I am very unsatisfied with the service of this place. They make promises of pick-up service and fail to follow through. A friend of mine has been calling for weeks begging for a pick-up and still nothing. Being nice to them does nothing. They still lie about their promise to pick-up and service. I do not recommend buying from them. They lie through their teeth.

I called and spoke with Jordan and let her know what I needed done on Lawn mower. Took it in and they serviced it and put a new blade on for $60, a fair price. They also told me the engine smokes and it would last for maybe a day or year! I paid for and took it home definitely smokes. However, before I took it in...it did NOT nor never smoked previously. Don't know just wonder. IT smoked and smoked until I continuously added a substance that claimed to cure and it did so. Just wonder whether Neeses Lawn and Garden were looking for me to purchase a new lawn mower from them which I definitely could NOT afford. Thanks to Google that I did some research on smoking lawn mower engines and found something that eventually did the trick purchased at Tractor Supply...NOT Neeses Lawn and Garden. Don't think I will be going back there in future.
