Ms. Nicole always is so sweet and seems genuinely happy to see my babies. Both Bella and Zeus LOVE her. Ms Nicole was out of town the time before last that Bella was groomed and she was shaking and scared and just not happy to be being left. This time Ms Nicole was back and Bella was like bye mom are you gone yet lol! So my babies love seeing her and she always does such an amazing job!

Crystal has a genuine love of doggies - And it shows! She showed my pup so much love and care and really looked her over and discussed grooming ideas with me before she took her back. She explained the process from bathing to drying to cutting and was friendly but also professional.

My dog looks awesome. She has a new attitude full of life without all that hair. I especially like her tail. When I let her out to do her business she looked like a fox running through a field. The groomer did a EXCELLENT JOB!!!!!!

Hope the groomer was awesome with Harley. Harley is a 4.5 month old German Shepard who has never been to the groomer and had his nails done. She was extremely gentle and caring. Harley loved his first visit and will be returning.

I appreciate the care and attention of the groomers. However, I only booked the appointment due to my 8th free grooming being about to expire then when I went to checkout it was no longer on my app and I had to pay. Apparently, the groomers register the grooming and that kicks the app from 8th to 1st. I was very upset at having to pay $60 when I had not planned on it!

First Time Visit to the Petco in my area. My daughter is a Petco Groomer in another State and has been the only one who could groom my Yorkie as requested. After multiple trips to a nearby Groomer with horrible results I decided to try Petco. Glad I did; I got exactly what I asked for and NO razor burns or nicks!
