Not totaly happy. Called for appointment and I asked how much to groom our pomeranian. She said 65.00 which is 25.00 more than we paid in central NY in Dec when we went home for xmas, which is unbelievable to me with the low min wage here. When I picked my Pom up she said 75.00 because he tried to bite her a couple times. He is a 2 year old pomeranian not a Pit bull. Lol. Won't go back. Crazy high price!

Love the store! Came to NMB for a week and it has the entire line of food my pups love. Fromm, stella to name a few, very healthy choices. Love supporting local business. I definitely coming back with the pups next summer and now I don't have to worry about their food.

Nice and friendly local pet food store! Good variety of healthy cat food that was affordably price, compared to Petco and also looked like a lot of dog food too. My cats absolutely love the $1.99 peacock feather!

I had an amazing experience with Cherry and Kat. Took my two dogs in for grooming. Cherry went above and beyond to make sure my bishon was perfect and Kat did a great job on my Yorkie. I was very pleased.

Great store, well stocked with lots of great items. We were vacationing in NMB and I wanted to take some toys and treats home to Michigan for my Great Danes and Corgi Granddog, and found some great toys, cow ears, and frosted themed cookies. I was happy to be able to support a local store, rather than a big box store that has the same stuff as home.The owners/staff were very friendly and welcoming!

The best of everything including the people! They have been extremely helpful to me for years, always kind & patient! I've had health issues & a husband who claims picking out the food I want for our furry babies is above his pay grade so they have been kind enough to take phone orders from me & then have the food ready to go when my hubby arrives. They were the first ones in that area, over the years more have arrived but they will never be the same!

So unprofessional!After 6 months of constant frustration getting special order food I no longer do business here. EVERY time it was that employees didn't know what I was talking about when I went to pickup food they called to tell me was in, and sometimes they couldn't even find it! Two other times when I called for the status to my order I was told they have no record of my order! So whoever I spoke with did not place my order! I discussed this one day at the store with the female owner, who assured me there'd be no troubles going forward. That didn't happen!I blame management and owners bc their employees clearly are not trained properly nor do they have a system in place!When I called to discuss my troubles a gentleman (who I believe may also be the owner) got harsh with me and then hung up!!!!I try to give my business to small, local stores but that was the final straw for me!

We came in 5 minutes before closing with a new puppy. The things I bought online were too big. The staff was BEYOND helpful in finding the right collar, toys and chew sticks for our new pup. The groomer even checked her out and everyone gave us a few tips. We will definitely be lifetime customers for Scarlett. We never felt rushed or pressured even though they were about to close! Thank you for a wonderful and super helpful shopping experience!

Shout-out to Taylor for my pup’s awesome transformation! My pup had A LOT of fur and even more cowlicks! I’ve never had a dog that needed grooming, so I had no idea what to ask for or expect when I reached out to Taylor for help! She talked to me about everything that she would do, kept me updated while he was getting groomed and was all around amazing! His fur feels so much lighter and his harness and collar aren’t hidden by his curls anymore! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I took my special needs dog there he had never been before, Debbie did an awesome job with him! I give Debbie 5 stars. Update: I took him again yesterday and Debbie is no longer there so a girl named Alicia did Noah and it was a horrible grooming, nails half trimmed and left rough, have of his body was trimmed and it was choppy. They still charged me for the service and I tipped the girl because I'm a good person. I left and went to another groomer with 20 years experience who finished the grooming and for free. Needless to say I will never go back to this place she has no grooming in school training and it shows!

Although we occasionally also take our lab for a bath, our shih tzu Molly receives regular grooming from Cherry and we are always so pleased with the result...and Molly even enjoys visiting her friends at Wags & Whiskers!!

Will not shop here again. Company would not take back a product. I got frozen dog food and it was freezer burnt & they was going to get their money back and still wouldn’t to it back. Not a good business.
