I appreciated the accommodations; I always travel with my little dog. So, staying at a pet-friendly hotel was important to me. This hotel is a sweet gem. Friendly staff, quite clean rooms, and a hot breakfast. I highly recommend it, even if it's out of your way.Rooms: It's a small-town hotel, but BIG on hospitality. The staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my morning chats with Ms. Sarah. My room was very quiet and comfortable. I hope to return again soon.

At check in Bed had perfume smell and food in it. When I asked for fresh linens the front desk clerk said no and was extremely rude in front of another customer . I asked what I was supposed to do and she threatened to call the police. At breakfast again told police will be called after attempting to fill personal cup with juice. 2 workers then talking loudly saying " she won't sleep good tonight " I'll call 911. Return to room find towels gone despite do not disturb on door.no other housekeeping done. Ask front desk clerk for towels told they were in back handed pile of towels.

The people were great. Karen and Victoria were excellent with food prep. Sarah was good taking care of rooms. D was great at the service desk. Great experience.Rooms: The rooms were clean. We had a working iron. Refrigerator and microwave. TV was Ok.Food & drinks: Breakfast Was Really Nice, Very Nice.Rooms were nice and fresh.

There's no elevator so I had to leave most of my stuff in the car. The room was dirty...money left on chair make me think housekeeping didn't visit this room but the microwavesmelledlike chemicals and ruined the food i put in. Plastic bag covered smoke detector. Breakfast was lame at best...no bread for toast, only orange juice and the eggs were dry.

Honestly, if it were not for that ladies that work here, it would get no stars if I could. Having worked at a prestigious hotel, I'm very particular about the room I stay in. My dad had booked a room for about a week so needless to say it needed to be up to par, it was not. Walking in, it smelled like no one had cleaned the room in some time. All I wanted was a shower for myself and a bath for my baby, neither happened because there was HAIR in the tub, and not just a strain, a bunch of hair that was coming off the walls of the shower. There is mold all in the bathroom. The heating unit blew out cold air on heat. Dad's cover had spots of blood. Front desk assisted to make sure unit was changed out, bed was changed, and shower somewhat cleaned. I don't sleep in the sheets at any hotel I goto, but the second night I decided to since my baby kept stealing the blanket we brought with us. I began itching terribly, and upon investigation, there was hair and other evidence of previous guests! My dad is a peaceful man and doesn't like to complain much, but this is unacceptable. They need to care more about their rooms. Ms. Sarah in housekeeping is the only one I can speak on for doing a fine job, but housekeeping training needs to be had. Don't know how they pass inspections!

Me and my 2 friends got 2 rooms over Priceline , got to the hotel and there was an issue with the hotel not being able to see our payment. We double checked our verification and accounts to confirm the payment was cleared , the front desk person proceeded to tell us we needed to pay again . Fast forward that was handled , first room ,toilet and tub filthy ,stained sheets and had roaches . The “first” second room was completely at filth and hadn’t been turned over ,wet towels on the floor ,bed everywhere and musty odor . Once we were able to let the front desk know my friend was placed inside of another room.We had to purchase,bleach,Clorox and raid . (This was the only hotel close to where we needed to be)We slept in our clothes and another slept in the car .We were offered without asking and given the option of a late check out by the front desk person .I could go on ,Do Not Stay At This Hotel

It was the most peaceful stay ever. Everyone was so calm cool and nice. Sherry at the front desk has such an sweet loving Spirit. She definitely makes sure her guest is satisfied with their stay. I would recommend this hotel every time i come visit or to anyone else in need of a good stay. Also breakfast was absolutely fresh and great. Everyday of me and my friend stay was a smile on our faces. My family loves it here and always will.

