As soon as this month is over I am switching from Cricket..These people are crooks..They double charged me first of all, then I had to do a three way call with my bank, CRICKET and myself..My bank verified to Cricket that they indeed double charged me.. and Cricket still says that NO they did NOT..So I am done with them at the end of THIS month 🤬🤬🤬

We love our Cricket phones. We live in the middle of Sumter National Forest, and our Cricket phones are the only ones that work out here.

Gets worse and worse everytime I walk in. Three desks, only one computer, and 2 associates. Went there yesterday and apparently the fee to pay your bill went up another dollar. Now I know some must be thinking, "fee to my bill??" Or "it's just a dollar maybe"... But you heard me correct. On that dollar note tho...... I said "it's just a dollar" myself last year. That just a dollar has "just a dollar'd it's self into 5$ over that time.Now sure we can pay that ok.... But everytime there was no heads up. No message. No sign on the door. Do you know how embarrassing it is to have to walk back outside to grab a dollar?? Only for them to say "no don't worry about it it's. Just a dollar.."What sense does that make??? Pay online folks.

Young kids working the desk... Who play on their phone instead of speaking to you. The one adult man staff was very nice and helpful though. It's ALWAYS crowded though, and there is always a very long wait

I needed a new replacement phone because mine is cracked really bad I have insurance I did not receive one plus I got to pay $64 a month for this where do I pay online or go to the store to pay that's outrageous I need a new phone

Bought the LG phone Oct 5, 2017 ended up having to paying 120.00 dollars,at no time did the Sales person or the manager explain that I only had 7 days to bring phone back if any issues, phone started having issues of over heating and battery not holding a charge immediately in the first week. STORE OFFERED TO DO NOTHING, called the 800 number and they transferred me from person to person for over 20 minutes, never had the issue resolved never spoke to any agent or Supervisor to take care of me or the DEFECTED phone. So now I have a phone that is DEFECTED and a 50.00 plan that I cant get service out of due to DEFECTED phone!!!!POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, sells DEFECTED PHONES. ANOTHER SAMSUNG EPISODE WITH CRICKET and next there phones will be burning up property and injuring the customers. STAY AWAY FROM CRICKET PEOPLE BAD, BAD all the way around. TOOK MY MONEY AND GOT BAD SERVICE AND A DEFECTED DEVICE. STRAIGHT TALK HERE I COME. IT WOULD NOT LET ME POST WITH OUT A RATING, my STAR IS A MINUS 1 STAR.
