We have been coming here for years and the experience we had today was so bad we will not be coming back. How they talk to their customers and this whole experience has been awful. My husband and I came here to pick up a bulk order we had purchased online. We showed them the receipt and drivers license. We waited for over an hour for them to bring our materials out and was told to wait up front when we were looking around the store. While we were waiting they charged us an extra $1,075 for the materials we had already purchased online. When we walked up to the front desk to let them know, the woman in customer service started being VERY rude to us. My husband said “we already paid for this we need a refund for the extra charge” and she said “we’ll see about that”. She even argued that the charge was more than what showed. I told her I didn’t appreciate her having an attitude with us and she said, then she just wouldn’t talk to us anymore. We were going to buy a washer and dryer from them as well on the same day but we are now goin somewhere else. This customer service was horrible and employees should NOT bully or be rude to their customers. I hope corporate or HR handles this situation because they’re going to keep losing customers with the way their employees treat people…

I think they can do much better. It's all about the management. Not the people who work there. See Ida at self serve register she is fantastic. Well I drove to Newberry from Batesburg and guess what? No rainbird controller, just as well they were $20.00 higher than Amazon. Just have to wait 48 hours

At one time I really liked this store. However my last 2 visits to this store was extremely frustrating. First visit no associate showed up so I could ask an question about an tiller. Had to return to customer service and purchased an tiller that was in the box. Was told that it was sitting in their warehouse but the tiller box clearly showed signs of being in the weather for awhile due to the deteriorating box. Got home and decided to open the top of the box before unloading and discovered that the gas tank was bent in and an hole in the parts bag ripped open with parts missing. The manual could not be opened due to it being completely soaked and it was in a bag. Took it back the next day and customer service was more worried about clocking out than helping the customer. Told them I wanted to return an tiller and needed help getting it out the back of my truck. She just hands the receipt back and does not call anyone to assist. Lucky someone in the parking lot helped me. I can no longer recommend this Lowe's. The associates are now horrible.

Went to ask questions about painting prior to purchasing. No one was around. I asked C/S for assistance; waited another 10 minutes before someone came. A young lady named Jessica-from another department-helped me. She was wonderful. Jessica answered all of my questions before mixing my paint choices. She was friendly and courteous and clarified each order in detail. Jessica was very professional and efficient; I left completely satisfied.

Worst place to shop other than Walmart. 9:20 on Saturday night May 28,2022 my parents still have not received there stove . Said it would be delivered between 2 and 5 pm. Still no stove. No calls from delivery guys but my father has call the store and they said it going to be delivered still. WTH Lowes! Respect!

We went in to Lowes to buy a washer and dryer. I had questions about certain brands. I asked for an honest opinion about the pros and cons and our sales gentleman was very knowledgeable and helped sway my decision towards a Maytag. He was very nice even through several clients coming in to purchase same appliances. Thank you for offering military discounts.

Lowes is not a bad store, honestly. Prices are decent and I can't stand Home Depot usually, but the absolute worst is trying to find someone to actually HELP YOU if you have questions. No employees are ever around and if you DO catch one, they don't work in that department and cannot help you. More stars if more people on hand to help. Also, I am not basing this on post-pandemic, as I realize there is a worker shortage, but from well before it.

Very nice Lowe's! Had very good stock and selection. And, BONUS!!, one of the largest clearance sections I've seen in a Lowe's, plus clearance items all over the store.