I made reservations and informed them I would pay in cash on 8/22/22. I hot to hotel and paid cash. I even offered to pay the 50 cash deposit and Jonathan the musky front desk worker said don't worry about it.. I was checked into a room. I fell and slipped while taking a shower. The front desk worker came in and stated house keeping did not do their job properly and that's the reason why I fell. I asked for more towels and he came back with towels and came in the room unannounced. Later, I pulled cover back and observed Dookie stains, tissue, and black public hair on sheets. I was moved to another room and the front desk accompanied me. I was told to talk to the general manager Sherry Davis in the morning. I spoke with her and wrote a statement. She informed me they had microphones so she spoke low saying go to the ER and get a lawyer. I told her I would do so. I gave her my room key and left property. An hour later, the general manager called and said I'm watching the video and I don't see where you paid yet. I was upset because how could I get two room keys if I had not paid. She threatened to take legal action against me for not paying. I was livid. She hung up and I called back. She stated I'm black and you're black so we shouldn't be angry at each other. I don't care what race you are, you will not tell me I did not pay for something to retaliate for seeking legal counsel. I called the customer service for choice hotel and they said it shows I didn't pay. How can I check in at 6 pm on 8/22 and check out on 7 am on 8/23.

The people who work here, is very friendly, respectful, loving, kind! Very clean, helpful! Every time I come in town they are always the same! I enjoy Sherry and her crew! I think they are very sweet people! I have never seen anything unusual! So to God be all the Glory! All my family loves this hotel!

Great place to stay for the price. Place smelled fresh, no mildew smell. Room was very very clean. Linen was fresh, not a hair on the bathroom floor. A convenient and safe location. Close to Walmart for supplies and gas. There are a few fast food restaurants, buy pack some snacks for late night. The late night staff is outstanding, room attendees work fast to assist you. Enjoyed my 2 day stay, and comfortable bed. A few minor upgrades are needed, but I will stay again.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. You definitely get what you pay for here. The carpets in the hallways are filthy! The toilet seat was brown! Ugly brown blankets on beds so who knows how often they are washed/changed. Toilet didn’t flush when we got there and then was told we had to come to the front desk to get the plunger to unclog the toilet ourselves! We didn’t stay 1 night in this dump. We checked out and gladly went to another hotel 15 minutes down the road.

I would not suggest anyone stay at this hotel. The elevator was broken. We had some elderly people with us that could barely get up the stairs and they would not move us to a lower floor since we had pets. When we got to the room we found out the sheets had little blood spots all over it. They did exchange them for clean sheets. The air conditioning in the room was not good and none in the hallways. The place smelled like weed and dogs. We were told that breakfast ends at 10am. We went to get food at exactly 9:30am and the food attendant had already removed all of the food and drinks. When I asked her for some food, she said that she could not get anything for us since breakfast ends at 9:30. Went to vending machines and they were broken. Some of the staff were nice but everything else just ruined the entire stay.

Happy I changed my mind.I reserved my room @ 3months before my trip, but as it got closer to the date of travel, I got discouraged by some of the reviews I read. I decided to cancel which I wound up regretting because the air bnb i chose didnt work out (We checked out after the 1st full night). This Quality Inn was close to my family, the breakfast was great and they allowed a late check out. When we go back to Mullins, we will be staying here. They just have to do a lil more dusting off the curtains n corners to get rid of the webs and dust accumulation.Rooms: Our room was fine. Some fixtures were a lil dated. Nothing major

I stayed here roughly two years ago and thinking that things were better then my last experience and review.. not!!! Here we are again and here. Go to the room and room is not clean and bed not made up… and if I was thinking and not being upset I would have taken a picture. After walking up the stairs to have to walk back down and then back up after the young lady check to make sure the room she was giving us was clean. She apologized but didn’t accommodate for their mistakes. Where is the Manager,General Manager, District Manager or Regional Manager at when guest come to stay at their facility? What are their response or what are their outreach methods to their guests?

Only giving 2 stars because of the front desk ladies. Sweet personalities and made you feel welcomed. If it was not for them, I'd give 1 star. Once I opened the door to the room, the smell of smoke slapped me in the face. Rooms was not clean in the corners and I wiped everything down myself and sprayed! Will Not stay at this hotel again. My family will drive the extra miles for another room.

