Took my husband to this location in the afternoon for flu+shots. We were little reluctant after reading the negative reviews. But our visit was pleasant. My husband received the shots on time as scheduled. He said the girl gave him the shots did a good job because 2 shots didn't hurt him a bit. We do not know her name. She's a tall white girl in her 20s - 30s'ish. Thank you.

Bought a “Walgreens” brand heating/massage pad 2 days ago… used it 3 times before it quit massaging. Tried to exchange it and was treated like a thief!!! Last time I will use Walgreens for the convenience. Should have just gone to Walmart!!!!

Regarding the pharmacy,this has to be the worst location ever! Rude and uneducated employees. Went there 2 days ago and that is absolutely my last dealing with Walgreens.I signed up for Express Payso I could quickly pick up my prescription because I had someplace to be. The transaction WAS charged to my credit card but when I got there the lady tried to tell me it wasn't paid for. I showed her on my cc app where it was charged and she said "it says pending".Long story short: After arguing with her and another employee I had to pay for my prescription again. I would have told them to stick it but I needed it for oral surgery in the morning. I will dispute the transaction with my cc company but so much for "Express Pay". Walgreen's please train your employees better and teach them what a pending transaction is.

Pharmacy has hung up the phone on me multiple times on me in the last 3 days can't get through. I got the store representative she was very aggressive and very nasty and cussed at me. I will never go here ever now I am calling corporate asap on Monday. Disgusting 🤮

We are travelling from Canada and had booked our Covid test at another Walgreens and they called us the night before at 6:00 pm to tell us that they had no pharmacist the next day which we booked our appointments on ,so our appointments were cancelled.We went to this Walgreens and explained our situation to the pharmacist Jonathon , and after trying to figure out what we could do, Jonathon was able to give all 8 of us our test.The staff was Very Helpful and very friendly. We were all panicking as we were leaving on Saturday morningJonathon went above and beyond in helping us Canadian visitors.Thank you to all the staff for being so kind and patient

It's pretty pitiful and lazy of the workers here to refuse service to a cripple, amputee and all, especially when it's something as simple as gloves that are needed for catheing. What's even more pitiful, is that I'm on vacation from TN and literally every Walgreens I go to in TN will sell gloves to me through the drive thru. I get here and they don't or won't do it. It sounds like pure out laziness and refusal of service to a customer. Truly disappointing.

They told me my script was ready. I drove to the store only to be told they were actually out of stock of my medication. I waited a month. When I called to check the status, they told me they have no record of my prescription ever being sent. Terrible experience

The pharmacist here is the rudest and least helpful "professional" I've ever encountered! My mother is in enormous amounts of pain due to a debilitating disease. Policy dictated she wait days for her medications, but he was continuously unapologetic about it in addition to being unhelpful about corresponding with the doctor. He interrupted during her questions and didn't explain the situation fully. If you've ever had a horrible string of events and then encountered one person who made you feel like you were nothing as opposed to sympathizing with your situation, you know why this man bothered me and my mother so much. He should feel ashamed for making us both want to cry.

I'm eldery lady..doctor called in my medicine..they got all my insurance on file..called me said one of my medicine is 200...wow....$200.. so I call back and asked what can I can I get generic would my insurance be cheaper..OH...WELL we didn't take it off insurance...It was already on the sack posted.she took it off my insurance it was 12 dollars..now if I hadn't called and complained I would have been charged 200...how many older people would have either paid..or just not got it..I said will you post it on my package..yes I'm doing it now..Really

This is the absolute slowest place I've EVER been. Nobody waiting except me. They told me the doctor sent my medicine 20 minutes ago and I'm still waiting on liquid medicine that is already mixed. I'm sure their reasoning is gonna be Covid... NEVER AGAIN

Trying to get through to the pharmacy seems to be a problem even it 9:30 in the morning when they just open not very accommodating with the prescriptions being refilled a day or two early when needed and let the phone ring for 6 minutes picks up and hangs up so you have to start the whole calling process again not very impressed will not use this Walgreens I'll go back to my original one a little further from my house

Worst experience I ever had refilling a prescription get the run around monthly by the females in the pharmacy have my doctor call and tell them his directions and they think they are smarter than a doctor and does not follow his instructions everyone should be fired at this location.

My husband has multiple prescriptions pharmacy calls, says they're ready for pickup But never is one of them ready This happens everytime And everytime pharmacy says it Wont happen again Yeah right Then they act like we did something wrong 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️
