I have used Market Common Grooming with my very first yorkie, Trooper, before he passed away at 14 yo. I didn’t wait but two months before I had to get another one. I think my Riley (5 yo) gives Audra a handful. Both were natured so different. I wouldn’t want anyone else. The staff are awesome, the shop is so clean, I just couldn’t ask for better care for my baby and I always know that Riley is in good hands.

Oh where do I begin, I am a new dog mom and I want what is best for my dog. The team at Market Common Grooming are by far the best grooming in South Carolina. They were so comforting and took amazing care of my puppy. I have taken my dog in twice and they have been so comforting both times. I would not trust anyone else with my dog. They have all the times clearly posted outside on how long it would take for your dog to get a proper groom. If you want a good professional team who truly care for your animal then you should choose to bring your pet to Market Common Grooming.

*****PLEASE READ*****I am not one to write many reviews but I think this place deserves one- I have been using this place for a long time & I have since moved a ways away but I decide to drive here to bring my dog to get a full service grooming- (he is the most high energy, high maintenance & hard to work with dog) these people do such a great job with him & as you can see his hair is not easy to trim as he is a long haired dog & cannot sit still. Yet they do the most amazing job with him, & they have never complained yet I know how my little guy is LOL. Ally and the rest of the ladies that work here are seriously awesome & they deserve a shoutout at their amazing customer service and the spectacular job they do! We love them & will continue to keep driving the distance to come give them our business! This 100% is the place to go! Would 10/10 recommend to anyone! Thank you again Market Common Grooming

Looking for a groomer, so I phoned these folks. No answer so I left a voice message. It was never returned. SadI called this past Wednesday. As of the following Tuesday 3/5/2024, no return call. The one star is because no one thought enough of my inquiry to return the call.

The best at caring for my two pups! Brady can be a handful but they hand strip him with patience and he doesn't mind going! Dottie always comes back so cute and they make sure to leave their scruffy personalities. I know my dogs are in good hands when I leave them and that means the world.

I took my cat here on April 12 for grooming. About 1 week after that, I noticed a hair loss on both sides of my cat. This was not normal, as he was normally a very fluffy cat. We immediately took him to the vet and they took a sample for testing. After 2 weeks, we got the results and learned that it was a fungus-induced ringworm. Our vet said he probably got it from the grooming center, as he was not in contact with other pets anywhere other than grooming. I don't know how sanitized it is for dogs, but if you have a cat, DEFINITELY DO NOT CHOOSE it!! Because of this, my cat has now started a 2-month medication.

Highly recommend! Everyone at Market Common Grooming truly cares about each and every dog. They are very responsive and so nice. They were able to schedule an appointment for my 4.5 month old Sheepadoodle the same week I called. Dropping him off was seamless. He was super excited being taken back to get groomed because everyone is so positive and welcoming. They went through things like length, face shape, paws, ears.. everything! When I picked him up I couldn't believe my eyes! He looked AWESOME! He was so shaggy before and he looked like a perfectly groomed dog. We have gotten so many compliments already! I will be continue to bring my Sheepadoodle to Market Common Grooming. Shoutout to Jenn who answered all of my many and lengthy questions.

We absolutely love bringing Ruby here! The employees are sooo friendly! They always take their time with her and are patient even when she can be scared of her own shadow! I would 100% recommend them for deshed treatments, it makes the difference not having to sweep all day!

Shania Marshall did a wonderful job!! First time coming here and I am so impressed! I had no appointment and the Receptionist kindly got us in the same day unlike Comfort Dog Salon. Will never go to Petsmart again for grooming. Gizmo loves it too and he had a lot of compliments ❤️ Thank you Shania and we WILL see you again!💋

I am so extremely disappointed with the grooming I just over paid for. I was VERY specific in communicating with them when I took my dog in. And now I don’t even recognize her. They did exactly what I asked them not to do. I work very hard to keep my doodle well groomed at home so that she won’t need to be buzzed. She did not have any matting when I took her in. They buzzed her almost down to her skin. So disappointed. She doesn’t even smell good either. I do not recommended this service.

Winston, my sweet little Yorkie goes to see Miss Audra for his bath and haircut. He loves her! I put him in the car and he is nervous, but calms down when I tell him that we are going to see his girlfriend. So glad we found her. They have done his grooming since I got him - about 10 years now. He always looks so handsome when he comes back home. Love you Audra!!

We have tried for 4 years to find a groomer who could do our Wire Haired Fox Terrier as she should be done. This place was the first to get her right. They did a beautiful job on our baby. I did not take a photo but will the next time we go!!

I recently moved back to the area and my dog desperately needed to be groomed! The ladies at Market Common Grooming were very sweet and were able to schedule an appointment really quickly. I am one happy dog mom, we will definitely be back! The price was right and Charlie looks amazing, (he usually gets really embarrassed after getting groomed because he doesn’t like getting shaved), but he loves his new haircut!

The folks who provide the grooming are simply fabulous. They treat our 2 black labs like rock stars. Every time we come down to our vacation home in MB, we make sure to plan a trip for nail trimming. They do a great job!

Excellent place. Very clean, they listen and pay attention to detail when you tell them how you want your dog groomed. I have two different breeds of dogs, and want them cut differently. They have done exactly what I have asked for every single time. I have had problems with other groomers not cutting the way I have asked, but not here. Great people, clean place, great estimates on time. Will not take my dogs anywhere else from now on. They're worth the wait if you have to go out of town and can't make it into them on time.

We took our 4 1/2 month old Sheepadoodle for his first groom today. Audra did such a fantastic job and we love the way he looks. They were very friendly and so sweet to our puppy. We would highly recommend this grooming salon.

The staff here is incredible!! I take my (very scared) pit mix here to get his nails trimmed and they are always so accommodating and friendly with both my pup and me. Great prices, very clean and cute place. I would highly recommend this for all furry family members :)

We love Market Common Grooming Salon so much. We have been bringing our 5 year old Australian Shepherd Finn there for 2 years now and we cannot recommend them enough. They take care of your animal like it is their own. They make such a difference in his shedding and he will stay smelling great for weeks! It is worth so much being able to take your dog somewhere and know they will be taken care of! If you have a dog- make it a priority to schedule them to be groomed at Market Common Grooming!

Maggie May and Murphy have been groomed and loved by Audra and staff for a few years now. Cant say enough about how they baby this overprotective pup mom and my pups. Murphy was in horrible shape when rescued 5 years ago and has left over behavior. Audra is so patient with him. They are thorough and quick for me not to be without them long. Staff is also amazing and helpful. Always patient.

We have taken our dog Sadie to this place multiple times over the past two years or so. The last two visits have been terrible. We figured the last visit was just a one off kind of deal and brushed it to the side. She didn’t have her ears cleaned or teeth brushed. After picking her up today, her teeth, ears and nails were not touched. All they did was shave her. We will no longer be using this groomer and would advise others not to as well. Not happy with going $100+ and not getting service worth that price.

Our dog has been going here for the last two years. They do a good cut and Ellie loves all the attention. She goes every 6-8 weeks for a complete grooming. We are very satisfied and Ellie loves it when people tell her how good looking she is.😍

We have been taking our babies here for seven years. After two of ours passed we rescued an American Bulldog named Ryder five years ago and were concerned with how he would be if we took him to be groomed. They took him in with open arms and he did great. When he was attacked by a shepherd a year later, and had to be put on meds, I called them and they took him in for a special grooming the next day just to put him at ease and clean him up. Who else would do that? They’ve been exceptional. He loves his MCG aunties (we do too) and goes quarterly. If you’re looking for a groomer that loves dogs as if they were their own, this is the place to go.
