Well lit. Easy in and out. Almost always have multiples of bigger items in stock. Always see people in tending to resident animals. Very clean. Prices have gone up a bit, but quality does not seem to have suffered.

Just took our dogs Minnie and Daisy here to get them groomed. The grooming itself wasn’t bad. My problem was with the judgemental comments the ladies made while there. Their job is to groom, not to pass judgment on what the customer wants done and give us a list of dos and donts on the way out. I do not recommend the judgemental service they provided us today and we will not be using them again!

My wife wanted to see if they had any kittens for sale. I am allergic to most cats. Iwe lost our cat of 18 years. I have not wanted to get another one. I went with my wife. We looked at two male cats from the same litter. I was not allergic to either one. But they were not like our Albert. Great couple wirking with the cats. They let us hold the cats to see if I was allergic or not. I believe this is the best Pet Smart I have been to in a long time

I really love PetSmart. There is a good variety to choose from. The employees are knowledgeable and educated about animals & can really help you make the best purchase possible for your fur babies. My children & I love to walk around & look at all the pets for sale. We always want to adopt a kitten but we already have two at home. We have 2 cats, a bearded dragon, & several dogs in our family. All of our pet food comes from PetSmart or Petco. If you make a purchase & it doesn’t work for your pets they allow you to return it (with a receipt), even if it is used or open.

I was going to go into Kohl's today. However out front of Petsmart they had an adoption going on. Needless to say I went home with more than just stuff from Kohl's. Everyone in Petsmart was EXTREMELY helpful with any questions I had getting stuff for my new friend. Great customer service. Thanks for the new friend.

THIS PET SMART IS GREAT! I called unsure of a kitten I found that was only 3 weeks old. She needed milk and a bottle. I called and spoke to a Judy. Amazing customer service. She listen and answered the best to her knowledge and provided service above and beyond by locating the milk and bottle needed for the occasion, which she had WAITING FOR ME when I got there. Thank you!! SHOUT OUT TO JUDY!! amazing customer service. I appreciate you greatly!!!

Nice PetSmart that is easy to get to from the highway. I went through here to get to the Banfield inside. The store was clean and plenty of inventory for when I need to come back and get dog food, etc. I walked around and found they have lots of things that I know I'll be coming back for.

Has pretty much everything you need for a pet. Grooming, food, toys, accessories, whatever you need, at reasonable prices. Rewards program is a bonus. One complaint is emailed coupons never scan, sometimes I don't even bother trying to use. Also, why have a buy-one-get-one-free or buy-two-get-one-free promo when you only have ONE on the shelf, the litter box wipes, red tube. Have seen this at multiple stores. I buy them on Amazon now.