The front desk woman was decent when we checked in last night. The room was clean however, it smelled like it was flooded and was covered with mold and mildew. We went to the front desk asking if they have spray to help with the stench and they told us in a short manner that they didn’t. They could’ve offered us a different room that possibly didn’t smell but chose to write us off. We stay in hotels multiple times per week and this establishment has lost our business.

Staff was great; all negative opinions are about the quality of the hotel itself, which is ironic. Overall the hotel is dated. The stairs leading to second floor were filthy, as well as the carpet in the hallway. Upon entering our room, we found a live bug on the bed we suspected to be a bed-bug upon comparison to the internet. We asked the front desk if there were any cases of bedbugs in the last six months and they said no. Regardless we felt better going across the street to Walmart and got our own sheets. There was a sighting of a roach in the bathroom sink the morning of checkout too. Given that it is the only hotel in town, I should have lowered my expectations, but overall we were disappointed in the overall condition of the hotel. We got our own sheets and towels which I recommend, as well as flip flops to wear around the room. It is the only hotel in town besides a motel up to a bed and breakfast, so you get what you pay for.

Room was really nice and clean. I really liked the desks with the outlets on the front for laptops and other electronics; the desk chair was comfortable. AC worked well. Breakfast has a good selection: waffle maker, hot bar with eggs and grave sausage, fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea, cereal, apple and orange juice, etc. Lady named April at the front desk was very friendly. I would stay here again. Only negative that stands out to me is lack of a bath mat for the tub.

The first things I noticed when I came in the front door , was the wonderful smell of Clean. 😃 I Loved that not only did it smell clean it is clean .The front lobby is warm and inviting . Cheryl and Ashley very pleasant and welcoming. They BOTH made check in very smooth..Ashley even was considerate to change our room to the 1st floor so I could have a better connection with the internet for my interview. Room was clean..change of towels were quickly exchanged with soiled, very pleasant housekeeper. Hotel very VERY convenient for the reason we traveled there. We will be returning to this hotel.

I would like to thank the house keeper AGAIN for helping me with my bags .I didn't wanted to use the cart because I didn't have enough bags for a cart but she saved me from making an extra trip to the car. I wasn't going to put a review up for this place, But what type of customer would I be if I didn't. The housekeepers and receptionists had good hospitality. However when we checked in Tuesday evening and went to sleep, I woke up at 3:00 a.m. with 3 bite marks from bed bugs. After killing one I brought it down to the receptionist and she changed my room from downstairs to upstairs. However the next morning at 2:00 a.m. I woke up in the new room with bed bugs again. That time i killed 2 bed bugs. I was going to stay another day, but because of my bad experience with the bed bugs i chose to leave early the same day. For the price that they charge of more than $80 with additional charges for weekend stays, Quality Inn should not have any bed bug problems. My advise to them is to get regular exterminator to check and spray for bed bugs. Also, for people considering staying at quality inn in Mullins/Marian, you may want to reconsider. Just as bad is that they didn't offer a discount for my bad experience.

We had to get a room here short notice after getting a flat tire while traveling and wait until morning to buy a new one. The staff was pleasant but our room was not. There was an old and wet wash cloth left on the sink. I used a clean one to bring it out to the front desk, where all I got was a simple apology as he searched for something to throw it away. Then the next morning as we were doing a room sweep to make sure we did not leave anything behind, we found a used dirty sock under the a.c. unit. When I went to check out and inform them on the condition of the rooms, the manager nicely apologized but then followed up how it was her best worker who had cleaned that room. Like that was supposed to make me feel better about the wet washcloth or dirty sock left for us. I was not impressed whatsoever.

Stay was ok. Older hotel no elevator. A/C hardly worked. There was a group of us staying for work and many complained about multiple things. Definitely needs an upgrade. Gotta say though, rooms were super clean

The staff were very generous. Sherry was very professional in placing my elderly family on the 1st floor so they wouldn't have to take the stairs. Rooms were nice and comfortable. My family and I really enjoyed ourselves. Thxs 😃
