I am so very impressed with Big LotsNewberry SC and the great staff they hire from management on down.This post is giving high praise to Jalen who provided the most STELLAR customer service to me. I called to inquire about a product, he was kind enough to check its availability for me, I then asked could I purchase all of the items left in stock and he confirmed that would be fine and then I asked another question which required him to take a little more time to check and he was completely in HELPFUL mode. Very patient, kind tone, respectful, great attitude, professional and just so wonderful I was happy to come spend my hard earned money in his store.When you master the art of the SALE & SERVICE as a team you will always be successful!!!Kudos to this store and THANK YOU TO JALEN for his ability to give me a memorable customer experience.Paige :-)

Well-stocked store. Clean no dust. Items sorted and pulled to front. I lost my phone and keys and all the staff came immediately to help me find them. Restored my faith in people. Great staff.

Vince was wonderful and he was able to help me with the 3rd party delivery of my furniture items when the 3rd party company delivery service they just started using Pick Up was not the most reliable. He was able to call a local driver to schedule my order when Pick Up was not able to deliver it on the scheduled day. Thank you so much Vince! Also if you need delivery make sure to request the driver Jay. He is awesome! Very positive experience and I would definitely recommend this Big Lots located in Newberry.

We went here and did some light shopping, I'd say as a comparison to Florida big lots these are cleaner and more organized. As for pricing they had a lot of clearance items from there grocery section, the keto and healthy food was priced really high and even the reduced products were higher than Wal-Marts everyday low prices.

Really good staff that are very friendly and helpful. I have shopped here about a dozen times since they opened, and they sure are convenient with no long lines to wait in, and competitive with their pricing.

Its okay . It is new so I'm sure they still have things to do to kake it better. It was not crowded at all . Actually it was empty i wasnt sure if they were even open. Store was clean I just had problems funding items which may be due to not having the store stocked up yet. Couldn't find simple cooking or food items and I only saw one person working and she was on the register. Very nice snd clean and friendly . Will give another review after they have been open longer to see if they carry more items .

I thought the prices would be better. Comparable to Walmart. However, they did have decent furniture and very nice summer sale items. Nice selection.
