I've had Groucho's catered before, but this was the first time I've dined in. I can say the food is a lot better hot & fresh on location. I ordered the STP dipper, and my wife chose the chicken critter sandwich. The sandwich dipping sause is on point. Our server was great, happy and smiling. The dining area is comfortable and clean. The only improvement that I would recommend would be to wash or paint the walls, lots of chair marks, and little human paw marks on the walls. I gave 5 stars because the service, food and cleanliness is a lot more than one would expect from a strip mall at Walmart.

The food was fresh, delicious and order was correct. This is a great place to eat lunch. Also the online app is easy to use.Vegetarian options: They have just as many choices for vegetarians. The pasta salad with the different vegetables are delicious.Kid-friendliness: My kids love sandwiches and they have the best for kids.

Love Groucho's. Always a friendly staff & wonderful food. My wife salad bowl is my go to. But my daughter loves the white moose too. Not had anything I don't like here.💕

The food at every Groucho's I have been to has been excellent. However, I had to take off 2 stars because of the price. I paid nearly $15 for a reuben sandwich with a small bag of chips and a drink which is outrageous. There was not even that much meat on the sandwich and the bread was nothing to write home about. I can get the same meal for $5-6 at my local grocery store back home.

Their food is awesome. However it's really expensive. $15 for a 6 inch sub, and a drink. Subway you get a 12 inch sub and a drink for $10. Service is awesome, food is awesome, the staff is REALLY friendly. It's just too expensive.

We ordered carryout from the Newberry Grouchos last night and the service was phenomenal. I had forgotten to order a sandwich and added it when I got there. They had it ready in no time at all! Everything was delicious as always and fresh. We love this place!

Nice place. The food is really good, and the building is always clean. The staff are nice and helpful, and the service is reasonably quick. Prices are alright; overall a pretty good restaurant.

Second time I have had food poisoning from this place. First time was in Charleston 16 years ago, now in Newberry. Have eaten here maybe 15x throughout my life and have gotten food poisoning twice. Looking forward to a day of puking my guts up. Awesome. I remember in college it was 2 days long.

Up until last night I didn't have an issue with this entity. Last night I drove 30 minutes to get the salad I always get and have NEVER had to check my order for accuracy. I get home and find that I paid over $10 for a container of lettuce with a spoonful of tuna fish on it. Definitely not the grilled chicken salad that I ordered. Went in today and said something and all the kid said was "we had a lot of complaints about someone messing up orders last night". No trying to make it right even after I ordered a grilled chicken salad today and asked for extra chicken and cheese. Checked it before leaving the parking lot, no cheese and definitely not any extra chicken that I paid $3.50 more for. I am now done giving this place my money anymore. Do better people!!

Went there for the first time today. My husband and I both ordered sandwiches with rye bread. Him tuna, me ham and cheese. The bread was stale. There was hardly any meat or tuna on the sandwiches. His had 3 slices of bread! Nobody asked for a club sandwich so not sure why all that bread. They were basically stale bread sandwiches that broke apart. Can't imagine the person that made them didn't know that bread was stale. I worked for a deli for 7 years and would never serve people that horrible food. $26 for a ridiculously horrible lunch. The floor is very dirty. The only reason I gave one star is because the girl that waited on us was wonderful.

I've been a customer since they first opened and I've had my share of "meh" experiences... But the good/great ones far exceed the negative. Great customer service, smiles, chitchat, info... If they mess it up, they fix it. Food is fresh and delicious. Love the My Wife's Salad Bowl. Now I get it with the side of rye bread, makes two meals! Consistent positive experiences turn my one time 2 ⭐ rating into a 5 ⭐ review. Loyal customer. Oh, best tea also!

I was absolutely impressed with the chicken salad sandwich I got for lunch today. I usually order chicken salad so I can compare. I guess I have opinions about chicken salad. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I would say I was startled by how good the sandwich was. Perfectly toasted rye bread, perfect consistency and flavor. They even cut up a pickle and added it to the sandwich for me. It was totally random that I ended up at this deli as I was traveling from out of state, but I hope I end up here again. Highly recommend.

This restaurant is constantly making errors with my orders and I will no longer be ordering from this establishment!!! The cashier Infiniti is the worst she rude and very disrespectful!!! When I called back to the restaurant to inform them of the error Infiniti was very rude and stated she would curse me out! I asked to speak with management and was refused. She definitely needs training in Customer Service!!
